Great condo.

Condo is in a great location, room description just as stated. Just be prepared to walk down the beach or take the free shuttle to the public beach area.

Santa Rosa Beach VRBO

All in all it was good. There is a safety concern with the sliding patio door. There is a ledge in bottom of door frame that is easily a trip hazard. Lots of nice amenities including books and a few games, some beach chairs. Beautiful view of beach. Some in our party wished there as a hot tub.Very nicely decorated.

Comfy bed; amazing view!

The condo was in a great location with gorgeous ocean views and easy access to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy (a must) and the condo included the basics. I would encourage a little decor update, but the place was clean, well stocked, with an unbeatable location. Make sure you bring first aid items and coffee/tea. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. We hope to return!

Long walk to the beach

Place was clean but needs some upkeep. Nice view of the beach but long walk to public beach since all new built houses have private beaches and that long stretch of the waterfront can not be used.

Girls Weekend

This condo was fine for the purpose of a girls weekend. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but be aware that visitors staying in Beachside Villas are only permitted to use a very narrow strip of the beach at the end of the boardwalk. If you go during a time that is even remotely busy you'll have a hard time finding a place on the beach. Read information in description about beach access.

The usual beach access for Beachside Villas is currently being renovated, but there are many other access options that are nearby as well. There is a beach shuttle running from the complex to the Eastern Lake access now through August to ease this transition for guests as well. When we got there the den tv wasn’t working and they were very timely in their reply in helping us get it fixed. It was clean too! The only thing is the sink is a tad dirty/really needs to be replaced but other than that... no complaints! We’d definitely stay again.

Picturesque Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The views are amazing and the condo was very nice. Perfect for a family of 5. Great location off 30A in the middle of all the shops and food stops. Management company provided great communication. The only thing that was frustrating was not being able to use the beach directly in front of the condo. Everything is private and you have to walk down atleast a quarter mile to set up on the beach or use the trolley in the back of the parking lot to get there.
