MESSAGE MOI POUR LES OFFRES SPÉCIALES J'OFFRE. Notre condo a certaines des meilleures vues de la plage dans Beachside Villas. NOUS SOMMES DANS LA CONSTRUCTION DE 6 PLUS PROCHE DE LA PLAGE. Voir des dauphins jouant dans l'océan depuis notre condo. Les vues sont super !! C'est l'un des plus grands condos de 3 chambres à coucher de notre complexe. Venez nous rendre visite et voir pourquoi les gens reviennent sans cesse dans notre condo. Dans le bâtiment 6, unité 622, notre unité se trouve juste en face de la plage avec une vue imprenable depuis notre unité allant du salon / salle à manger à la chambre principale. Nous avons un pont sur toute la longueur avec vue sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil pour voir les dauphins jouer dans l'eau.

Nous avons certaines des plus belles et primées plages de sable blanc des États-Unis! Profitez de la piste cyclable de 27 km sur le Scenic 30-A et d'une courte promenade de l'avant de notre plage au parc national Deerlake. Il y a 1 700 acres de sentiers de randonnée à travers certains des paysages les plus pittoresques et son sanctuaire de la faune. Cela vaut la peine de visiter cette plage isolée.

Notre unité est très spacieuse, propre et est décorée «Beachy». L'unité au deuxième étage a trois chambres à coucher, deux bains et demi. Grand salon avec télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD Blueray, chaîne stéréo. Notre unité dispose également du wifi, alors apportez votre ordinateur portable et connectez-vous à Internet gratuitement. La chambre principale avec télévision à écran plat, la 2ème chambre a la télévision et la 3 ème chambre a la télévision à écran plat. L'unité a toutes les commodités avec laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine entièrement équipée et est non-fumeur, sans animaux. Pour ceux qui sont familiers avec Beachside Villas notre bâtiment est 6 qui se trouve juste en face de la plage.

Highly recommend! Loved the layout of the unit, the heated pool was wonderful given our week was cool, the convenience of the beach was great, the view each morning from the master bedroom was exquisite, enjoyed being off the beaten path, yet close to everything. The host was super responsive - thanks! Will definitely be back!

Worth the money!

I rented a three br because I thought there were going to be 6 family members but ended up with just four so we had lots of room. Overall it was well worth the money and a great location. I was a little disappointed it wasn’t directly beach front but very close.

The condo was very clean with a beautiful view. There was plenty of space, and the three bathrooms were a great feature. My only complaint about this condo is the walk to where you can sit on the beach. I know there’s the option of the golf cart, but it’s still frustrating to not be able to sit right by the condo.

The condo was great. We loved the extra half bath. Really wish the listing told us about going up 1 flight of stairs. It was a little hard with my psoriatic arthritis. Also would of loved the beach experience explained better in the listing. But the views were amazing!

We were disappointed in the view because the pictures show only a fraction of what is truly seen. There are buildings in front and on both sides obstructing maybe 2/3 of view from the deck.

The views are really great you can see by my pictures from inside our condo from livingroom and bedroom There is a condo on one side but it doesn't obstruct our beautiful view. Some guests are just unfairly critical.

Wouldn't change a thing!

Check in was super easy. Mrs Barbara was easily available and very helpful. Unit is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches we've been to. View from the spacious balcony is breathtaking. The unit was laid out very well and accommodated our family perfectly. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another day and Barbara helped us through that request effortlessly. Plenty of things to do and good food to eat nearby. We really enjoyed "The Big Chill" just down the road on 30A. Would definitely book again.

Location, Cleanliness, and Comfortable

The three things we look for in when book a property are location, cleanliness, and comfortability. The pictures are very accurate and the location is perfect. The cleanliness and comfortability can be subjective and difficult to determine through pictures and reviews. For my family of 5, we were very please with how clean the unit was and how comfortable the beds and furniture were. Barbara was fantastic to works with and quick to answer any questions. Ultimately, this is a place we plan to rent again, which is the highest review I can give!

Disappointed

We were very disappointed with the distance to walk to the public beach. We had a view of the beach but were unable to use it because it was a “private” beach. My elderly mother could barely walk the distance to pass the private beach and set up farther down. She stayed behind often due to the walk. I booked this particular place because I thought it was closer to the beach. Also, the people above us were very loud and you can hear everything above especially walking (not the fault of the owners). The condo was clean and cozy and well supplied but just not my cup of tea. The balcony was also pleasant. Would not book again due to the noise and distance to the beach.

