Belle maison de plage moderne et moderne de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains située dans la ville pittoresque de Laurel, entre Jamesport et Mattituck. À seulement 50 pas de marche sur une route de gravier privée vers une magnifique plage de sable privée sur la baie de Peconic calme et adaptée aux enfants!

Vues sur l'eau depuis la cuisine, le maître BR et l'énorme terrasse enveloppante. Notre maison de vacances est rénovée, joliment meublée, entièrement équipée et super confortable. Comprend trois chambres - deux avec lits queen, une avec lit de repos double. 5 couchages.

Niché sur 1/3 acre avec un grand côté et une cour arrière. Utilisation complète du kayak, du hamac et du gril. Situé sur une route privée calme, à quelques minutes du meilleur de la North Fork a à offrir - vignobles, stands de ferme, cornets de glace! Un lecteur facile de New York. A dix miles des points de vente de Tanger. Grande plage publique et port de plaisance à seulement deux minutes.

Fantastic in every way

From the location, steps from a gorgeous private beach, to the house itself, spacious, comfortable, and loaded with everything we needed to make a fantastic getaway, this place was amazing . Jamie was the perfect host, quick to respond, answering all our questions and making sure we had what we needed. The stay was way too short and we look forward to coming again soon!

Great Long Weekend

This was a great place to stay. Close to everything yet very quiet and relaxing. A quick walk down to the beach. Had a great time visiting the local wineries. The house has everything you needed. Also great outdoor space to sit and relax. We look forward to coming back here for another visit soon.

Serene and relaxing

We visited Long Island for a family event in Mattituck and chose this lovely home near the beach. It was as described a "tranquil Beach home" and very comfortable. Plenty of room and more than if we'd stayed in a nearby hotel. We hope to visit Laurel again someday and will stay here if it's available! Loved the nearby local vineyards too!

This home was decorated beautifully, clean and had everything needed for a beach vacation.

It wasn't easy finding a one level house that had at least two bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 full baths, but this house was perfect for 2 couples! I wanted to find a rental for my parents and me and my husband to spend a birthday weekend away. My parents needed easy access, a bedroom on ground level and a master bath. This one level house was just what we needed. Enough open space inside and out to share meals and spend time together, but also the privacy of separate bathrooms. There is a third bedroom which we didn't use, but had a twin bed for another adult or child. The North Fork is simply beautiful and we loved visiting Orient Point State Park, walking around Greenport, Southold and Love Lane and visiting a winery. We saw a beautiful sunset at the Iron Pier Beach. It was easy to communicate with the homeowners, Joe and Jamie. Highly recommend this property.

SUMMER PERFECTION

Perfect in every way. I traveled from Northern California to visit family on Long Island and I found the perfect setting at Joe and Jamie’s lovely lovely home. There was nothing wanting about the house and the experience. The house was immaculate, everything was in perfect working order. I have a really bad back, but the sleeping experience was Utterly comfortable, the pillows the mattresses…… Joe and Jamie could not be more accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The home is cozy and inviting with everything needed to make it that way. Lots of outdoor space, deck and grassy areas, and the most inviting hammock in a shady spot, perfect for your favorite summer read. An outdoor shower that made it so easy to come back from the beach just a few steps away, and clean- off before entering the house . The ceiling fans and air conditioning kept us extremely comfortable, considering the outside temperatures were in the 80s and 90s. My family and I would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful wonderful wonderful experience. Thank you Joe and Jamie for providing such comfort. Hope to come back again!

Very comfortable

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great and everything was nice and clean. They have a well stocked kitchen and a nice big wrap around deck. There are some wonderful farmers markets nearby, grocery stores and tons of dining options. The vineyards make for a fun outing as well. We love the North Fork and visit often. The property owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely return.

Beautiful house close to the beach. Nice and tranquil

The house was beautiful and big enough for me and 4 friends. Private, quiet road, so no concerns about noisy guests/renters. Fair warning; road is private and therefore not paved. Don't drive fast. A guest house was there, which we did not use. Plenty of amenities and things to do outside. Short walk to beach, (beach is rocky, wear water shoes!), and an outdoor shower available as well. Fire-pit and decent sized yard as well. Cornhole, bocci, basketball, and kayaks available, along with a few card/board games. Cable/wifi/netflix/etc. available. Mostly modern appliances and nice comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms, both with showers. 2nd bathroom was tight but worked. Beautiful natural lighting and plenty of ceiling fans/nice AC. House great for young couples and small families with kids. Only issue came from an ant problem in the kitchen, spent a decent amount of time removing pests during trip. But talked to owners and they'll take care of it. Also decent # of mosquitos outside after sunrise, be warned! Area a little away from restaurants/bars/outside activities, but not an annoying distance, we made due. We bought groceries, as most of the food there was expired; most likely left from previous renters. Pretty close to a nice farmer's market and a number of excellent wineries, which was a big plus. Overall, a wonderful trip which my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed! Would definitely recommend to people looking for a nice beach getaway on Long Island!

