Great location

Great location for relaxing and convenient to whatever else you would like to do during the stay. Walking distance to many eateries. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach and ocean of course. Nice area of North Myrtle Beach.

Great views, needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a middle of the road rental unit with great views and beach access. The place is just tired and needs updates. The building has to be from the 70s or early 80s. The place wasn’t dirty per say, but it felt work down. The TVs in the bedrooms were the size of laptops. The master bathroom is awful - no room on counters and the shower head hit me mid chest. The balcony is very nice and the location is great. Bring your own wipes and for the right price - this isn’t a bad option. I just don’t understand people who let the rental units get run down. You have to reinvest and keep them fresh to command good rental rates and return customers. I will not be one of those in this instance.

Great location

Loved everything but the soft lumpy mattresses.Neither my husband nor I could get comfortable. We slept in two separate beds and both mattresses gave us backaches .We would have loved to vacation here again but not with the current mattresses.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved the location and the unit itself. Beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms had both been remodeled and were beautiful. The only bummer was that the washer/dryer had not been reinstalled.yet. We hope to come back!

Review of 503 Spinnaker

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice but was in need of some maintenance & more thorough cleaning in some areas. Kitchen was well stocked, but the refrigerator made loud humming noises some during the week we were there. Also noted that the sliding glass door onto the balcony from the master bedroom was not plumb so there was a 1/4” gap down near the bottom where the door jam & door are supposed to meet. Also discovered on the 3rd day that the regular door knob on the entrance even when locked could be pushed open from the outside so had to make sure the deadbolt was locked at all times! That’s a huge safety feature that needs to be addressed ASAP!!! Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Great stay on the Beach

This Condo was very nice and had a great view of the Ocean. The tub in the Master Bath didnt drain well and the washer water line was loud when it was filling. Other than that, this condo was great to stay at and I would recommend it to anyone with a family of four or less.

Wonderful condo- great location

The condo is updated and beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable and very inviting. North Beach Reality was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Love the balcony.

Great location

Overall, this is a great place. It was clean, had just about everything you needed in the kitchen, great access to the beach and quiet. As others have said in reviews, there are a few small things that need some attention but didn’t interfere with our stay.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Spinnaker building is in a centralized location in NMB and close to everything. It's a smaller building, so its beach was not too crowded, even during mid-summer. The furnishings and decor of the living room and bedrooms was superb. It was obviously recently updated, and I hope the owners will continue that updating to the bathrooms, which were showing some wear. The kitchen was ok but had a real hodge-podge of equipment/utensils. There were no cake pans or baking dishes. I had to bake a casserole in a pyrex bowl. There were some plumbing issues, and the washing machine leaked water on the floor. The dryer was even worse, venting directly into the bathroom blowing hot air and lint everywhere. The general cleanliness of the unit was fine, but it could use a deep cleaning, probably like most vacation units in the summer which have been renting continuously for weeks. These issues didn't greatly affect the quality of our stay, so we reported them to the rental company, asking them to wait until we left to fix them. Hopefully they'll address these issues before the next renters come in. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, especially if the bathrooms get updated.
