Bayberry Villa is located in Cul de Sac, a quiet residential area of Anguilla. We offer absolute privacy in the villa - completely surrounded with mature vegetation and only 100 yards from Rendezvous Bay.

The villa is replete with large airy bedrooms. Each bedroom has a sofa or settee and television. We do have ac in each bedroom however there is an extra charge of 150US per week. Many guests dont require it, so in order to keep our rates low - we charge a little extra for it. As well, electricity is incredibly expensive in the Caribbean.

Rendezvous Bay is perfect for swimming, snorkeling or just strolling on its three miles of almost uninterrupted sand. You are always within 20 minutes of dining, shopping and beaches.

The Villa has two bedrooms, with two bathrooms. There is a lovely open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. And many wonderful spots outside to dine, relax, read and sun bathe.

We do have AC available in our bedrooms. VRBO will automatically add a fee of $20 per day per bedroom. If you do not require it, just let us know and we can remove it from the quotation. Guests in May thru October often require it, but the trade winds pick up in November and our winter guests typically dont.