Location! Walk to beach, good for kids; kayakers

Attractive open plan house with wrap around deck affording sun or shade anytime. A small water view, but close enough to the small level beach that a two-year old could walk it. Level: that means a kayak or canoe can easily launch. Good swimming area for kids and adults. Tranquil view. Area littered with farmers markets and wineries with home-made ice cream shop close by (cucumber ice cream!?) Kitchen well stocked including the things you don't want to pack, like salt and oil. You need to bring own sheets, but towels supplied. Good supply of beach toys, chairs, kids toys, games. Gas fireplace a lifesaver on a raw rainy day. Lawn and basketball net for sports and playing. Attractive quiet street. Great level biking on non-main road and nearby side streets. One caveat: we saw several jet skiis in driveways - is the bay noisy in summer? You might want to check that with owner.

Wonderful location and warm, comfortable home

We were very pleased with how centrally located this house was, in addition to being steps from the beach. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed, and all the logistics were smooth and uncomplicated. The owners were very easy to to work with.

If you HATE the beach, a beautiful home and pure relaxation...don't come here.

A beautiful home truly on the beach! (the pictures don't do it justice!) Communication with the owners was so instant I thought they were bots! (they aren't). The place is tranquil, exceptionally clean and a great choice for families or just a quiet weekend getaway. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Great Beach House

Jaime is an amazing host! The house was clean, comfy and cozy. Wrap around deck made day and night great for sunning, relaxing and star gazing. Convenient location to beach, restaurants and farm stands. We will be back next year!

Cozy Beach Cottage

What a wonderful beach cottage. Wrap around porch, roaring gas fire, cute bedrooms and kid friendly (great books and toys). Took great walks to the beach, collected shells, and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. A dream location! Best vegetable stands, wineries and shopping (Tanger Outlets) all in one beautiful place. Comfortable little beach house. Great location.

This little house is situated within a stone's throw of the wonder that is Peconic Bay. Offers all you need for a rejuvenating getaway and is within minutes of farm stands, wineries, retail shops and restaurants. We were out on eastern Long Island to attend to some family business and the comfortable surroundings provided exactly what we needed in the midst of all our required activities. Perfect set up for families with active kids.

A Perfect Place

This was a lovely week. The quiet ocean get away that I was looking for. I was alone and loved it. The bay and beach are beautiful. The house is so tasteful and comfortable. I loved the deck and eating outside. It is in a beautiful area with fun places to explore and great resturants in the area. Joe and Jamie were friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating. I look forward to going back.

LI Beach cottage

We enjoyed the stay at this lovely home. A very clean and well decorated house with 3BR walking distance from beach. The deck is big and lovely to enjoy with great views. We had an infant and a dog with us and was very comfortable. Checkin and Checkout was easy... no hassles. Would recommend for a family or group looking for a nice place near the beach near wine country.

Home away from home

What can I say ......I am soooooo happy I found this adorable home . We rented a place in jamesport for June 7-11, but then decided we wanted to stay longer, but that place couldn't accommodate us, was already rented, so I went searching for another place and found you , couldn't been more happy with how all turned out! It was like no other house we've been to....felt so homey, and cute and we were extremely happy there. Both Me and my elderly parents love the area, and my little one still asks me why don't we go back to the "beeth house". She is 3 and I don't know which she loved more playing in the sand or in your yard . We had daily visitors on the rainy, cloudy days in the form of 3 bunnies that she was extatic about. Long Island Wine Country Beach House

