Location, location, Vacation! This 3,500 sq ft Deer Valley Drive townhome is perfect for vacationers looking to be in the middle of it all!

We bought this townhome because it is conveniently located in Park City Old Town with all the dining, shopping, and entertainment Park City has to offer. A bus stop literally at your doorstep! It stops in front of the townhome and is a free 3 min bus ride to both Deer Valley and Park City Resorts. Or take a short 10 min walk to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain for skiing and world-class mountain biking; making this a fabulous location for easy vacationing. For Golf lovers, you are a two minute drive to the nearest Park City Golf Course and ten minutes to The Canyons Golf Course.

This end unit townhome works especially great for multi-family groups as it sleeps 15 people comfortably in 5 bedrooms with pull out beds and inflatable mattresses for 3 additional guests. Siblings, friends, and cousins can come together in a fun bunk room that has a triple bunk bed.

Gather with friends, family, or colleagues in the great room and enjoy the spacious and updated kitchen. You will find there is sufficient space for everyone with its four levels plus a movie room. Also includes a private garage with plenty of space to store mountain bikes and skies. There is extra parking on the sloped radiant heated driveway as well for those added guests.

During ski season Ski Butlers is convenient service you can use to deliver all your equipment rentals to the townhome. They offer complete on the mountain support throughout your rental and will pick-up your equipment on your final day. It is skiing made easy for those wanting to spend more time skiing and less time worrying about gear.

Don’t feel like skiing? Head over to Woodward for some amazing tubing, year round indoor and outdoor ski jump park, and trampoline fun for all ages! The kids will never want to leave!

Fantastic Holiday

We all enjoyed our stay at Steps to Main. Kate was wonderful with communication and the location of the townhome to Main Street was fantastic. We used the bus system ( stop in front of house) everyday as well to get to the slopes.We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect stay!

Our family had a really wonderful stay at this home in Park City. The home was beautiful, spotless, and very thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Everyone had a blast with the games, theater, and hot tub, and all were comfortable day and night. The host was accommodating and responsive, and left clear instructions. We hope to come back in the future!

Great stay! Owner is very communicative and the house is in excellent shape. Location is right next to PC downtown and the easy shuttle to DV. The bedrooms that say Queen beds could be full / double is the only thing to note. Otherwise everything was great!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this house. The location is fantastic. A 3-min walk to Main Street, where there is plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The house was beautiful, modern and stocked with all conveniences. Communication with Beth was great. We had a group of 9 singles, so we had just enough beds. Would def consider coming back if our group stays 9 or under!

Perfect Family Ski Rental

We had the best time staying at this house - it was perfect for our 3 families of 6 adults and 7 children ranging from 3-8 years old. The layout was great (be aware lots of floors/stairs but that worked well for us to each have our own space), and we loved the amenities - amazing hot tub, awesome old school arcade games, and a movie theatre our kids would barely leave. The location of the home is also perfect - 3 minutes to deer valley, 5 minutes to park city mountain, and 5 minutes walking distance to the center of main street. Thank you for an amazing stay - we can't wait to return for our next trip!

Strike Out? Not this time!!

Our stay was perfect, even during the ski patrol strike. House was big enough that even with 8 adults and 2 kids it didn’t feel cramped. The Theater room was perfect to watch the bowl games and for a Disney movie or two. Right in the heart of Park City close to everything possible. Ski Patrol strike didn’t keep us from finding an alternative in Deer Valley.

Great location, great host

Kate is perhaps the best host I’ve ever spoken to. She is quick to respond, very helpful, and goes above and beyond in every way. The location of this place can’t be beat. Just a quick walk to everything in downtown Park City and the shuttle picks up right in front of the condo in case you don’t want to walk. We enjoyed our stay immensely, everything was clean and as advertised. Absolutely would stay here again, no questions asked! Hope to come back for Sundance one of these years!

Perfect Accommodations for our Trip to Sundance!

This amazing home could not have been more perfect for our Girl's Trip to Sundance! There were 14 of us in all, and we each comfortably had our own sleeping accommodations. The home was so well set up...four inviting floors of warmth and coziness, with plenty of space for all. The house was very well stocked and maintained, and hostess Kate was the best communicator and made us feel so welcomed! The convenient location within walking distance to Main Street was simply incredible. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to come back. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Best location to Deer Valley and Main Street

This was our second year renting Kate’s property and it was amazing! You cannot beat the location - it’s on a shuttle stop to Deer Valley AND across the street from Main Street. We were traveling with teens, kids and adults. It gave us so much flexibility getting to the mountain and downtown. The property itself is great. Lots of rooms and beds - which makes it a great place to stay with multiple families. The open living space kitchen on the mid-level is perfect. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. The movie room was awesome for the teens as a hang out spot. Additionally, Kate has made the house super ski friendly. There’s a great landing space inside the garage - complete with boot dryers and helmet cubbies. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Spectacular location, all the amenities, great host

We were a big group - and there was something for everyone. A full well stocked kitchen, a little game area to keep the young adults entertained, a hot tub, big dining area, a media room. My favorite - a heated driveway so the cars could get in and out easily in the snow (the driveway is pretty steep). The place is very close to main street with all the shopping, fun bars etc. Our intermediate skiers could walk to the nearby lift at Park City. The beginner skiers needed a ride to the main lodge with the easier slopes - although there is a bus right across the street serving both Park City and Deer Valley that serves all slopes. Kate is a DREAM to work with. So helpful and responsive.

