As it relates to the kitchen, our starter kit is complimentary and is only meant to cover your needs before you get to the store to do your shopping. We did provide; hand soap, sponge, dish soap, two dishwasher tabs, a roll of paper towels, and a kitchen trash bag. The kitchen was also stocked with glasses, dishes, and utensils, as well as basic cookware. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. Regarding the hot water in the kitchen, the valve had been inadvertently turned off. Once we were made aware, we resolved the issue by simply turning it on again. As for the toilet paper, we provide one roll per bathroom, which is noted in the guidebook to help guests plan for their stay. On the other hand; we do apologize for letting you down in the area of cleanliness. Please note however that we received no complaints of this during the stay; if we did; we would have offered to send back our house keeping team to the unit. Despite the issue being highlighted after departure, we thank you for bringing it to our attention.