Anazing house, extremly clean and decorated with great attention to detail and soul. The house has 3 bedrooms, of which one is the master with Private bathroom. The other bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with a bathroom on the hallway. The layout is perfect. The master bathroom has a HAND held shower which is amaizing, I dont know where the trend with overhead showers started , but try giving a child a shower with an overhead and you will soon realize what a blessing the hand held is. Everything is so clean, it sparkles. There is also an outdoor shower which we used everytime when coming from the beach. The living room, kitchen are spacious and have everything you can posibly need. There is a large size refrigerator as well as normal size range. Cabinets are plentiful, and generously donated with utensils,tableware and cookware. A 4 seat dinning table is in the living room. The deck is extremely large and provided with an large outdoor table, extra chairs and a BBQ grill. There are also beach toys, a kayak, and plenty of outdoor toys: balls etc. Theres is a small beach 2 houses down the road which was very convenient with a 3 year Old . Everything is close by :supermarket, Starbucks , restaurats , Cvs pharmacy in 10 min drive, in Mattituck. Public beaches 5-10 min away. Also in Mattituck is Lovers Lane, a street abundent with cute little shops selling fares from artisanal chocolates and pungenty, delicios cheeses, to wine, trinkets and lovely souveries. 15-20 minutes driving are multiple great wineries as well as the aquarium. 25-30 minutes away is greenport with Restaurants and a beautiful carousel . In jamesport, there are pony rides farms. The area is a farmer's Market lover paradise, as during the Summer the area is just a cornucopia of fresh, off the farm tomatoes, and all sorts of veggies and fruits. The yard is large with beautiful grass, where we played with our daughter, and my elderly parents also enjoyed a smooth red wine by the lovely fire pit surrounded by pristine white adirondack chairs, while my daughter had marshmallows. Many an afternoons, me and my daughter will swing away in the large hammock in the back yard letting the breeze cool the day away into a quiet and peaceful sunset. Never felt so welcomed ever before in any of the place we have been, like we did in this beautiful beach house, and all of us shared the same nostalgic feeling when it was time to leave. Amazing holiday, we had made beautiful memories here.

Lovely House by the Bay

Wonderful, clean house with all the amenities you could want. We spent a very relaxing week here, enjoying the beach, just a few steps steps down the road, and the many local amenities including great restaurants, many farm stands, the nearby Tanger outlets, and terrific day trips, including Orient Point, Greenport, or Shelter Island. For wine lovers there are many great North Fork wineries, most offering tastings, food, music & more. All in all, a wonderful place to spend some time relaxing, swimming, and seeing all there is to see (and do) on the delightful North Fork. We hope to come back here again! G&J

Clean, Bright three bedroom just off Bay Beach

Terrific, clean and pretty little three bedroom cottage which is three houses off of a small bay side beach. Its perfect for young families or teens, especially if you have a kayak or small sailboat to launch off the beach. Neighbors very friendly and enjoy the renters. Owners were responsive and very accomodating. This area is quiet and a short drive to wineries and some great restaurants (North Fork Table and Inn in Southold is as good as any New York City five star). Some great Sound beaches and the fishing village of Greenport are 20 minutes or so away, as are the Tanger outlets the other way. The Hamptons are a bit of a drive (40 minutes or more with traffic), so this is very much a "North Fork" experience. Would definately recommend this house and go back again.

Family-Friendly Beach Oasis

This perfect summer home, truly just steps away from a lovely beach, is everything the property profile professes to be and more. We came as a family with 3 children ages 6 and under, and the house had the perfect number of rooms, amenities and layout for the lot of us--from the toys to the awesome grill, the hammock and even to the baby dining chair. The furnishings are beach-cottage chic and overall property well-maintained. The beach, at low tide, is a long lovely stretch and great for serene walks. The water is calm and kid-friendly. Best of all, the owners were also super nice, helpful, available and accommodating. Location is central to Northfork wineries, plus kid-friendly farms and other attractions.We would totally book this property again.

Quaint perfection on the Bay !

We spent 3 weeks this august and we cannot wait to go back, the house is tastefully and well equipped, with a great yard. The bay beach is awesome and perfect for little ones. Surrounded by cute little towns easy to get to the sound or ocean and great restaurants close by.

The perfect beach getaway.

Having never been to the North Fork we planned a trip to visit the beaches and vineyards with my family of four. This house was the perfect choice. Nestled in the heart of wine country it has a little private beach just a few steps away. You can also visit the public beaches within minutes. We enjoyed the enormous deck where you can smell and hear the ocean (actually, it's the bay which is perfect for children). It was an amazing discovery. I can't wait to go back next year!

We have been vacationing on the Beautiful Peconic Bay for 15+ years. The days on the Bay are beautiful and the nights are peaceful. Our family has enjoyed countless hours of swimming, fishing and tubing on the calm waters of the Bay. Our house is located on a private gravel road off of Peconic Bay Blvd where we have a private Beach. Please come and enjoy our little piece of Paradise!
