Great location. Easy walk to Rosemary and Alys. Good for large groups. Beach chairs were in a bedroom closet. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Difficult check in due to access codes not working, another issue came up during our stay and was promptly handled.

Seacrest beach vacay

This condo is great! We had a wonderful view and plenty of room inside for 6 adults and two babies. The kitchen is well stocked and even has plenty of storage containers, lots of varieties of drink ware, dishes, pots, pans and serving pieces. They have a good library and plenty of beach chairs, shovels and pails. The only drawbacks were all of the foot traffic to and from the beach because it is the public access point, the grills did not work and the pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see your feet on the bottom.

Bring extra paper products and trash bags. Note the beach is very crowded this summer. If you’re bringing your own beach chairs, set up by 7am. If you’re renting beach chairs and have not reserved a spot in January/February, expect to be 4 to 5 rows back from the water. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time and the condo accommodations were perfect for us!

Great Beach Week with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beautiful view, lovely decor, close proximity to the pool and beach made for a fun beach week with our adult kids and grandkids. Plenty of room for all, more than well equipped kitchen to cook meals, great location if you wanted to dine out and best of all a short walk to beach and just down one floor to the pool. The credit that came with the condo to rent children's high chairs and pack and plays was very helpful as well. Did not know about that when I rented the condo. Only complaint is it would have been nice if the starter products for dishwasher, washer and trash can were more plentiful. They are specific for those appliances and hate to by those in the quantities they come and have no use later for unused items.

Beautiful and clean property but area busy

Right on the beach, condo is phenomenal. Getting checked in was difficult because of gates. The gate workers wouldn’t let us in to get the gates fobs, which are in condo. They said to call property management. We called and spoke with call center multiple times and no one knew what to do. Didn’t hear from management until next day. Thankfully we went back and just begged and another attendant knew to let us in. So just be aware. Condo is very spacious, couches are comfortable, and bathrooms are large and clean. Great place to stay. If wanting to get front row seating at beach you must be there right at 9 to pay for chairs. On this property they went 3 rows back. I saw this on another review and knew to do this, and it does help! But you’re very close to everyone at beach. Private on either side so you can’t sit there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was very nice and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and toys were nice to have. Patio furniture was nice quality. Property management checked in often to see if we needed anything. Could use few more towels and wash cloths in bathrooms. Very disappointed with the amount of people on the private beach. Very crowded and in order to have a spot close to the water to set up chairs, I had to get up at 5:30 am to go set up chairs daily. Also, if you are looking to rent chairs need to call several weeks in advance. Online said they were booked up but once we arrived, they had availability but on the 4th row. In my opinion, there are too many rental chairs(5 rows from beach to back to complex). Half of the private beach is rental chairs that are so close together the umbrellas are close to touching the other half was open to beach goers to set up chairs/umbrellas. The property owner allows his renters that are staying across the street to access the same beach...a tram would haul the people fromAcross the street to the beach access, which made for an extremely over crowded beach. By 11 am, you have to step over blankets and items to walk around others to get to the water. Very disappointed and very dissatisfied with that. We were under the impression only 3 buildings were on site which is why we chose this location. Location was nice, local shopping and lots of places to eat. If you are looking for a place with low crowds on beach, this is not the place for you. Every other private beach on each side of our property had very small crowds, our private beach looked like the public beach.

Downside is we were never given key access to the community so every time we came and went with our cars we had to wait for someone to let us in... multiple times over 10 min. On top of that inconvenience, there was a cooler of rotten food left on our doorstep from the previous renters... that wasn’t picked up until later in the week. Huge disappointment with benchmark 30A

The only problems we had were the many vacationers who had access to our beach steps and the beach was extremely crowded because of the open access for other condos and houses.

We would definitely stay here again. It would be helpful if there were instructions on operating the TV. A few of the members in our party weren't able to operate their TV and we also had trouble with the dishwasher door closing. Otherwise, it was just perfect!

White Cliffs inspired condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was raised coming to Blue Mtn Beach every summer staying at the beautiful White Cliffs one of the first condos built on 30A. Its absolutely beautiful and The Villas I would bet were influenced by White Cliffs. The pool overlooking the beach is just perfect. The condo is GORGEOUS.We LOVED walking to Peddlers for food LACO YUMMMM and shopping. We would get to the beach ideally by 8 (chair set up is officially at 9 even tho they were usually ready by 8 30 - I recommend reserving yours before arriving at the condo only i dont know how - yim sure Benchmark can help.The only drawback here is that the beach is public access which didn't bother me all that badly until about noon when more and more people arrived and surrounded the area that I presumed was set aside for the condo but I was mistaken. Growing up we enjoyed 30A when it was completely private so public access was not what we are used to and I do know that 30A is no longer the quiet rural beach it used to be. Getting out early is the way to go if this concerns you then going up for a swim in the pool is the best!

Nice Property But....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and furnished extremely well. However, there a too many people walking through the property from across the street to the beach at all hours of the night. The ability to walk near the property is greatly hindered by disrespectful teenagers and young adults on bicycles. The beach is overly crowded in late Sept. Won't stay at Rosemary Beach again. It was not relaxing. If you have young people in your family that you don't want to supervise, then this is the place for you.
