Caribbean Beach Front Villa With Swimming Pool

Our home is beachfront with an infinity pool. It is a single-story home which is easily accessible, having only one small step down to access the front entrance. The property is completely fenced and has an electric gate at the driveway entrance making this home a safe, child friendly home. Our home is a perfect getaway for families and elderly couples providing you with the ability to stay in one location and be able to enjoy the beach and a pool. It is also convenient to all island activities.

The space
Our home has central air, a newly remodeled kitchen, and family friendly furniture. For entertainment we have a full sized ping pong table, a mini pool table, a poker table, as well as various board games and playing cards. The dining room table seats 8 guest and there is extra seating outside on the wrap around back porch. The back porch also includes a large gas grill and a relaxing hammock. Private access to the beach and the pool is just a step off the back porch. Free WiFi and cable are included along with a fresh bottled water dispenser. All towels and linens are provided as well assorted beach type toys. Our house is only 1.5 miles from the nearest grocery store and is conveniently located to all island activities. We also work with local auto rental companies to help with your transportation arrangements starting with your arrival through the day of departure. We have a private nanny, housekeeper and massage therapist that provide services on property as needed, you will be provided with their number upon booking to arrange any services you desire.

The entire property is accessible to you with the exception of two closets, Which will be locked.

We booked last minute and had a great time at the property. Nice size, plenty of games and things to do including the pool. Kids also loved finding all the hermit crabs!Good sized rooms, common area and patio/outdoor space. Very rocky shoreline that wasnt funtional as a beach for water acces. So many to get to within 15-30 mins by car though. Stunning beaches on the island!

Spacious villa with great view

We had a great time visiting Anguilla from this spacious villa. Lots of places to relax and enjoy the view of Saint Martin across the water.

We had delays getting to the island and when we got to the villa it was dark and had to call to ask where the lockbox was. It also looked like someone was using the villa before we got there because it was not totally clean. Sand on the Ping-Pong table, crumbs in the toaster oven and microwave, and the kitchen counter was sticky. The bathroom was clean, but the mold and peeling paint was not very inviting. I was surprised that the grounds were not maintained. The grass had not been cut in weeks, vegetative litter abounded, and the goat droppings on the walkway to the pool was not inviting either. The furniture on the covered porch looked inviting, but we found out, unfortunately, that some of it was dry rotted because my wife sat on one of the chairs and it collapsed. Fortunately, she was not badly injured! In short, the villa in general looked "tired" and in need of sprucing up on the part of the owners. While we had no children with us, the ability to not close the gate to the 'beach' could have been a problem if a child wandered down to the water. One bright spot was Dorothea who was wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and the AC was great for sleeping. The nearby construction was unfortunate, but we don't hold that against the site. Beautiful views of St. Martin, and while the water was rough, the sound of the surf was very soothing and calming.

I’m sorry to hear this. although I do have to say that some things are not completely accurate -you did get there late after the Housekeeper had been waiting for you for over four hours to let you in. when you did finally arrive and you called me I gave you the exact instructions that were already listed on our welcome book on VRBO that you did not read. I read them to you off of the website to make sure that you got in safely even though I was in the middle of a family dinner.. We do not have any Mold in our bathrooms? We do have peeling paint in one of the bathrooms, which the painter came and painted the day after you guys left. We were going to paint it before you arrived, but when I messaged you and asked, would you guys mind it being freshly painted you said you would prefer not smell fresh paint…. So We did not do that. The vegetation in the yard.. is on purpose. There are multiple medicinal plants throughout the yard area picked specifically for different reasons, including our very large aloe plant. And other plants to prevent erosion on the beach.! I am very happy that your wife did not get hurt when she broke our chair. We did have the chair repaired as it is not rotted or old, but leaning back rocking on on certain types of chairs will indeed break the leg off the chair, which are meant to keep all four wooden (TEAK) legs on the ground -they’re not made for rocking -which is what happened. Again, I wish that your stay could have been a five star stay.
