Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the condo was clean and ready for our stay. The location of the condo is very close to shopping and restaurants. It was a breeze to get down to the beach each day. Our beach chairs were always set up and ready for us daily. It was easy to communicate with Benchmark throughout the stay. The only negative that I have to say about our stay is that the internet and tv service was not good. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again.

I think it was just a matter of guests not bringing it to anyone's attention. We definitely enjoyed staying here!

Next to public beach but Noah was great in making sure the private portion was for our building. When he had days off, it was a free for all. Pool was convenient and clean. Building area was kept clean and maintained. It was quiet and family oriented. Unit was spacious and generally clean. There were enough towels for everyone and w/d worked well. Appliances were up to date and plenty of utensils. No problems with plumbing. One bathroom’s toilet locked up but it only took lifting lid and lifting lever. What was noticed was the amount of mildew in the toilet. The only problem we had with the unit was the mildew smell. It was overwhelming when we first opened the door. I suggest checking toilets, carpet and what ever can be used to help eliminate the mildew odor. Would stay again in another unit or this one if mildew odor was eliminated. We had a wonderful time.

The walls, furniture and carpets all have stains and feel grimy. They have smart TVs but the internet is too slow to stream anything. The kitchen is mediocrely stocked... there’s just not much wow factor. The digital guestbook was nice however it didn’t include the gate code or checkout instructions and that was frustrating, as we had to call and wait a few minutes for someone to answer the phone to enter the property and for checkout, we didn’t get a response until we were pulling out of the place to head home. If your main concern is location & nothing else, this is the unit for you!

Great location - poor management

The house was excellent. We had an amazing view, comfortable and quiet home, and great beach access. Unfortunately we will not be returning here due to difficulty checking in (you need a parking code and this was not provided), hard time reaching/hearing from property manager (we were supposed to receive call backs over a couple different issues and didn’t), terrible wifi (we just used data all weekend because the wifi was extraordinarily slow), and the pull-out couch was horrendous. The house is huge and gorgeous, but so few provisions and lack of communication made it less pleasant than other VRBO experiences.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I, plus our daughter and son-in-law and two young grandchildren stayed at this condo for a week. The location was great; right on the beautiful beach and walking or bike riding distance to restaurants and shopping. We loved that the condo was on one level and we didn’t have to deal with stairs. There was plenty of room in the condo for all of us and lots of space for the kids to play. The view of the ocean/beach from the balcony was amazing. For all there was to love about the location and layout of the condo, there were a few things we were disappointed with. From first entering, we noticed a musty, damp smell. So much so, that we could still smell it on our clothes once we were home. We seemed to get used to it, but I think it contributed to the runny noses and coughs we all experienced. The unit could use a deep cleaning. The exhaust fan in master bath was black with dirt. Bar stools were dirty with dried food. I realize this unit is priced below other units in the bldg because of its age and lack of updating, but this shouldn’t affect cleanliness. A good cleaning, dehumidifier and air purifier would greatly improve this unit. Also, having a few very basic items available, ie paper towels, salt and pepper, trash bags, etc would be helpful.

Thanksgiving in Seagrove Beach

The unit was very clean and the only issue we had was the WIFI was not working properly. I think it allowed us to spend more quality time with each other as opposed to staring at our phones. It's right across the street from the gas station so the kiddos could run and get whatever snacks they wanted and several restaurants within walking distance.Can't wait to be back next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 had a beautiful week full of memories at Legacy 204! The condo is spacious and we loved the balcony overlooking the gulf. It was perfectly situated away from the crowds of Seaside but close enough to hop on our bikes and get our ice cream fix. We loved being close to the Hub as well. We had 2 maintenance issues that were fixed immediately. The only thing we felt needed real improvement was the overpowering smell of mildew/mold upon entering the condo every single time. Even our clothing took on that smell. I really hope you invest in a good dehumidifier and do mold remediation.

Corner unit had large deck with plenty of seating and a gorgeous sunset view. Our grandkids loved having a large pool and we loved having outdoor restrooms steps away. The private beach area was beautiful and wasn’t as crowded as the areas on each side. Beach chair service was always ready and the guys were beyond courteous— even there to move you closer to the water as tide moves out We love this area of Seagrove, working with Benchmark and the Legacy. Hope to return next year

Great property and location! Needs some TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay got off to a rough start. We arrived during Tropical Storm Claudette which was a bummer. Out of everyone's control though. Our initial impressions of the condo were not good. The cleaning crew needs to be upgraded significantly! There was sand on the beautiful travertine floors and on the carpet in the rooms on arrival. The granite counters and cooktop were half *** cleaned. The comforter in the master bedroom had some gross crusty stuff on it (food?) so we washed it. There is nowhere near enough supplies for cleaning during the week, 1 dishwasher pod and very little soap for washing hands, dishes or doing laundry. People who can afford this condo for a week will likely take better care of it if you provide them with some cleaning products. I bought a new frying pan and other supplies at the store and left it for future guests. The management company was quick to respond and fix the rollup window covering in the master. The repair guy was great and fixed the chain that was broken off. We couldn't see out the window to the beautiful view for the first day or so. Once we got settled in and the weather got better the trip was awesome! Great location with easy and private access to the beach! With a little TLC, this place would be AMAZING!!! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but the initial impression left a lot to be desired.

Great location and view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at condos along 30A for over 25yrs now and this one was very enjoyable. The only negative was that I was on the 2nd floor and the dunes directly in front of the condo were higher than usual so didn't get a great view of the water directly in front of me.

we loved this condo! one of the best we have stayed in. View from the master was amazing and most spacious ever!!! onky thing/ needs a new can opener. :)
