The place was great! I hate to even make any negative comments; however, itâs the only way to improve. We arrived to rain! We could not get a connection to the internet. WiFi was showing but connection couldnât be made. I sent two messages from the app. and called twice. The second call the gentleman stated they would have someone contact me to fix. As Iâm checking out we still have no internet connection, so no TV. We couldnât work like we had planned as a result.
This expensive 3 month stay under the management of Vacasa was a nightmare. The issues are numerous and their communication skills are so horrible and non existant for too much of our stay. Ceiling fans didnât work no batteries in anything. The outside of the refrigerator was sweating leaking liquid onto the floor. The air conditioner went out the fire alarms and security alarms went off for four hours one morning without anyone showing up no police no firemen no nothing.. this building was a disaster. A man also got stuck in the elevator which my husband had to go help get out. They ended up moving us to a different place which was nice at first until it wasnât cockroaches no Internet. broken blinds hanging on the floor, all of the TVs so old, none of them worked. Kitchen was poorly stocked only one 4 inch sharp knife, which was dull. They did end up, bringing us a vacuum and a mop after about a 10 day delay, as there was nothing to clean the place with the issues with this company are so numerous and to lodge your complaint on their portal is completely ridiculous and a waste of time we ended up with no Internet for the last 10 days of our stay with only promises that it would be fixed âŠ..never again !!!!

This is a shame I have to write this review as I stayed here last may for 2 weeks and it was perfect. Thinking I would have the same experience I booked it again.. boy was I wrong. It started at 2am the first night with all of the fire alarms in the apartment going off, after calling I was told there is nothing they can do until morning and they asked me if I was ok with having someone enter the apartment when I am not there.. I explained I was not comfortable with that and I would want to be here. Fast forward to the next morning I was not home throughout the day but then came home to find chairs moved and new batteries sitting on the counter.. obviously someone has entered the apartment. I change the batteries in the smoke detectors MYSELF, and rest assured at 12am, 3am, 4,am that Monday smoke detectors were chirping. This continued until Wednesday when I have had enough. Wednesday night I am sitting out on the balcony and come inside to find a man that apparently was sent to look at the fire alarms INSIDE THE APARTMENT, no call, text, email, just a random person letting themselves in. After this I was offered to move to a different home but after people continuously entering the home without my knowledge it made me feel very unsafe. All in all, I left the apartment that night and went to another apartment. I have been fighting for a promised refund and every time I call the amount changes and I get nowhere. As much as I loved this place last may.. I will never be staying here again nor going through Vacasa.
upon arrive to the condo the codes did not work. I call Vacasa to assist with the code but it did not work. The agent directed me to a lock box that had a key. I ask if someone could come out and look at the lock. That never happen. The house was clean, but there was no broom to sweep the floor during our stay, there was no garbage bag in the trash can, the towels were not the cleanliness looking, the basic items like dish detergent and paper towel were not present. We was force to purchase towels, paper towels, and use bags that we had for trash. I request that some one come out to fix the shower door that did not completely shut it never happen. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom remote did not work. I ask them to have someone to come take a look at it because the fan was stuck on a high level. I was unable to change it because there was no strings to pull to change the levels. No one showed up to assist. As I stated in the title the little time counts. Another weird thing is when I shut off the lights in the front from it would turn on the light in another bedroom. Now thinking about this place I would not stay here again. The elevator noise were heard while in the condo. I want a relaxing environment but the little things stop that from happening.
This property was very clean and just as listed. It was decorated so cute and beachy, absolutely loved it! A bit of a fruit fly issue when we arrived, before I even purchased groceries, so they must have been there from the previous guest. .
The only real negative I would say, was that the few restaurants on property and the pool bar had VERY limited hours, some only open Saturday and Sunday. So we most always had to travel off property to restaurants. But the condo itself was great!
This place met expectations. Clean comfortable, and easy check in/check out. The neighborhood is quiet and it was nice having a designated parking spot especially coming back late from the parks. Would stay again.
While this property is located in a beautiful community, access to this specific unit is extremely inconvenient. There is an entrance close by but you will not be provided the key fob needed to enter forcing you to use another entrance with an attendant which extends the travel time an additional 15 mins every time.
When it comes to amenities, thereâs a ton within reunion but you will NOT have access to any of them. We were told weâd get an access card for a local pool but it was not within the residence. When I contacted management, I got a different answer every time and when I finally got ahold of a supervisor (after holding for an hour) she promised theyâd send a runner with the card who NEVER showed up.
The management company is clueless and have horrible customer service.
Place was clean and well appointed, this is a very nice condo. Only thing is the entrance was 7 minutes away from the condo once in the gate, I wish we could have used the residents gate to enter. This other gate was right outside our condo but we werenât residents so we didnât have a code for it. Not really a big deal at all just a slight annoyance. This isnât vacasaâs fault but can maybe be somehow fixed. Loved the house will stay again
