Oceanfront, construction neuve, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et grande chambre, appartement privé au premier étage de l'ancien chalet de style Nags Head construit à l'origine en 1928 ci-dessus. Belle vue sur la piscine, un aperçu de l'océan et à quelques pas de la plage privée exactement entre 2 accès à la plage publique offrant une plage peu fréquentée. Les vagues de l'océan vous endormissent! Mobilier moderne avec une adorable kitchenette avec DW, cuisinière, micro-ondes et grand réfrigérateur. Enveloppez les porches avec des sièges et des tables confortables.

Perfect place to stay at OBX

This place is super cute, located on the ocean, and has all the basic stuff you can think of for your beach stay. Just bring your bathing suit and have a great time!!

Great stay!

Not many updated, oceanfront houses with private pool are available for a group of 4, so this is a real find! It was the perfect stay for our small family - great location, clean and nicely decorated, and well appointed.

Great Vacation Spot

Amazing location and great for small families. My wife and I traveled with our 2 year old and 5 month old, and this place was perfect. Easy beach access and pool. Beautifully maintained. Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot!

Home away from home

The apartment is well-maintained, updated, and extremely clean. The amenities were perfect. Beach and pool in the backyard and close to everything in OBX. Felt like home away from home. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. We will be back! Thank you for a fun and memorable week!

AMAZING!!

Best vacation! The location is ideal and close to many restaurants and a short distance to fun activities for kids, the place is very clean as are the grounds and pool, the host is amazing and easy to work with. Our family loves it so much, this is our third year staying here!

Spring Break

Wonderfully decorated, excellent location, perfectly clean. We could not have asked for a better rental for our spring break vacation with our daughters. We loved the beach and all the restaurants around the rental.

Couldn't have been better!

Laura's newly renovated flat was perfect for our first visit to Nags Head! Decorated like a professional - so clean and comfortable. The pool off the back deck was a hit with my kids - the ease of walking a few steps to the beach makes this rental a must! Thanks Laura!

Perfect oceanfront option for small groups.

Laura’s flat is a gem. Centrally located, meticulously clean, tastefully decorated, and with thoughtful amenities. For a family of four that wants to be right up on the ocean without having to bring 22 additional family members along — this is likely the place for you. Touches of luxury are all around — stamped concrete decking and soft turf surround the pool, high quality craftsmanship throughout the house, premium decking and high-end outdoor furniture. They even have the expensive hand soaps! Unlike many of the mega homes that you’ll find along the oceanfront, you get the sense that the owner takes great pride in their flat — evident through the care and upkeep of the property. It’s perfectly situated on a stretch of beach that’s not overly crowded. Walking distance to cafes, ice cream, 7-Eleven, and Austin’s Fish Market.

Bday Getaway with the lil diva

OMG!!! I can’t say enough about our stay in Nags Head! The accommodations were top tier! My daughter enjoyed being able to walk outside and have a pool and can walk right on the beach! Laura the host and her family were also on site for the weekend and my daughter just loved playing with their dog!! It was a great spot… checked out couple spots in the area! Surfin Spoon was a great place to stop for a sweet treat! The pool was cold due to the weather but it was great! We are looking forward to another stay at Nags Head!

JUST BOOK IT

We’ve been vacationing in the Outer Banks for many years and have become accustomed to most houses not being very clean due to the limited amount of time the cleaning companies have between guests. That is absolutely not the case with this place. Everything including the bathrooms were spotless. This place is also much more stocked with your everyday items that most homes typically do not include. The home, while not huge, was much more spacious than the pictures led me to believe. The private pool was an absolute hit with our daughter along with the very nice outdoor shower and boardwalk leading to the beach. We don’t typically stay in the same rental twice because we like to see what’s out there. I think this home will break that cycle. If I was forced to come up with a complaint, it would be that the queen size bed in the master bedroom is rather hard. Otherwise, this place was purely perfect!! I’d absolutely recommend it to any family of 4 or less!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful quick beach trip at Nags Head. This property has everything you need and is the perfect home away from home. The pool was pristine and the beach was just steps away. The home was beautifully updated and super clean. We enjoyed the large wrap around porch to watch the sunrise. There is a great ice cream shop within walking distance that my two kids loved. We didn’t get to try any of the wonderful restaurants as we cooked at home most nights but the owner Laura has a good list of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Nags Head! Thanks again, Laura.

My husband and I purchased this cottage in 2012. We owned the Sea Spray Cottages that are directly across the street. John runs those cottages. In 2018-19 we renovated our ocean-front cottage. We knew when we purchased it that we had to replace the pilings and raise the cottage. The 18 month renovation raised the cottage up nine feet and forward towards the road 16 feet. The original upper two floors that we occupy were built in 1928. The lower floor was constructed during the renovation. We have made the lower floor available to guests to rent.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It was across the street from my husband's "work." It is historic and needed preservation as other buyers were looking to demo the house and build the typical mega-cottage to jam folks in for a very expensive week at the beach. We saved the old gal from that fate and have now provided guests with an affordable oceanfront option that is not readily available.

Guests enjoy a brand new space in an old-school shell. The wrap around porch provides guests with an old southern home stay at the beach with direct pool and ocean access.
