Unfortunately, during busier times there is a lot of stress on the networks. We cannot control the strength of the signal and our choice of internet companies in the area is limited. We do sincerely apologize, as we would be happy to improve that if we could have. The repairs were made as soon as possible to the beach access. We did experience high tides and a tropical storm. We will also report the other issues you had with the curtain rod and slider. We are sorry to hear the pool was closed on your last day. We can assure you that if they must close the pool, it is to ensure the safety of all guests staying at the complex. Regarding check in, check in starts at 4pm. If you arrive early, we must make sure that all tasks are completed. This includes and is not limited to a pre clean inspection, the clean and a post clean inspection. When managing as many properties as we do, sometimes tasks are completed right before guest check in. We understand this can be frustrating, but we must ensure all task are completed prior to guest entry. We hope you choose to stay with us again at Benchmark Management, we would be glad to have you! As far as suggestions go, we'll be sure to notify the appropriate departments that a guest's stay can be improved with new ice trays, maintenance with the drapes and doors, and upgrades to the bedding and bathrooms. As far as keyless entries go, a majority of our properties do go keyless for ease, but some prefer physical keys. Before arrival, we send out emails with the lockbox code, though it is sometimes received to junk/spam. We definitely apologize for the delay in servicing you! Kathy, We sincerely apologize for the sewage issue that caused us to have to move you, but we did send you to the only other option we had available rather than not welcoming you at all. We would have sent you to something bigger if we had it open at the time, which we discussed over the process of this move with you. This unit is posted as a studio condo, which means everything is in one large room together. Check-in instructions are now sent in an email and to the guest portal in the app 3 days before arrival. We are glad to hear that you did enjoy the pool and beach access amenities that this complex has to offer. While the roofing renovations were an inconvenience to our valued Emerald Hill guests, it was necessary and we are happy to say that it has since been completed! The construction team was very prompt and understood the frustration guests would have with construction going on during their beach vacations, so they worked daily to get that completed in a timely manner. We have passed along your comments about the lack of storage space for essentials in hopes the owners will add some recommended shelving and clothing storage options.
