Magnifique chalet! Courte distance en voiture d'une plage de sable

Une escapade dans le comté de Great Door! 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, lit king, 2 reines, cuisine entièrement équipée. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer, cuisiner et servir des repas. Laveuse et sécheuse incluses. Ce chalet est au deuxième étage. Nous sommes situés à 7 minutes de Lakeside Park (plage de sable), de Cave Point County Park et de Whitefish Bay Dunes State Park. Jacksonport a plusieurs restaurants de qualité, une boulangerie et un magasin général. Belle terrasse couverte avec barbecue à gaz. Belle région pour le vélo, la randonnée, la détente et la marche.

Perfect spot to enjoy Door County

We loved the stay here! Very clean, full kitchen with all the utensils and accessories needed, quiet neighborhood and great location. Would stay again.

Fun Family Time in Door County

The property was very clean and hosts welcoming! We enjoyed the site as it had everything we needed for our trip. The location was quiet, close to water options and not far of a drive to get to any activity you wanted.

Relaxing lakeside cottage!

Perfect for our family - quiet, spacious, safe, and comfortable. The kitchen was great! Close to Cave Point, Jacksonport, and Bailey's Harbor.

Great place for a Door County getaway

Had a great time at this property. The house has a great deck off the front and a nice separate firepit area out front which we enjoyed each night. We also thought that the location was very good. It's fairly central to a lot of different parts of the peninsula. Highly recommend this if you are looking for good clean accommodations when visiting the area.

Great rental house in Door County for our Family!

This property was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Kids enjoyed their rooms and the kitchen had a lot of space for eating. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Laurie was very easy to work with during the booking process and reached out to us during our stay to see if we needed anything.

Girls getaway

My sister & her daughters, & me and my daughters all went to Door County for our first girls weekend! We had a wonderful time , & great place to stay. The house itself had plenty of room in the open concept kitchen, living room area, & the bedrooms were spacious; especially the master bedroom, with its own bathroom! And outside, we had a nice fireplace to use, & plenty of room to play some outdoor games.

Amazing Door County vacation

The house was wonderful - clean and spacious, and in a great location on Clark Lake. Glenn and Laurie were great and very attentive to any needs during our stay. Communication was easy and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already taking about our return trip!

Great Location!

Such a nice property and location. So close to state and county parks and ultra quiet even though it was Labor Day weekend. Easy drive up the peninsula to anywhere we were headed. Loved having use of the garage, nice added perk. Would really love some window coverings to offer a bit more privacy, but other than that it was perfect!!

Exceptionally clean, adequate starter supply, great set-up. The 20 steps were a bit much with coolers and luggage but certainly doable. Friendly neighborhood, bars and restaurants. great night salmon fishing!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay for the week for a last minute family vacation! Everything was very clean and the deck/porch was wonderful! We enjoyed starting our mornings on it and dinner every night! We enjoyed staying on the quiet side of Door County and it was 5 minutes from Cave Point and Whitefish Dunes State Park and a 15 minute drive or so to Fish Creek. We would definitely stay here again! The house is built above the garage so there are a number of steps to be aware of if you have difficulty. There was also a nice fire pit but it was the hottest week of the summer when we visited so we passed. Thank you for a great place to stay!

anniversary trip

Came to Door County to celebrate our anniversary and brought some good friends with us. The place was just as described and shown in the pictures. We loved it, had a great time exploring Door County during the day and then came back each evening to the privacy and beauty of the area. Would highly recommend. Teresa D

Secluded rental

Neat, comfortable 2nd story space. It IS secluded but several state and county parks nearby. Take into account that there are 21 stairs leading up to the living space (only reason I didn’t rate the place “5”). Owner/manager very accessible. We enjoyed the deck for having cocktails and snacks and looking at the stars.

Long weekend getaway

Very nice and clean house. All as described. We really enjoyed our stay in this perfect location for Door County exploration. The only negative remark I have is the high stairs we needed to climb going into the house. So be sure you are up for it! :)

Perfect Getaway!

Trails End Cottage was a wonderful surprise with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We spent lots of time on the big covered deck with no bugs, big bedrooms and spacious living room. We took short walks to the boat launch to wade into the water and also drove to the Clark Lake beach less than 10 minutes away perfect for our young kids. We capped it all off with camp fires and s’mores and could not have asked for more. The owner even stopped by to offer us ice for our coolers and make sure we had everything we needed!

Fun Family Trip in a beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The home had a great layout, and awesome deck that we spent time eating breakfast and dinner out on. Beautiful views and saw deer and rabbits! The large windows in the front area/kitchen brought in the natural light! We were close to Caves point which is our fave spot to visit! The kids loved playing in the big driveway and making smores by the smoke pit! We do wish there were additional kitchen items such as various sizes of pots and pans. Other than that this was the perfect home for a weekend getaway in beautiful door county! Thank you!

Great property, no privacy

The house was clean, amenities were great. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to feel relaxed when the property manager is watching your every move on a security camera. Our group was chastised for having 4 cars in the driveway, so plan accordingly. And don’t plan on having any visitors. With plenty of other properties in the area it might not be worth it…

Relaxing Weekend

6 adults and 1 toddler stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. We had a great stay. The place was as described in listing and was beautiful in person. The patio was so relaxing and provided an excellent outdoor space. The only surprises we had were - an open staircase into the living area, although a child gate was provide -the property is maintained by a holding tank which made us a little nervous when the 1st alarm went off the morning after we arrived, but we didn’t have any issues with it and Laurie was quick to respond when we texted her about it. Communication with Laurie was great. We did meet the owner and he was super friendly. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the proximity to Whitefish Dunes State Park.

Cottage near the lake

The property was very clean and quiet. Be prepared to climb up a steep 20 step stairway to a large living room and kitchen area. A large patio door leads to the large deck. Nice view of trees and nature while enjoying a snack, cocktails or meal. The two overhead fans are a nice touch, although I would have enjoyed a lounge chair. The kitchen appliances are newer, though no dishwasher. Using Paper plates helped out. The beds were comfy although I’m bring My Pillow next time. There’s a nice fire pit area off to the side in the front yard. I would gladly stay in the cottage near the lake again!

Great family stay!

My family and I stayed here for a wedding in Whitefish Dunes State Park and we were only 7 minutes away! The house was perfect for our needs. We used the grill twice during our stay and got to enjoy the wonderful patio. Clark Lake is a short walk away and we got to enjoy some beautiful sunsets. The kitchen had everything we needed! It was wonderfully stocked with all the things you could want or need. The bedrooms were a good size and had big closets and dressers. The beds were a little hard for sleeping on, but we still slept alright. The pillows were funky, a little lumpy. But overall, we all slept fine! The living area was awesome with the big couch and several big sofa chairs and a lazy boy. It made for a great time with family!

Weekend getaway

Stayed for an anniversary weekend getaway with another couple. Very nice place, clean, easily accessible, and perfect for us. Good location and great views. Would definitely stay again.
