UN MILLE DU CENTRE-VILLE BROADWAY! Situé entre la belle Germantown et le centre-ville de Nashville, ce charmant condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est un covoiturage à bon marché des meilleures attractions de Nashville. Le condo est à quelques minutes du stade Nissan, de la Bridgestone Arena, de l'Amphithéâtre Ascend et de l'Auditorium Ryman. C'est vraiment un emplacement privilégié pour l'expérience de Nashville.

-Les clients auront un accès complet à l'ensemble du condo. 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon avec canapé-lit queen size. Une place de parking est autorisée par location dans le parking. Des cartes de stationnement sont fournies à l'arrivée. Un seul permis sera fourni, il n'y a pas de places supplémentaires et il n'y a pas d'exceptions. Veuillez planifier en conséquence. Un ascenseur est sur place et deux cages d'escalier sont fournies. Un code d'ascenseur et un code d'entrée sans clé vous seront fournis 2 jours avant votre arrivée.

Nice property

Property itself is overall very nice. The only downfall of the property is the train that runs directly behind the property. Runs all night , very loud screeching noises, long trains, causing noise for long periods , it also blows its horn during early morning hours (some nights like approx 3:30am). The property is within walking distance to Broadway, if you are use to long walks(about a mile) with lots of inclines.

Nice for a quick stay

Pros The unit was clean and neat. Plenty of towels and basic necessities. Easy to access with the elevator and free parking spot was great! Cons. Coffee pot was filthy. Ended up getting coffee out, because I did not feel like washing all the grounds and residue from it. It was also already filled with water. Not sure why, but ground were floating in it. Yuck. Neither bathroom exhaust fan worked and a closet light was out. The trains were not a big deal during the day, but it is SUPER CLOSE out the window and will wake you up before daylight. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. I wish the door automatically locked, but you have to Out the code in to get it to lock as you leave and turn the deadbolt. Very awkward , but not a big deal. Just mentioning so you can make sure you follow the directions to lock the door as you leave. General…Although not important to me, I would put tvs in bedrooms. The beds are also quite firm with lots of pillows. Nice sheets and coverlets Even though it is walkable, I would not feel comfortable walking after dark to and from Broadway. Ubers are very affordable and super convenient. Overall a nice place for a few affordable nights in a quiet neighborhood just outside of the chaos.

Great property! A short 15 minute walk to downtown. The condo was just like the photos in the listing, clean, has everything you need. Would definitely book here again in the future.

Ok, but wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed last week for CMA Fest. We stayed 5 nights. It’s a little over a mile to Nissan Stadium and just under a mile to Broadway. We walked everywhere. We did 5-10 miles a day walking from the condo to Broadway and the stadium. The train didn't bother us at all, the a/c muffled it even more and it didn’t come through often. Our main complaints were that the floors were dirty. You don’t want to walk around without shoes! Wear flip flops. The cups and mugs were dirty. I washed everything before we used it. The coffee machine was full of coffee dust and was gross dirty! I hand-washed the coffee maker then brewed a pot of water to make sure it was clear. If you’re there after us, you’re welcome. At least the coffee maker and mugs are clean now. There was a jar of coffee provided so that was nice. I don’t know how long it had been there since the coffee machine appeared to not have been used for a VERY long time. There’s no Kleenex provided, only toilet paper. There was 2 small bars of soap. One for the shower and one to wash your hands at the bathroom sink. The shower bar was gone in 2 days and my husband just used the shampoo provided as body wash for the remainder of our stay. They provide two small bottles of shampoo and two small bottles of conditioner. Nothing else, so be sure to bring toiletries. It’s the bare minimum. They provided coffee filters. Parking was easy, never crowded. Very little counter space in bathrooms. We’d stay a little closer to Broadway next year.

