"Bear Pause" est un condo de 1600 pieds carrés, 2 BR & Loft, 3 salles de bain dans la réserve au sommet de la belle Sugar Mountain, NC. Nous avons préparé l'espace pour vous (jusqu'à 6 personnes au total) pour profiter toute l'année. Ce que vous ne pouvez pas faire à Sugar Mountain, c'est la question. Nous sommes ravis que vous envisagiez notre maison loin de chez vous pour votre séjour et nous sommes impatients de faire tout ce que nous pouvons pour vous aider à en profiter.

Information additionnelle:
"Bear Pause" a un lit king confortable dans la suite principale avec une grande douche debout et une baignoire jacuzzi dans le jardin. Il y a aussi une grande télévision avec câble dans le maître. La 2ème chambre a un lit queen et salle de bain complète avec baignoire. Le loft a un canapé-lit et salle de bain privée complète, avec douche debout. Il y a aussi un grand dressing dans le grenier. Nous avons la cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils, ustensiles, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle dont vous avez besoin pour préparer et servir un excellent repas. (Nourriture / boissons non incluses). Installez-vous confortablement avec des couvertures jetées près du foyer au gaz pour regarder la télévision par câble ou jouer à l'un de nos jeux ou puzzles de notre collection. Profitez d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, rapide et fiable. Par temps chaud, nous aurons des meubles sur la grande terrasse pour que vous puissiez profiter de la vue, du coucher ou du lever du soleil. Le condo est à environ 5200 pieds, ce qui vous offre de vastes vues multicouches qui prendront. votre souffle.

Everything was great with the condo and we would definitely stay again. Our only suggestion would be for the owner to install a thermostat that can be adjusted remotely so the unit can be warmed prior to guest arrival. When we arrived, the outside temperature was in the 30s and the inside temperature was 55, and it took approximately seven hours for the unit to warm up. Other than that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great clean space with a fantastic view.

Overall this is a great place. Super clean with plenty of room for 6 adults and the 3 bathrooms were ideal. Easy drive to Sugar mountain resort. I would say 4WD or AWD is a must during the winter for this location but they seem to keep the roads fairly clear.

Excellent condo

Stayed in this condo and took kids to skiing in sugar mountain. Location is great which you can walk to the slopes. Condo has everything you might needed. It was clean and views from the porch is gorgeous. We recommend it and would definitely be back.

Wonderful!!

Great place to beat the summer heat. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and more. View cannot be beat. Easy check in and out. Pictures do not do it justice. Would definitely stay here again.

Snow Day in the Mountains!!

I think this property was made specifically for us, on the perfect weekend we chose. The stars aligned perfectly, and we found Bear Pause! We actually drove up the mountain and got to trudge through snow up to our knees with snow in our hair as we came to our weekend paradise. Our friends who had never seen snow thought it was super cool (literally and figuratively) and so did we!

Quiet and Comfortable

My family and I (2 adults and 3 teens) came post Christmas for skiing. Bit of a hiccup getting in as the code wasn’t communicated in VRBO but I contacted the property manager and she immediately responded with the code. The code didn’t work but she was able to give me a code that did. She was also on vacation but she was prompt in ensuring I was still cared for and even checked in early. Veda was professional and helpful and wonderful to work with. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, conveniently located to just about everything. Only thing stated should have been there that wasn’t was there were no outside furniture and no grill but that may have been put away given the weather conditions but not sure. Plenty of games to play and cable to watch. Wish the living room had a smart TV but we made the most of it. Plenty of room for the 5 of us but the pull out couch in the loft needs a new mattress. There was a foam topper on it but that didn’t really help. Only other thing that I would say is the dryer took about two hours to dry a basic load. May just need to clean out the dryer vent. Overall it was a nice stay and would stay again.

Beautiful spot

We loved being up in the clouds! The condo was comfy and close to everything. We were very relaxed and felt right at home there.

Great condo

Property was very clean and functional when we showed up. Veda communicated excellently as well. Would stay here again for sure. Great location to the summit to ski/snowboard down the mountain.

Mountain Views

Bear Pause was the perfect place for my new wife and I to start off our lives together. The views were incredible and the ski In and Out aspect was perfect. The drive up is steep so make sure your Car is good but it is well worth it. We love Banner Elk and will certainly be back.

Beautiful property and location

This is an amazing property with a large covered deck to watch the expansive view of the mountains. The condo has lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen for any cooking needs. We’ve stayed in several VRBO and this was one of the best!

Perfect stay

This was the perfect location. We were able to ski, build a snowman and have a snowball fight! All for a little 4 year old who got to see and play in the snow for the 1st time. The view from the condo was beautiful and expansive!
