Plenty of room to sleep nine. Comfortable beds. Large kitchen and dining area for family meals. Very close to all of the Amusement parks. Use of private pool and 2 other pools in complex. Hard
Nice place. Very clean. Plenty of space. Lacked some amenities like a cooler, small bowls, plastic cups (no glass allowed outside). Also, no heat for pool, it was broken. And there was no pac-man game as shown in the pictures. Overall clean, nice and close to Universal.
I had a fantastic stay at the townhouse â it was impeccably clean and spacious, exactly as described. The pool exceeded expectations, offering a perfect resort-style experience. A great choice for those seeking comfort and relaxation.
Short car rides to Disney parks! Great house to share for 2 families. Having access to the larger pool complex was great and it was nice to have our own private pool as well. Not many extras provided in the home, but target is close!
We loved the townhome. Nicely decorated, adequate size. Very large kitchen but lacked cooking utensils. Icemaker worked great. We had a problem with the wash machine, we were not able to use. (It was broken when we got there) so they had to know about the problem. Management had no intention of fixing it while we were there.

Great property, clean and great for a family. The only reason I left 4 stars on communication with property manager is Vacasa gave me no local contact so had to go through national Vacasa for any needs. The dryer did not work when we were there so they offered to send someone out, but we didnât feel comfortable having someone there while we were out at the parks. It would have been nice to have a local person that I could have coordinated with instead of having to have a new conversation with a new person each time I contacted Vacasa. Also, the unit is very bare. Only 1 towel and washcloth per person which makes it difficult when you donât have a working dryer to be able to wash towels or washcloths. We enjoyed our stay and would still recommend, there just needs to be more linens included when you have families staying.
Make sure that you know how to work a pool heater since they forget to turn it on the day before and the will charge full rate. The house was good but they have to work on a few items like clogged sink, broken glass on the floor when we arrived. The beds are

A short ride away from Universal, and with a small, family friendly waterpark on site, this was the perfect way to not give ALL of our money to the theme parks and have a much more relaxing stay. Felt like home. Washer and drier onsite is a huge plus. And the kids loved swimming in either the backyard pool or especially the lazy river and water slide at the waterpark. Beautiful kitchen (a little sparse on utensils/pots/pans) and well appointed bedrooms. My son LOVED the pacman arcade game in his room... Thanks for the great stay!
Property was perfect for my family. Property was as described. Very close to disney. Any issues were taken care of immediately. Fyi tho, pool will not heat if below 50 degrees outside. Charge for pool heat was refunded immediately, no need to argue, fight or wait, sent an email and it was refunded immediately. Thank you.
The townhouse was beautiful. We really enjoyed the small pool and the furniture was very nice. However, there were ants all over the place. We left food in the kitchen countertop (bread & pastries) and when we woke up if was full of ants. There were even ants in the second floor bathrooms. The place was also full of white dog or cat hair, it was disgusting to see so much hair in the couches, carpets, beds...Overall is a great vacation place, but they need to do a better job with the cleaning as well as with the ants, because it's really annoying to have to clean 24/7 when you're on vacation.
I had to email twice and then call in order to have our pool cleaned. It was not usable when we arrived. We were not able to use it the until day 3. The private pool was a huge reason why we rented the townhouse. It would have been nice to have been offered a credit to our account for this huge inconvenience.
I emailed at 3:00pm on Sunday then called twice and emailed countless more times to extend our stay an additional night. I finally got a call on Monday at 3:15pm stating we could stay. Our check out was Monday at 10am. We were already 1/2 way home by the time I was given an answer. They need a better management team.
We own a company. John and I make every effort to make sure our customers are satisfied. The pool not being cleaned immediately and the late response to extending our stay is inexcusable. They were simply requests that deserved a quick response.
We were very excited for our stay at this home with our own heated pool. I had requested the day we booked the rental that the pool be heated for our stay. It was not until 4 phone calls and the third day of our stay that the pool heat was turned on. Once heated it was nothing we would regulate and the pool on the day of our departure was 100 degrees. Not refreshing and would not have been usable again in the 83 degree weather. They did adjust the charge to my credit card for the heat and only charged us for two days of our stay but still very frustrating.
Also when I booked this home it was listed that there was a grill to be used and despite all the grilling tools in the kitchen and the extra propane tank there was a padlock on the grill and we were informed that the grill was no longer an amenity for us to use. Steak we had brought on the stove top skillet is not the dinner we had in mind.
We would have never rented this property had we known there was no grill.
We will likely stay at Storey Lake again but most likely will seek out an individual owner who can respond to our needs via an 800 number talking to someone in Oregon who really has no clue of what is going on locally. I will say after reaching out thru their Facebook page a local rep did respond but we already had a pretty sour taste in our mouth for our short stay.
We had a wonderful stay this holiday weekend! The house was very clean and neat and was the perfect amount of space for our family. We enjoyed the big community pool although it was terribly crowded and the pool was very chilly. Would definitely stay here again!
We've stayed here twice now. Great times had by all! The space was perfect for our extended family to have privacy in their rooms but also good hang out space to be together. Love that it is pet friendly, they even had dog dishes for food and water! The resort water park is so fun!!!
Multiple issues with this location. Beautiful property but major lack of upkeep and communication. We arrived at check in to not enough bath towels. That same evening a maintenance guy shows up to fix the washer. We were at a loss as no one told us it was broken and couldnât be used. The following morning we went to go swimming and the pool heater wasnât turned on, even though the property inspector said she put it on. Our breakfast toast came out half toasted due to a broken toaster and the one side not popping.. around the house multiple blind cords were not operational and toilet roll holders were broken and barely on the wall.
After numerous calls the pool heater was turned on 4 days late which I paid for. 1 week since my first phone call and Iâm still not given a response on compensation. We were not offered any accommodations to this broken washer. And the final days the front door wouldnât lock due to a dead battery so I had to call again for this to be dealt with.
Out of us 4 families that stayed together will not recommend or use this property or company.
The property was great. The house was clean, well maintained, well stocked, beds were comfy, etc. Iâm giving it 2 stars because of the customer service of Vacasa. We paid for the pool to be heated and it didnât actually work until the 2nd to last day of our trip. Iâve reached out multiple times about a refund for the days the pool heater wasnât working, and itâs still unresolved. My advice, donât pay to have pool heated if you plan to stay here and hope that you donât have any issues and have to deal with Vacasa.

The property was supposed to have two king beds and only had one. There were several other issues; a toaster that worked on only one half, pool chairs that were falling apart, only one extra roll of toilet paper so we had to buy some, and limited paper towels and trash bags as well.