We have a complimentary golf cart that takes our guests to 2 public beaches that are very close to our condo and will pick you up at our building. The golf cart ride is less than 5 minutes. All beach accesses have some walking on the beach. This is the first complaint I have had. Glad you enjoyed our unit and our beautiful views

Beachside villas good value!

You pay off-beach price for a very very short walk to the beach. Beachside Villas is positioned right by the public access. Building six has beautiful beach views! Other buildings are close by and may or may not give a glimpse of the gulf. Well kept. Good Value! Have stayed intermittently for over 20 years! You can’t beat it. This year 622. Only one flight of stairs and beautiful view! Thank you BSV

Great views!

The views are much better in person. You are actually closer to the beach than the pictures make it seem. Great unit for the price. It would be nice to just walk right out to the beach and not have to walk a bit down to a public beach but that’s standard for the area. It’s only annoying if you are carrying a lot of items. There is also a free shuttle to the public beach but we didn’t want to use it. The beaches are public after 5 pm so that was nice when we wanted to watch the sunset. Barbara was quick to respond with any questions.

Limited Beach space

Beachside side Villas are very nice. Due to beach privacy you only have 60 feet of beach. One of the private home owners continued to come out and make people move. He was rude and it was ridiculous. You also cannot use the beach side rental chairs and umbrellas service. We will never stay there again due to the public beach problems.

We do have the 3 acres of public beach, which is just a few minute walk from our complex or use of the golf cart which runs daily. We do have a small section where you can set up your chairs at the end of the boardwalk. All of 30A private beaches are experiencing issues. But we were so thankful when the county bought a large parcel of prime beach to give our renters access. Sorry you had this experience, but our guests have used the public beach and thoroughly enjoyed.

Nice view of the water

The property was nicely kept. Both bathrooms, the stove, and the W/D looked new. The W/D was amazingly quiet, so it wasn’t a disturbance to wash while people were doing other things. Some of the furniture was uncomfortable but serviceable. We brought our own blankets, but there were at least 2 others in the condo had we needed them. The kitchen was outfitted thoughtfully. There were plenty of bath towels, and many were organic. As others have mentioned, the upstairs is very noisy. They had kids running the hallway and lots of furniture moving. We were able to ignore it, but it may keep us from booking here again. That’s certainly not any reflection on the owners of this condo, of course!

Wonderful!

We have been coming to Seagrove for the last several years and have always stayed at different Beachside Villas. This trip was another wonderful stay! The condo was well stocked with all things needed and so much more. Ms. Barbara was so sweet and easy to work with when I had some trouble accessing the unit, she got me in, in no time! We couldn’t have asked for anything more and will most certainly be booking with her again! More than likely before the summer ends!!! The absolute only thing I would change would be the check out from 9 to 10 ( in a perfect world 😁, right) This may not be a biggie for most and definitely not a deal breaker, just tough on a mama to drag the kiddos out of bed, get breakfast done, pack the car and clean up after them all before 9am. I’m very mindful of leaving a place exactly how we found it. Thank you again for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Very comfortable 2 month stay

This was our first year as snowbirds and after much research we were very fortunate to find this condo. There are stunning views from this condo of the sunsets and the beach area. Watching the waves on the beach from the comfort of your living room make this building the best of all the villas. On the cooler windy days on the beach we could sit comfortably on the balcony with the warmth of the sunshine and wind blocked without needing to be bundled up. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed for my cooking and baking needs with the very nice appliances, cookware, and dishes. We enjoyed the peaceful location of Beachside Villas and the easy access to the bike paths. We took many day trips to PCB to the east and Destin to the west making this condo a great location to enjoy more than just 30A. The king sized bed was comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The televisions are good quality and size that we used. Our internet connection was touchy at times but this was a problem in all the area-not just this condo. We were not in need of two of the bedrooms but all were decorated in a tasteful beach cottage decor. They even had prints from a local artist that I loved so I found her work in Seaside to buy a print to frame in my own home. The owners show their pride in this condo with their attention to details. Due to the season we were not able to use the pools but they looked very nice and there were frequently workers keeping the landscaping looking great. I would highly recommend renting this condo. The owners were great to work with for our being new to renting as snowbirds.

Mike and I have owned at Beachside Villas for over 22 years now. We love coming to Seagrove Beach. The beauty of the area is something you only see in post cards. Our beaches are some of the best with our sugar white sand and emerald green waters. We keep our condo clean and decorated so our guests feel like they are at home, just have the beach at their backyard. Our area is very laid back, scenic and great place to come and unwind.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our complex has 2 pools (one heated during Thanksgiving TO APRIL 15), 2 lighted tennis courts with one being a pickelball court, cornhoe game and shufflboard and some of the best beaches anywhere.
