NOUVEAU pour 2020! Cette maison exclusive au bord de l'eau offre intimité et beauté sur la rivière North (juste à côté de la rivière Saint Marys). Regardez les voiliers et les crevettes passer. Depuis le quai privé, il est facile d'accéder en bateau aux plages de l'île CUMBERLAND et à l'océan Atlantique. Vous pouvez également faire du kayak ou pêcher directement depuis le quai. Couchers de soleil incroyables! Parfait pour un couple, une famille ou une retraite d'entreprise. Vous pouvez apporter votre propre bateau (la rampe publique est très proche). Cour arrière clôturée. Grande terrasse sur un porche grillagé avec bain à remous. Maître sur Main. Chambres supplémentaires à l'étage. TV dans chaque chambre sauf chambre enfant. Plan d'étage ouvert. Sous-sol / garage inachevé. Les excursions locales peuvent inclure la visite de l'île de Cumberland en ferry, du quartier historique de Saint Marys (boutiques et front de mer), des restaurants de fruits de mer, de la plage d'Amelia Island (45 min) du marais d'Okefenokee (55 min), de l'île Jekyll (1 heure) et PLUS! Amazing trip!

Tiffany was amazing! She was so accommodating and kind. She gave us great ideas of places to go and attractions to see. The home was so cozy and relaxing. We also had a great time on the paddle boards and kayaks. We will definitely be back.

Great house and great views with fishing!

This is our 2nd time staying at this home. We thoroughly enjoy the views and fishing from the boat or the dock. You can put your boat in just down the road and leave it at the protected dock and just jump in and go. Communication with Tiffany when needed is superior. We will be back again.

Wonderful getaway!

I brought my brother and his wife, and my mother. My brother was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. This place is was just what he needed. The outside deck and the sunsets were just astounding!! We had to he best family get together! The host was easy to communicate with.! We will definitely stay again!!

Great for boaters

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting with a very nice floating dock. Dock is suitable for boats up to 25 feet or so. Public ramp is about 10 minutes by car, 5 minutes by boat. Large kitchen, large bedrooms, huge deck with a beautiful view. We enjoyed a fire outside one chilly afternoon. One PSA for boaters: the streets near the house and the driveway are narrow and winding, and there isn't an easy turnaround at the end of the road. With an 18-foot skiff, it wasn't a problem, but with a larger boat, you might want to launch the boat first rather than towing it to the house. Overall, a great stay and we hope to be back.

Accommodations were ok /outstanding views and great dock.

This house is in a lovely neighborhood and has spectacular views! We chose it because we are boaters and needed a deep water dock and it was perfect. The kitchen is very nice and well appointed. The inside is clean but the outside needs some attention. For an older person the stairs are a bit tricky. The front ones are not useable and the side steps have vines growing on them but still usable on the opposite side of growth. The house itself needs some cosmetic attention here and there and is in need of updated bedding in one of the rooms. It seems as though maybe it is being updated a bit at a time. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond. I would say it if you are a boater, it’s important to note not to bring your boat to the house! There is not a place to turn around. It is very narrow with large trees separating the road. As gorgeous as it is, it’s not conducive to pulling a trailer in. Just drop it off at the landing before going to the house. We didn’t have children or animals but the backyard is fenced in so that would be a plus if you needed it. Nice dining room with beautiful table.

Great relaxing stay in St. Marys

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable, the sunsets were beautiful, and the location was perfect for access to Cumberland Island. We spent alot of time enjoying the view and peaceful setting under the covered deck.

Beautiful quiet location

We had a wonderful week riding bikes, crabbing and fishing from the dock, meeting the locals of st Mary’s. We also spent a day at Amelia island and a day on Jekyll island. House was clean and super comfortable with several amenities of home. We will return for sure!!

Spectacular View

This home is clean and cozy. The river view is amazing, and there are plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and everything in between. We were very comfortable, and felt safe in the neighborhood. The refrigerator doesn’t have an ice maker, but there are ice trays and plenty of room for bagged ice. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!!

Perfect getaway home

This was our second visit to this home and it was just as wonderful as the first. The kitchen is well equipped, the home was clean and the sunset view from the back porch and dock is spectacular. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome views front and back

VRBO 5 starsAwesome views front and backSerene neighborhood at the end of a dead-end road (Land’s End). Huge trees form a natural canopy and azalea bushes add color to a dream-like impression. We love big trees, and we could enjoy viewing them through all windows. The living room allows very wide and panoramic views of the river, marshes and trees in the distance. Boats are still on the water or moving slowly along. Sunsets can be observed. We did not hear any noise. The kitchen is well equipped, there are at least 8 chairs around a pull-out table, armchairs are comfortable, the master bedroom is large and has a carpet, the mattress is good for people with back problems. Stairs to the front door and the back patio is time-worn. This cannot compete with the many other great merits of the large house. We can recommend staying in this house, and we would love to come back.

Great house with phenomenal views

We stayed for 10 days over the holidays. House was very clean with all the necessary items to enjoy the holidays. Fishing was great and the local restaurants were very good with friendly folks. Very nice comfortable area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Convenient to have the boat right there to jump on and fish or fish from the dock.

Carla and I love Saint Marys and Cumberland Island. We even spent part of our honeymoon 33 years ago on Cumberland Island. Tiffany, our dear friend lives in Saint Marys and knows the area very well. We would love to share our home with you.
