    Nice home and very clean in a good location. Wifi was a little slow. And the TV only allowed you to login to your Netflix and YouTube. No way to download other apps such as YouTube TV or prime or Disney etc. Dish network box was there but not hooked up. Communication was excellent.

    Thanks again, for staying with us folks. As noted, we are a very remote, rural destination way up in a high mountain valley. The wifi is satellite and the TV gets 2 stations out of Butte, along with app. subscriptions that guests bring along with them. It's about as good as it gets in a town of 94 people, at 6,200 ft up, 70 miles from anywhere. But the fishing, hunting, skiing and soaking sure makes up for it! -R&T

    Perfect family home

    We visited Wisdom to see family. Rick and Tami’s home was clean, easily accessible and comfortable. We also loved that we could walk to the local businesses!

    Winter getaway

    We loved this location central to multiple winter recreation options, including skiing at Chief Joseph/Lost Trail, skiing at Mt Haggin, birding throughout the area, and a visit to Jackson Hot Springs. We also enjoyed the ability to walk to the multiple small businesses in Wisdom for pizza and coffee!

    Great Place and Great Host

    We really enjoyed our stay there and the host is attentive even over the holidays. I highly recommend it. The only suggestion I would make is a bit clearer explanation of the fee structure. It is clearly on the page, but I was not aware that the master suite was an extra charge. Thanks again for a great stay.

With regard to a clearer explanation of the fee structure, That's a tough one because we mention it 4 different times in the initial property overview. Even so much as: "*Note: The advertised base rate includes use of the entire 3 bedroom (4 separate beds) and 1 bathroom home. Custom accommodation rates can be added/subtracted as follows based upon your specific needs: *Home & 1 bedroom, 1 bath: $129/night *Home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath: $159/night *Home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath: $199/night *Home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths (Master Suite): $275/night" Sorry that you missed all of these, but we will be sure to inquire with guests just to be sure that they are indeed aware.     Amazing Wisdom Property

    Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home! Our team was elated to have a cozy wonderful place to sleep, fresh coffee in the morning, and hot showers after long days of work. We will be back! We recommend this beautiful home with fantastic care takers to anyone spending time in the Big Hole valley. ❤️❤️

    I thought I was renting four bedrooms and two baths and wasn’t informed the rate listed was for three bedrooms until after I had made the nonrefundable deposit. We paid the extra fee and found the place clean and centrally located for our activities. Sure hope Rick updates his listing to make the fee structure more transparent

    Disaster!

    We got to property at 4pm and its 95 degrees and no shade. property locked: VRBO says owner would provide access code and owner says VRBO provides code. We're there and no code. Owner does not respopnd to repeated attempts to call, text, email, and message thru VRBO. Even had two locls who know the owner try to call to help us out and no response. Endured two hours in heat trying to get in. Finally gave up and rode motorcycles another 200 miles to get home-at 10pm! Terrible experience-very upset. VRBO should drop the property and or owner

    Barry did not stay with us. His reservation was cancelled due to a family emergency. He was given a full refund and offered a free night's stay in the future, (he booked just a 1 night stay) along with our deepest apologies. I don't know what more we could have done? Sometimes life happens and you have to respond. Our children take precedent over Barry. Most folks would understand... -Rick & Tammy
