Cette belle unité d'une chambre est au deuxième étage et peut accueillir 4 avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen. Ce condo dispose d'un accès Internet sans fil gratuit, d'une télévision HD et de chaînes de cinéma.

Profitez des boutiques et des restaurants locaux dont beaucoup sont à distance de marche. Il y a un accès à la plage publique idéalement situé en face de la rue pour une promenade tranquille vers le beau sable blanc et les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique. Beachwood Villas possède également 2 piscines (dont une est chauffée en saison), des courts de tennis, un jeu de palets et une aire de jeux extérieure pour les enfants, ainsi que de nombreux espaces verts! Wonderful Last Minute Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With relatively short notice, my husband and I decided to get out of B'ham and go the coast. We usually stay in Navarre but decided to look further east. We found this gem and booked an offshore fishing charter and had the most beautiful and relaxing weekend! The condo supplied all our needs and was within walking distance to both the beach and Cafe 30A (a fantastic restaurant!). I was able to find a lovely trail run within steps of the condo which was an unexpected bonus. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was great for us. A lot is accessible by bike. Parking was right by the building. We were just across the road from the beach. Good value for the price.

It has plenty of space for 2 adults. There is no washer/dryer in the actual condo but there is a shared laundry room on the property which takes coins (we didn’t use it). Overall this is a great stay for the price and we’d stay here again!

The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of extra sheets, blankets, and towels. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes and was also within walking distance to shops, ice cream, and Angelinas. Angelinas is our favorite place to eat when we visit this area. We had a great stay and would definitely stay in this condo again.

We enjoyed the balcony and ate meals there for breakfast and dinner. I have stayed at Beachwood Villas in the past and I don't remember it being as quiet as it was this time around. We appreciated that a lot! Only problem we had was the access code to the door was not always recognized. We often had to try 3 or 4 times to get inside. Other than that, we were very happy with out time in Seagrove!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not good. I have stayed here at least 5 times and never had a problem. Last time the AC was not working but the person came that night and resolved it. Yes, it mess up our dinner plans but we were able to enjoy our stay. THIS TIME IS A DIFFERENT STORY: MGMT STILL HAS NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS WE HAD. MGMT IS THE ONE THAT STATED THEY WOULD REVIEW AND LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE CREDIT FOR CLEANING. I RECEIVED TEXTS MESSAGE ALL WEEKEND WE WERE THERE REPEATEDLY ASKING FOR THE SAME THING. ONE HAND DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER WAS DOING. FINALLY HAD MGR STATE THEY DID RECEIVE THE PICTURES AND NOT A WORD BACK. CAME IN WITHOUT NOTICE AND SPRAYED FOR ROACHES EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD THEM TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY WHEN WE PLANNED TO BE GONE ALL. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW I MAY BE ALLERGIC TO SUCH STUFF???? THE PLACE WAS OBVIUOLSY NOT CLEANED. FITTED SHEET WAS NOT ON THE BED CORRECTLY. SHEETS WERE NOT TAKEN OFF THE SLEEPER. TRASH UNDER THE SLEEPER. DEAD AND ALIVE ROACHES UNDER THE CHAIRS AND IN BATHROOM...INSULTING THAT MGR DID NOT DO WHAT WAS PROMISED
