Shores Heaven - Spectaculaire OCEAN et SOUND VIEW, Luxury Beach Retreat

Shore’s Heaven est une retraite familiale haut de gamme. Ceci est la troisième maison de la plage et offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan, le son et la réserve de vie sauvage voisine. La propriété se trouve sur près d'un demi-terrain sur une rue en cul-de-sac et à seulement 100 pieds de l'accès à la plage.

Vous cherchez un endroit relaxant pour passer en famille ou entre amis? Venez profiter de l'OBX d'antan dans le calme et la solitude des plages de Salvo, tout en profitant des équipements luxueux de cette maison haut de gamme. Les draps (draps et serviettes) sont inclus, les lits sont faits. Vous pouvez profiter des levers et couchers de soleil des 3 niveaux à l'intérieur avec des fenêtres abondantes et à l'extérieur sur les ponts.

Fatigué de commencer vos vacances dans un bureau de société de location ou à l'épicerie au lieu de la plage? Aucun problème. Avec notre entrée sans clé, vous allez directement à la maison. Notre service de conciergerie (petit supplément) fera le magasinage de nourriture pour vous et le fera attendre dans les réfrigérateurs à votre arrivée. Laissez l'ascenseur transporter vos affaires jusqu'à la chambre ou la cuisine.

Pour ajouter à votre intimité, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Cette maison comprend une salle de jeux avec un billard, un ascenseur et une salle de théâtre. La salle de cinéma dispose d'un téléviseur DLP de 61 pouces avec son surround stéréo et Play Station II. Les six chambres ont chacune une unité combinée TV / DVD, l'une des chambres étant adaptée aux personnes handicapées. De plus, la chambre principale au dernier étage dispose d'un jacuzzi. Des points d'accès Internet haute vitesse existent dans la tanière, la salle de théâtre et la salle de jeux. Apportez simplement votre propre ordinateur portable. La grande salle dispose d'une télévision avec son surround stéréo. Profitez de la piscine privée et du bain à remous pour 6 personnes avec haut-parleurs stéréo au bord de la piscine.

Notre service de conciergerie (frais supplémentaires) est vraiment l'une de nos caractéristiques uniques. Que ce soit pour faire les courses, livrer un repas ou tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour agrémenter vos vacances, l'équipe du Concierge est là pour vous aider.

Entrée idéalement située dans le garage au rez-de-chaussée se prêtant à un accès facile à l'ascenseur.

Great accommodation

This was the perfect setting for a family gathering. Everyone had their own room and bathroom and the seniors were able to use the entire house thanks to the elevator. The house is as nice as the pictures show - quality furnishings and an extremely well equipped kitchen - overall great stay.

Great place. Well laid out. Plenty of room for 9 adults with room to spare. Needs update on fridges and some general maintenance. Well stocked. Did not like the fact that only one set of towels are provided.

Great week away with family

Our stay was great…. One inconvenience was that we booked this place for a few reasons, it suited our families needs and it had an elevator for a family member who is handicapped. Prior to arriving (4 days) we received a notice that the elevator was broken and that we would be refunded $200. A nice gesture but honestly, it’s not about the money, we really needed the elevator. Four days prior to our arrival was not the time for our family to look for a new location to suit us. The volleyball court at the home was not maintained, partial sand, mostly weeds and painful to the feet when playing. The pool was great but the area around the pool lacked loungers for a house that holds 14 guests. All in all, it was a great week with family. Kitchen was amazing with everything that we needed and more. Would consider staying in Salvo again.

Happy Place

Our group consisted of 5 moms and we all concurred on how fabulous the house was.We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach access was very close to the house. Everything was very clean and well kept. The only thing that was needed was some nice rocking chairs for the upper deck to enjoy the ocean view!! We would definitely go back and highly recommend anyone else to stay there. We had a great vacation. Thank you Dan.

Heaven!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. This house and area was wonderful and our group of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub were great! We loved the short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all. The elevator was so helpful for our elderly family member and getting all of our stuff inside. Dan was awesome to work with and he worked quickly to resolve any issues. The view from top floor was great to enjoy while having our coffee and meals. This was our first trip to Outer Banks and we loved it. Lokking forward to returning soon! You won't be disappointed with this home.

