Long Beach Resort Tower 3 unit 1403 est un penthouse de 1 368 pieds carrés avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains situé dans la tour 3. Les deux chambres et le salon sont face au golfe avec des baies vitrées et un accès à l'énorme balcon de 270 pieds carrés donnant sur la plage et les couchers de soleil inégalés! Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses avec des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine, des plafonds voûtés incroyables dans le salon et des plafonds surélevés dans les deux chambres. Le salon principal, la salle à manger et la cuisine ont également des fenêtres du sol au plafond tout au long des 22 pieds d'espace de vie ouvert! La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, y compris une mini cafetière Keurig, alors apportez vos K-Cups! Le balcon offre une vue incroyable! La chambre principale offre un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat et un coin salon, ainsi qu'un grand dressing. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une double vasque et d'une grande baignoire / douche de style jardin. La chambre d'hôtes offre deux lits queen et une télévision à écran plat. Penthouse 1403

Pools were nice. Beach was close and not crowded. Condo needs more towels and kitchen towels. I bought some. Not enough lighting in bedrooms or living room and no light on the balcony. AC didnt cool the bedrooms. On the hottest days it just couldnt keep up. Won't be staying on the top floor again.again. We like it

Perfect Week

This condo was extremely clean with ample kitchen utensils. Nicely decorated and the view from the 14th floor is so nice. We have stayed in a Kim's Condos on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. We will be back for more soon....

Beautiful condo, excellent view! Nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the main pool, and beach set up was nice. We would definitely stay again!!

Clean and nice condo

I stayed at this condo with my husband and our 4 kids ages 1-13. Perfect amount of space. The room was clean. I liked that this condo actually had items we needed unlike many other Long Beach spots we’ve stayed at. Normally we have to go right out and buy hand soap, dish soap, more toilet paper, paper towels, etc. This room has lots of upgrades like large tvs and fancy light switches the only thing I think it needs is a new mattress in the master.

Wonderful five days overall.

We love staying at Long Beach every year. This Penthouse was quite nice. Well appointed. But they need a new Refrigerator.It was inconvenient that the Fridge was broken. The bottom stayed cool BUT no Freezer.... so No freezer.... so No Ice.. They sent a repairman the second day but with no results. It has an excellent view. Id stay again but with a freezer next time..

Wonderful visit to PCB!

Thank you for a great stay. The condo was very nice and we had no issues whatsoever. Check in with door code was perfect. It does seem the place could use some TLC and updated decor. Florals were old school and it would be really nice to have a walk in shower so you didn’t have to step up into the big tub. My husband and I both almost fell. Also needs something in bottom of tub to avoid slipping. Other than that, the place was perfect for us and we all had a great time!!

Amazing Condo

This is by far the best condo I have stayed at in Panama City! Everything in the condo was as pictured or even better than pictured on the website. Amazing views of the ocean from the bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room!!! The balcony was very nicely furnished. Unlike other condos, liquid hand soap was included in the kitchen and both bathrooms. My kids and I really enjoyed staying in this unit and we did not want to leave. It was great waking up to the view of the ocean every morning. There is plenty of room and the closets are walk in with hangers provided (which most condos do not provide). The beds were very comfortable. I loved the decor!! The huge TV in the living room was great for watching movies! The only con I can think of is the water pressure in the 2nd bath shower was not too good. If you are looking for a great home away from home, this is definitely it! The pools were also nice. I highly recommend staying in this condo and plan on returning in the future!

I have stayed at Long Beach Resorts many times and Kim’s Condo’s group continue to provide great choices. This unit on the top floor was everything promised and exactly what was needed to start vacation s again!

I’ve stayed at Long Beach for over 20+years. This condo was the cleanest by far. The decor was a little dated but overall the condo was wonderful.

Room was good. Property not so much.

Room was good. But the overall property not the best. Elevator did not work first day. Beach access gate, needs lots of improving. If you’re like me and short super hard to reach. If you’re coming up at night there’s light. Also not enough deck to open the gate. Very dark at the pools at night. Cockroaches everywhere. Overall I do not think we would stay again.

Wonderful family vacation!

This condominium was just what we wanted. It is a perfect size for a family of four. Nice sized bedrooms and a big balcony with a fantastic view. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Everything was just as the pictures show. Comfortable beds, nice furniture and floor to ceiling windows made this condo a nice find. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes and since we cooked several meals, this was very helpful. We loved the keyless entry because we didn't have to keep up with a key and passing it to one another. Check in was simple. The location was perfect. Long Beach resort is not as crowded as the condos next door. LBR leaves plenty of room for the beach umbrellas unlike the ones we saw that were three rows deep and very close to one another. Also, with the large lagoon pool and two additional pools, there was always chairs available when we chose to swim at the pool. The condo was clean except for one towel that remained from the previous guest and a sandy floor. I imagine it is difficult to remove all the sand but it seemed that it just needed a good mopping. The kitchen dishes were very clean but the previous guests left the washer with fuzz and sand in it. We never used the washer/dryer so that wasn't a problem for us. Overall, this was a great rental experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Fall Break in PCB

We decided to take a last minute trip to PCB. I was able to book this condo within 24 hrs. They had our parking passes at the security gate waiting for us as promised. Our key code was emailed to us so we had no problem checking in. The condo was clean. Bedrooms are very spacious and the large windows looking over the gulf were nice. The balcony is larger than most. We had several meals at the table outside. The pools were nice. We were located near the lagoon pool, which my boys loved. The beach chair service was a great perk too. The bathrooms could use some updating but wasn't a big deal. The kitchen was updated with nice granite counters. Everything was just like the pictures showed. Would definitely go back. Also, no waiting at all for elevators. I guess since it was not peak season!

Gorgeous views and beautiful condo

This was our best trip to Panama yet!! This condo exceeded our expectations! Not only did you get a floor to ceiling view of the gulf from every room, you also got a spacious, tastefully decorated place to stay with all the amenities of home! We enjoyed the large balcony and the king and queen size beds!! Not that we cooked while we were there but the kitchen was fully stocked if you desired to cook! For the week it truly was our home away from home. Condo and property was super clean as well. Staff at Long Beach Resort are very accommodating and welcoming to all their visitors. Easy check in with the keyless door! Best feature was the instant access to the beach (beach chairs for the week was a big bouns) and the lagoon pool!! Many great attractions and restaurants are nearby or short drive away!! We hope to return here in the future!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great Vacation!

Everything was great in this unit! Very accessible to elevator, easy walk to pool and beach, very roomy for my family. One of the best things about this unit is the huge balcony and of course the awesome view. Wow! We’ve stayed in numerous condos in PCB and this one by far had the best balcony and view! The pool area was also fabulous. Not too crowded even on days when beach was double flagged. Easy booking, great communication, smooth all the way! Highly recommend!
