Lovely, clean property located on a beautiful lake and conveniently close to Eagle River WI. Great place for a cabin vacation.

Cabin was very cozy with everything we needed for our snowmobile trip to eagle river. Unfortunately we picked the coldest weekend of the season but we made the best of it. Host was very helpful and had a place to park our 3 vehicles and a snowmobile trailer. Definitely would do it again, just on a warmer weekend. Thanks again.

My husband had “one complaint” - he said he could find absolutely nothing wrong! The cottage was immaculate and perfectly stocked. Beautifully decorated and filled with nice touches to make our stay perfect.

First time in north woods

Excellent property with great amenities such as sand beach, kayaks, paddle boards. Clean new two story cottage with plenty of space. Would stay again

Snowmobile weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The description and photos were everything they said it would be. Close to the trails. We would definitely stay here again!

What a setting!!

Our family had a fantastic time. The Perch cottage is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The Resort grounds and lake are so beautiful and well maintained. It was everything we could have asked for much more. We will be back for sure!!

Perfect Location for a Long Weekend in Eagle River

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Perch Cabin at Timberlane Resort. Everything was immaculately clean with every amenity attended to, including a full kitchen, personal fire pit w/ wood available, and multiple watercraft for use. Meta Lake is clear to the bottom and the location has a lovely little sandy beach. Stellar, proactive communication from the property manager was wonderful. We are already hoping to plan a return stay next year!

Exceeded Expectations!

Absolutely beautiful property. We stayed over New Years Eve for a weekend of snowmobiling. This cabin is absolutely meticulous, charming, and cozy. A lot bigger than expected too. Definitely will book again in the future!

This was our first time renting the Perch cottage. The cottage is beautiful and very, very clean. I have nothing negative to say about the cottage. However, this cottage is the only one with this resort that is not on the lake. It does have a very nice screened in porch and a private Fire pit area. I would definitely recommend the cottage. Also for people who like to bike, the road outside the cottage is perfect. You can go for miles.

Cute, cozy, something for everyone!

The cabin is gorgeous and cozy. It had all we could possibly need and more. We loved the fire pit and the flowers were such a nice touch. I have to admit I was a little disappointed when we first arrived because I thought the house was right on the water. It sits behind a row of cabins on the beach. We got very lucky because the cabins on the beach were all empty so we basically had the beach to ourselves. If there were families in the other cabins I expect the shared beach would be a bit crowded. There is so much to do water toys, outdoor games, fire pits, bbqs. If your family doesn’t play well in the sandbox with others it may not be for you. All in all we enjoyed our time but would probably rent one of the cabins on the water next time. I also want to say that Miranda the property manager is so amazing to work with. She was very welcoming and it was nice to have a contact If we needed anything.

Three direct lakefront cottages and the Perch Cottage which is set among towering pine trees and native wetlands. The Perch Cottage has a limited lake view and full access to resort amenities. This property is set back in a wooded area on a small stand-alone lake in Vilas County. There are kayaks and paddle boards available for use as well as a small fishing boat. You are not facing the lake, but it is a short flat walk down to the piers and swimming area. There is a private fenced back yard that faces a wooded area with a screened in porch and a firepit. It is close to the road, but traffic noise was not an issue for us. Nice sandy beach. The cabin is as described in the listing and has basic needs covered, such as dish and hand soaps, toilet paper and paper toweling. Plenty of towels are provided. There is a washer and dryer available.

Great Family Stay

Clean, cheerful cabin with other family's on the shared property. Everything a family needs to have a great time. This location has everything you need. Kayaks, paddleboards lounge chairs on the beach. They even had wood all cut for a fire. This little place wasn't as little as it might look with a added surprise. It has a beautiful screen area to eat with a private fire pit partially fenced in the yard behind the house, which made it feel like a secret place just for us. Would like to stay again.

Relaxing get a way

We visited for a hockey tournament. We had just a great and relaxing time! The house was a great place to visit with one another! Plenary of space for all six of us! I would recommend this wonderful place for everyone I know!

Perfect for short or long term stay, great location for snowmobiling!

The house was just as listed. Like new, clean and modern appliances. My wife, oldest daughter, brother and sister in law and myself fit perfectly in this cabin. There was ample parking for our sleds and my truck. My uncle was even able to park his truck and unload his sled for the day. A short jog down the road and your on the trails! Close enough to Eagle River for the essentials or breakfast that we didn’t even need to cook! Though, the kitchen was very well equipped. The host was even nice enough to accommodate a extra hour for check out, as we had a longer drive home. The beds were very comfortable, the shower never went cold, cabin heated up quickly and was not drafty at all when it was -12 outside. We didn’t get to see the lake, because it wasn’t marked for snowmobiles. So we may need to return to this property or one of the neighboring cabins in the summer! **highly recommend**
