4 saisons, 2 chambres plus véranda privée avec canapé-lit, 8 personnes confortablement. La maison au bord du lac se trouve sur un terrain plat et sablonneux sur un lac de haute qualité. Le lot est encadré de majestueux pins blancs centenaires. La maison se trouve sur 26 acres sur une route sans issue pour le summum d'une escapade paisible. La superficie est disponible pour la randonnée, la chasse (tétras, cerfs, ours, lièvre d'Amérique). Un canot et des kayaks sont disponibles avec la location et un quai est disponible sur ce lac de loisirs complet.

3rd time staying at this property and did not disappoint. Well kept, quiet, and everything you need for some time away. Swimming area is always my daughter's favorite part as it's clean and perfect depth for her.(8 yr old)

Wonderful house on a beautiful lake!

Girls Weekend

The cabin had everything we needed for our girls weekend! It was spacious, clean and had air conditioning. The beach was sandy and the water was clear. We enjoyed the kayaks and floating dock.

A great secluded getaway!

This property has everything you need for a relaxing family getaway. The house is very clean, has a great sand beach, a dock for your boat and lots of fish to be caught! It’s only a short drive to downtown Tomahawk, making it very convenient for shopping/etc. Bonus, it has a super cute little “garage” in the back covered in cedar-shake and flowers, which was an awesome backdrop for a family photo… seriously, pack a nice outfit and take a picture!

This is a gem of lake house! As they say, location location location!!! Such a beautiful lake view! Gradual sloped yard to the sandy beach shoreline. Just like a post card.

Another great stay at the Diaz Retreat on Silver Lake

This was my family's second summer in a row staying for a week at the Diaz's lake home, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Fishing, swimming, and just enjoying the beautiful view from both inside and outside of the home was wonderful. The home comes just as advertised, and we definitely took advantage of all of the water toys (kayaks, paddleboard, paddleboat, canoe, and the rowboat the Diaz's set us up with). You can't beat time with family at the lake, and the Diaz's retreat was the perfect place for this. We definitely hope to return again.

Great place on Silver Lake

Dan's place was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was great, but we most enjoyed the outdoor area and the lake. The sandy, gradual entrance to the water is great for swimming, especially for the kids, and the swim raft was really nice also. We took full advantage of the paddle boat, canoes and kayaks, and Dan even set us up with a rowboat that we used a lot. We are nowhere close to expert anglers, but we caught a fair amount of bass (the biggest was right off of the pier) and even one 30+ inch northern. We definitely enjoyed our time on the lake at Dan's place.

Perfect vacation!

The house is beautiful and you can't beat the lake view! Everything was clean and well taken care of. We used the paddle boat and kayaks and loved just sitting on the dock. The beach was sandy and the water was clear. Nice swim platform too. Beautiful lake! We did do a little fishing and caught some smallmouth bass. The biggest and a really nice one was caught right off the dock. It was quiet and peaceful yet close enough to town if you needed anything. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back again. Thank you Diaz family!

Summer get away

All very nice. Dan did drop the ball a bit as he did not get us the check in codes on time so we waited for 30 minutes on the deck. Fortunately it was a nice day. Also the AC was a bit light on its output, so one couple was too warm at night. But a beautiful house and fun little lake.

Quiet Family Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect setup and location for young children. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed and more. The sandy shore and shallow water around the dock was perfect and the lake was very clean. We even caught a few nice fish off the dock. The property provided quiet and privacy as it is situated at the end of a dead end road. There is an albino squirrel living in the community and we enjoyed seeing it several times. We also enjoyed being close to all the conveniences and restaurants that Merrill, Tomahawk and Minocqua had to offer. We made a trip to the Wildlife park in Minocqua and were very impressed with it- the kids loved it. We hope to stay again and very much recommend this property!

Healing and Fun Together

We had the best time possible! We were in the area attending a funeral for the Matriarch of our family and grieving. Dan and Kathy provided a beautiful place for respite, healing, and family time together. We enjoyed every moment on the lake and all the wildlife--deer, rabbits, fish, loons, turtles, frogs, geese, and more! The trilliums and lilies of the vall andth other wildflowers were sweet. Our time in the paddleboat, kayaks, and canoes brought laughter and joy. The beach is sandy, with the most gentle slope--our 3-year-old granddaughter loved it! The mosquitos and ticks can get bad--so bring deet bug spray and you will be good. Inside the homewell-appointedinted, comfy, and sparkling clean!! Highly recommend!