The home provided ample space for the 8 of us, with room for more. Great kitchen as we made most of our meals there. The bus is right out front and a very short easy walk to Main Street. Looking forward to returning!!

Great spot in Park City

This was a perfect place for our extended family - all attending a wedding. It is exactly as described in the listing. It is just 2 blocks from central Main St. so is easily accessible to everything you'd want to do. Also (different than other places we've rented), it is remarkably well-stocked with toiletries and pantry supplies. We really appreciated that. The host is extremely easy to access, and she texted me on our arrival day to make sure everything was ok. It was!

Outstanding! This property is clean well appointed and in a fantastic location. Easy walk to town and right on the bus line for town lift and deer Valley. The property owners were very communicative and responsive. Only small drawback it’s not as big as it looks in the pictures. Everything is represented properly. But 12 people Is pretty full. I would definitely stay there again. Give it a 9.5 out of 10

Perfect Deer Valley/Main Street rental

Absolutely perfect location for skiing Deer Valley and enjoying downtown Park City. The bus stop is across the street. And downtown is a five minute walk. We hardly used our rental car! The property itself was perfect for two big families. Lots of beds and living spaces (movie room, hot tub, open kitchen/living area). The owner was super responsive and helped us with some issues we had with keypads/keys. House was clean and fully stocked. Really can’t say enough- will definitely rebook!!

Perfect House for a large group

I came with 12 other friends for a ski weekend. The house fit us all comfortably and we really enjoyed our time here. The hot tub, movie theatre, and the grill were especially big hits! The location is very close to town, but you do have to cross a busy road and the skiers in our group had to be driven. Parking on site was very easy and fit our two cars.

Host was amazing in assisting us. House is perfect. Clean and well organized. Within a very short walk to downtown and all the amenities it offers. Can watch two of the runs from the family room window and plan your decent to the Town Lift, which is about a 5 minute walk. Book this house. You will be happy you did.

Fabulous Stay over Christmas

Kate is a fabulous owner/host!!! We loved her townhouse and it's so convenient to town as well! The townhouse was very clean and loved the toilet paper/paper towels etc are all available. This townhome is very well appointed and perfect for families or large groups. I would recommend 100%!

Large families have unique vacation problems--making the time, finding a place with enough space, accommodating teenagers, toddlers, and babies. The legistics alone can be overwhelming. The solution for our family of 8 was to find a place that was 1) close to our primary home 2) large enough to accommodate and 3) most importantly, something everyone could enjoy. This townhome in Park City checks all our boxes. With our family living just 45 minutes away from Park City we continuously go back and visit week after week, month after month. We've enjoyed skiing, hiking, and mountain biking and taking our kids to the plethora of parks around town. And we can't begin to tell you the countless hours we spent shopping on Main Street and the outlets. Park City just has it all. We hope you will enjoy visiting this city and creating memories as much as we have. We are so excited to share this amazing property with you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

During the summer and warmer months we love walking out the front door, hopping on the city bus with our mountain bikes and heading up to the top of Deer Valley. One of our favorite rides is on Tidal Wave run. We sit, we ride, and we repeat! After hours of riding on the mountain we end up at eateries on Main Street such as Main Street Pizza or Yuki Yama Sushi. You can't go wrong with any restaurant on Main Street. On days when we don't feel like a ride we walk to the base of Deer Valley along the paved paths that meander around a set of small lakes. You can essentially walk, ride a bike or take your dog along the flat terrain while stand-up paddleboarders and kayakers paddle the waterway.

Winter season comes around and we are skiing all our favorite runs along the Silver Strike Express at Deer Valley. Nothing compares to weaving through all those pine trees and sometimes--hitting a few! We never miss a chance to grab Deer Valley's Turkey Chilli at the Deer Valley Grocere-Cafe. It is a must every time! When we are up for a challenge we are flying down runs on Jupiters Peak at Park City Mountain. Call us crazy but we enjoy the adrenaline rush! Ski season in Park City is so magical. Even if you're not skiing you are enjoying all the festivities around town. We go tubing at Woodward and as always enjoy the comings and goings of the Sundance Film Festival. There is always something to do all year round and being close to it all is a dream.