Convenient location at a nice price

Very nice 2 bedroom condo. Very clean. Like new paint, flooring, and bathroom. Includes one parking spot in garage directly underneath units. As clearly mentioned in the listing, the train tracks are right outside your balcony. Having said trhat the trains were only a minor nuisance. We were touring most of the day so I don't know what the frequency is then. There seemed to be a train "rushhour" between 7pm and 11pm but it didn't bother us. In fact our 5 year old grandson though they were great. I vaguly noticed 1 or 2 trains overnight.

Pienso que necesitan cambiar las almohadas que dejaron para el sofa cama, estan amarillas y flojas, tambien la colchoneta del sofa esta sucia y debajo del sofa había basura. Si llueve, hay una gotera justo afuera del departamento y la entrada se llena de agua. En general es buena opción, esta relativamente cerca de muchas cosas que ver.

Everything was great and as advertised. Only 2 drawbacks, was close to railroad tracks so some noise from that and the floor could have been a bit cleaner, we noticed our bare feet getting quite dirty. Everything else was great, including the location and host.

You won’t be disappointed!!!

Two friends and our spouses stayed here for our weekend in Nashville. Rooms were beautiful and well kept. No issues with the room. Very close walk to downtown but we just used a Lyft. Owners communicated well with us. Would stay here again

The condo was clean, well appointed and so comfortable. The bed, linens, pillows, all great. Less than a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. The train didn’t bother any of us. I would definitely stay there again.

Location and hospitality amenities just average compared to other VRBOs I've stayed at.

The place was nice and clean. Parking spot included was convenient and place was within walking distance to downtown Nashville. The location of the unit was unfortunately not ideal as right outside the bedroom windows is a railroad track. We didn't get much sleep because a train was parked all night outside our window and it was running all night. There is also a construction site nearby and we got to wake up to jackhammers at 4:30am. Extra bath linens, a Keurig machine, and dish drainer would have been nice. Otherwise the unit is very spacious, decorated nice and clean. Unfortunately, the location of this VRBO is sub par compared to others. The booking process and check-in / checkout was easy and smooth. I would not have a VRBO that is only 25 feet from a highly used train tracks with trains going literally all night long. Not the owners fault but it was definitely an inconvenience.

Drunk stay?

The property is close enough to take a scooter, Uber, or walk to Broadway which is great! Unfortunately, the property was dirty and not well stocked. The dishes were dirty, the washcloths and towels were still damp upon arrival and there were only 6 towels and 4 wash clothes in the entire property for the bath and kitchen total! For two couples, that is only enough for one shower! We used the extra set for the kitchen. Aside from that we attempted to do laundry and the dryer rook forever. The coffee pot did not work correctly and filled up with water, and the sink is about to fall in! The reviews about the train are correct, it is right outside the window and does go by very frequently, the good news is that it doesn’t blow its horn so it’s not too bad! If your a light sleeper, this is a huge consideration you should be aware of! The decor is cute, beds are comfortable and location isn’t bad! This is an okay crash pad for a party weekend, but that’s it!

Ok, but not great

The main appeal of this property was it's proximity to Broadway and other attractions. As advertised, the walk to Broadway was very doable and felt safe. What was discouraging was the train tracks RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR BEDROOM WINDOW. Several times throughout the day and night a train passes mere feet from the property and is very loud. Our party agreed the property listing downplayed the extent of noise the train made. In addition, there was a lack of towels on the property. Only one of the two bathrooms had hand towels. The other bathroom required use of the black wash clothes provided as there was nothing else short of a bath towel to utilize in drying your hands. The black wash clothes provided were kind of gross. We had full intentions of utilizing the kitchen during our stay but after attempting to make breakfast the first morning and finding the majority of the pans, utensils, etc. not fully cleaned it was a huge turn off. When we attempted to clean the items to use, we found there were no dish towels or dish rags to use to clean the dishes. We had to utilize one of the black wash clothes (gross!) and a bath towel. We utilized the oven and found there were no pot holders and thus again bath towels were utilized to remove items from the oven after cooked. If your looking for a nearby place to crash after a night of partying, this is your place! If you intend to come and relax and utilize it's offered amenities I would pass!
