Terrain de 3 chambres, de plain-pied avec l'immeuble proche de l'eau avec un fond sablonneux, entrée progressive. Quartier familial et calme, spectaculaire toit-terrasse du hangar à bateaux. 10 minutes pour Haliburton ou Minden. École d'art de Haliburton à proximité. Canoës, kayaks, pédalo disponibles. 2 marinas sur le lac ont des locations de bateaux. TV, satellite, internet, bon service cellulaire. Les chambres sont Queen, Queen et lits superposés plus un lit double. Disponible pour les locations du samedi au samedi uniquement.

Situated just at the big lake, has good entrance to water, lower and upper lake-docks and nice deck at the cottage.

Lovely week in the highlands

We have a lovely week at the cottage. It was a great spot for our family, and we enjoyed the firepit, swimming off the dock, and kayaking. Michelle was always helpful when we had any questions. Lots to do in the area as well!

Great location

Great system of 5 lakes. Very nice boathouse top patio and dock and deck on cottage. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Nice deep water and dock for boating with Marina that has gas close by.

Nice lakefront cottage

Cozy and pleasant stay. Owner (Michelle) was super nice and accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves very much. One minor thing I would change…the write up should let people know ahead of time that owners live right next door….this might factor into decisions before booking.

Cozy cottage getaway

The cottage was cozy with enough space for the 5 of us. The yard was flat and grassy for outdoor games or to relax by the fire. Entrance to the lake was sandy near the shore, and deep enough to jump off the end of the dock. We really enjoyed our stay, the owners are right next door for any questions (or to snap a pic or two).

Fabulous cottage experience!

Gorgeous location. Wonderfully clean and well kept property. Loved the fire pit with lots of wood. The two docks were just perfect, large, lots of chairs and spectacular views! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for cooking. And a brand new BBQ! Our hosts were attentive, accommodating and really nice folks! Highly recommend this lovely rental.

Great week.

This classic cottage is situated on a beautiful lake. Coffee on the boathouse roof deck makes a wonderful start to the day. Cottage was well equipped and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive to a small issue we had. Would definitely return.

Great lakefront family cottage

Our family enjoyed this authentic, cute cottage for a week. The inside was comfortable with two separate living areas and three bedrooms. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything that you would need for your stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - the bonfire pit, floating dock and the patio on the boathouse rooftop. Michelle (the owner) was a pleasure to interact with - she worked very hard to make sure that we had what we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The cottage is in a great little spot on the lake - the owners live on one side and friendly neighbours on the other side. Everyone around us made us feel very welcome. We hope to visit again next year. I will definitely be packing much less for the next trip - they really had everything that we needed. Thanks to Michelle and her family for being amazing hosts and sharing their piece of heaven with us. :)

Great end to the summer

Thanks Michelle we loved our stay! Cottage was exactly as described. Everything went well from booking to check in and check out. Easy access to a lovely waterfront, we enjoyed the boathouse rooftop patio and also the large sunny dock. Cottage was very clean and well equipped. Great location, am easy drive to Minden and Halliburton during rainy days. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Week

We love spending early fall in cottage country. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with. Her cottage was in a great location, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for my senior parents to navigate, as there were no stairs for them to get to the dock. We all had a peaceful, relaxing week and would enjoy returning next year.

Love the rooftop deck

Very well equipped cottage, on a lake that is perfect for swimming and other activities. Loved the deck over the boathouse which was warm and sunny early in the morning. We liked watching the loons swim by, calling to each other, and we saw a deer at the edge of the lake on one of our kayaking explorations. Perfect week!

We would have used the bbq more if there was a actual full size bbq. We had a great time at the cottage but felt a little uncomfortable because we kept feeling like we were being watched all the time and not as much privacy.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay despite not having the best weather. The 2 sun days were spectacular. We really enjoyed mornings on the Sun Deck over the boathouse. Being steps away to the dock & water was also great. The cottage was clean and very user friendly.

Lakeside Retreat

The cottage is perfectly located within steps of the lake at the end of a quiet laneway. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The owners were a pleasure to meet and ensured our stays was very enjoyable.

We have two cottages on large lots with a total of 4 acres; you may see us next door at our home. We have been renting to guests for 10 years and have had great feedback from our guests - and many repeat renters. We spend a lot of time in the Haliburton Highlands and enjoy the out doors.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Very comfortable, 2 living rooms - kids can be watching TV in one and the parents can be in the other living room (ignoring the TV). Outdoor dining area set up for the ultimate cottage dining experience. Waterfront is a sandy bottom, shallow entry. Shallow dives possible (about 6 ft of water) off the end of the dock.