Adult Children Reunion/Vacation

This is a VERY nice house with all amenities provided. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space for each family to have some privacy. Walk to the beach is a little farther than we thought, but not bad. House needs a little TLC in places from wear and tear. Our only real issue is the air filters were completely clogged up causing some issues with some family members with Asthma. Made the owner aware and he was great to work with. Filters in the house and we changed them. Said they were supposed to be changed monthly by maintenance. Go ahead and book a stay here. You won't be sorry!

Four Generation Reunion was a Success!

We recently completed a four-generation family reunion at Shore's Heaven. The home accommodated the large party we had, with a few young people sleeping on floors. The elevator made it possible for the mobility-challenged patriarch to attend! (It was also helpful in hauling luggage and food up to the top floors). I didn't think we would use the pool since we are a beach-loving bunch, but it was a welcome option on the two days when the beach was a bit too windy. The younger kids enjoyed the pool while waiting their turn in the shower. A short walk to the beach, but the sand can be a challenge. The beach truck in the closet was a huge help! The owner was quite attentive and responded in less than an hour to all pre-vacation email questions. FYI: the child-proof pool gate is indeed child proof. My seven-year-old niece could not access it without help. Would definitely recommend.

Nice, but needs work

This is a very nice house and great location. Unfortunately, there is a lot of maintenance that needs to happen. There is a ceiling leak in second story bedroom during a heavy rain storm. Water leaks onto the bed. So if you dont have great weather, you lose a bedroom. This was reported to the owner and he stated that siding on house is missing and water gets in. I read some old reviews and found that this same issue happened three years ago and yet still has not been corrected. disappointing. Most screens doors are damaged. bathroom sliding glass doors off the rails and difficult to close. bathroom door will not latch. Deck nails around pool starting to come up, so you have to be careful stepping. These are all fixable things, but the property has not been maintained well. The gas fireplace would not come on. The owner was made aware of all these things. Hopefully he will have these things taken care of.

Lower Your Expectations

We had a tough time- Started off with prior tenants trash cans all over the street. Dirty female products left on the driveway from the trash being knocked over. Kids room was leaking water from the ceiling due to rain. Manager was aware but the maintenance person said he couldn't find the problem. Problem continued and it rained on the bed once again! No crib so we had to rent one. No grill Or I should say- The worst grill in the neighborhood. Broken Charcoal Only grill. Not sure if this was supposed to be trendy but we were hoping to have a real grill to cook food and not one located next to trash cans and in overflown water. Random cats (8-10)all over the property being fed by some local. Elevator was slow and had an issue on the track. Be ready to climb 3 flights of stairs. Hot Tub/Pool Maintenance lady was extremely rude to our guest and started blaming him for the cleanliness of the pool and actually yelled at him for pool issues that had nothing to do with him/us. Sliding doors are not all functioning correctly and most of the beds were uncomfortable. For the price of this stay we expected a great home and we left very upset about our vacation.

Our Family Vacation

Wonderful, the name said it all Shore's Heaven. It was our Best Family Vacation to date. We had all our children ( adults ) and grandchildren as well as my husband's parents, who just celebrated their 60th Anniversary!!! Even with everyone there, it was so peaceful. Each family had their own room and privacy. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. We all had plenty of room to sit and have dinners together. We know it said fully equipped but, I'm so used to packing and taking my whole house on vacation. And it was not necessary this time THE HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING...!!!! We had each family bring their own essentials ( toiletries etc.) and then at the store we got the kitchen essentials ( paper towels,soap, and cooking supplies ) but the utensils and cookware are there if you need them. The elevator was a great help. The house is Beautiful well maintained and the view and sounds of the ocean from the decks so relaxing. EVERYONE had their OWN DECK....!!! My father in law loved getting up and just going out to his balcony and watching the ocean each morning. I was concerned about the pool on rhe deck with the little ones, but the way it is setup it is Totally safe. We went over Labor Day Weekend and even though there are other houses and people around it was peaceful and we could not hear all our families while we were all in the house. Very well built and laid out. It is just as the pictures show and then some. Our family always went to OceanCity Maryland every year and we are so glad we found Shore's Heaven, we can't wait to get back there. We did some sightseeing at the light houses, we took our own bikes but next time we will rent them there ,they were so reasonable to rent as well as paddle boards. The tackle and bait shop is right around the corner and if you ask you can pick up your permit for free to have a fire at the beach as well as the wood it is reasonable. The Beach, it is just over the dune but it is peir walking the whole way about 100 yds. My mother in law walked it every day. And you basically have the beach to yourself. One day we got to go down the beach and watch Sea Turtles being rescued ,those that hached but did not make it out with the rest of them it was interesting.We want to thank the Owner Dan for making sure our Vacation was perfect and it WAS...!!!! We will be back....!!!!!

