Idéalement situé derrière la colonie d'artistes Ruskin Place et à proximité des boutiques et des restaurants de Central Square, vous serez inspiré par le décor propre et net de Plum Crazy pour embrasser le luxe de la simplicité. Le premier étage comprend deux chambres, une chambre king et une chambre queen avec salle de bain privée (une avec douche seulement); ainsi qu'une alcôve avec un ensemble de couchettes. À l'étage, le deuxième étage comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon spacieux, un coin repas, un lit de repos en mezzanine et une demi-baignoire. Il y a aussi un balcon ouvert meublé avec accès au 3ème
tour d'étage pour profiter d'une vue panoramique sur la ville et admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le golfe. Pour une pièce supplémentaire, le cottage attenant de 2 chambres, Plum Lazy (relié par des vérandas), peut également être loué pour former le cottage de 4 chambres, Plum Lucky.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and stocked w/essential items to get our trip started! Location is perfect and 2 minute walk to the square. We couldn't figure out the hot water in the master shower and the WIFI was out for 2 days, HOWEVER, the management company was able to help quickly. Overall, great place to stay!

Amazing!!!

This is our second year back. This is the first time we stayed in seaside. I will never stay anywhere else again or at any other house for that matter. This house is perfectly located within steps of shopping or going to the beach. It was so nice to be able to let the kids walk around when they wanted or even go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!

Good overall. Not cleaned particularly well. Furniture is a bit worn....could definitely use updates. Great location. Good value overall.

Planning on staying there again. One issue - the outside needed maintenance, but that would never stop me from staying there again. Highly recommend.

Excellent location.

The location of the home was excellent! The cleanliness of the home needed some attention. The slipcovers on the couch and chairs were soiled and torn. They need to be replaced. The rug in the kitchen was also torn badly and a trip hazard. They also need to spray for bugs as we found two in the master bedroom downstairs that we were using.

Great Property and Location

Place is up to date, spotless. Everything works. Location is good, not my favorite in Seaside but certainly convenient to Town Center, Ruskin Place. We had 3 adults and one infant but the house could really sleep 6 without issues, it's a good size and good bathrooms. The upstairs deck and roof tower are excellent as well. A few things to be aware of: -> The house is unusually well stocked for a rental in terms of kitchen items, etc, but in a 10 day stay we got enough laundry soap, trash bags, toilet paper etc for a few days at most. You'll need to provide your own. -> Many many kinds of pots, utensils, silverware, etc...but no staples like oil, sugar or anything, It's kind of an odd combination of excellent durable goods and few consumables. Many rentals are opposite. Secondly, reaching the rental company via phone and email was somewhat difficult, likely due to COVID19 and the ongoing crunch. I always got through eventually and on two occasions just walked into the office where I was served promptly. All in all a great 10 days in Seaside I would recommend without reservation (just remember to pack your consumables!)

Reviewer Comments: The shower drain didn't drain and the mattresses needed to be replaced, very uncomfortable, dipped to the middle, not for pleasant sleeping. Would not rent again until mattresses are replaced. Nice roomy living room accommodations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't say enough about our amazing experience! First of all, the team at Homeowner's Collection was outstanding. Everyone from the concierge to the booking people and staff were super helpful. They were also available 24/7 and responded right away to texts whether it was to have a crib, our disposal fixed or questions about the home. They truly made our stay seamless and relaxing. Plum Crazy was the cutest cottage! It's way better in person! Loved the beach-y decor and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved grilling outdoors. The rooftop deck was amazing with beautiful views and a fun place to have coffee or cocktails. The location seriously couldn't have been better. Quiet but so close to everything (we walked or biked everywhere) Beach access was super close and we liked having showers and restrooms at each access point. The community pool was very nice and baby pool was perfect. We can't wait to return!

Plum Crazy in Santa Rosa Beach

The accommodations were wonderful! We loved everything. The staff, especially Brigitte, made the stay easy. The place is really nice and it's in the perfect location!

Great layout and location

This house was very well located and perfect for the three of us (my wife and I along with out daughter). Would be okay for up to six if the age mix makes sense for the bunk bed set up etc. Listing wasn’t accurate in that it didn’t advertise the available WiFi which was a pleasant surprise to us. Highly recommend and we’d consider staying here again depending on who from our family (kids and spouses etc) comes with my wife and I.

Perfect vacation location

The welcome bag and towels were a nice touch. This was a calm amidst the COVID-19 storm.