As the title of this home states, it is heavenly. The home is beautiful and close to the beach access. The pool and hot tub were great to have. If getting the pool heat, it may not be ready the first day because it takes 24-36 hours to heat. I would've liked to know this and thought the next group may too. We had an issue with the pool not getting warm, but the property manager, Vino, was responsive to our concerns and handled the matter as quickly as possible. Vino was very kind and understanding. There are a lot of neighborhoods cats, and they are a joy to see. The stereo systems were inaccessible or I at least didn't figure it out. A book would be nice to explain these things, but there is not one at the house. I recommend having your phone handy to see the checkout instructions and garbage night information. My group loved this home and the location! Oh and if going outside the driveway there are burrs that get stuck in shoes or foot if not wearing shoes. You will track these into the home, so check your shoes!

Wonderful stay

3rd week in September, we had 7 adults and 3 children. The pool was not cold, but not warm. Check in was easy and the house itself is spacious and clean. We had a really wonderful time and would highly recommend the property- below are just a few minor suggestions- first; the master bedroom and the lack of window treatment on the top arch window. It’s extremely difficult to sleep in with the sunlight pouring in. Please consider covering it. 2nd- update the pictures of the house and it’s surroundings. The map and pictures are misleading. There are multiple new houses blocking views of the ocean and the house directly next door is under active construction. None of these are accurately represented. Third- there is a gas grill at the house. Not sure where it came from, but we rented one after being told there was not one. Fourth- Only the master bathroom had a shower mat- the rest did not. Fifth- the temperature gauges were not consistent from room to room. If the thermostat was set at 74 on the 3rd floor, the temperature would easily fall to 66 in the master bedroom and be freezing cold. Sixth- the door in the house leading to the pool didn’t latch close properly and therefore could not be secured. We had to lay a stool in the frame to keep it from being opened. A major concern for us leaving the house and not having our things stolen. Seventh- two twin bed room’s bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be closed for privacy. Things we were extremely pleased about- 1- kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of (although the deep fryer cable was missing,) 2- we were able to easily manage the overall temperature with the thermostat on each floor. 3- the beds were VERY comfortable. Everyone slept very well. Linens were very nice and clean. 4- the house had a crib, pack and play, high chair, feeding chair and games (we played cards against humanity one night and had a ton of laughs) 5- the elevator was amazing to use and we had lots of gear to use to take to the beach including a new wagon. 6- the patio furniture was comfortable and enjoyable to sit on. They were clean and not broken. 7- Communication with the owner was timely. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and we thank the owner for his hospitality. **also a note- there are a ton of feral cats in the brush and grassland surrounding the house. People showed up to feed them. They would roam frequently around the house. They didn’t bother us.

Comfortable and Kid Friendly

Roomy upstairs living area for parents and 6 kids under 4. Beds were size-able and surprisingly comfortable for a rental. Everything was functioning well. No issues whatsoever. We would absolutely stay again.

Destination Wedding

Our son had a destination wedding in the OBX and we had family and friends stay with us in this beautiful home! Great location very clean. The bedrooms are perfect for adult groups and the mattresses are wonderful. My husband stated best sleep he had had in a long time. The accommodations supported a large group.and the house was very clean with a fully supplied kitchen with everything you would need. Property manager was excellent and responded promptly to every question I had about the property. I only have one recommendation for this home and that would be to simplify TV systems. However I would highly recommend! 5 star rating!

Beautiful Home

This was our first trip visiting the OBX and man are we glad we found this house! When you first pull up it took our breaths away. It’s so beautiful and really big. We had a large party size of 6 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of room for all of us. We ended up not even using two of the rooms! You get beautiful views of the ocean and you are also the last road before the stretch to Avon which we enjoyed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. You are a short walk to the beach! Vino was very easy to get ahold of I needed him. I highly recommend this property!!

We have furnished the house to address your comfort needs, and with each bedroom having its own bathroom (plus 1.5 more bathrooms), there is never any waiting in line. Also, the private pool and hot tub, not to mention the volleyball court, is there for your use whenever a beach day isn't quite what you wish to do.

Being so close to the ocean and Sound, spectacular sunrises and sunsets are a daily experience.
