Unit 2131: Beautiful one bedroom, one bath that sleeps 4 with a king bed and has a sofa sleeper in the living room. Located directly on the beach with gorgeous views. Sandpiper Cove , a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

This was the absolute best view you could have. We could see the whole beach from the windows in the bedroom as well as such a perfect view from the deck.... the high chairs and table were great.... the fact that we had our dogs with us made our so much better as many places do not allow pets.... we got take out each night and ate on our deck overlooking the ocean.... this place is so relaxing.... we came for the ocean views and beach and got 1000% that....we truly were able to rest and rejuvenate. The entire place was very clean. We actually met the owner as he was onsite making updates to the other units he has... so very nice and friendly..... we will definitely stay here again when coming to this area.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. There was some confusion with when we were going to be there, so the room wasn’t clean when we got there however the property manager was very responsive and came over to clean themselves. I was very impressed with their response time.

Great location

The beach is just steps away. The views from the balcony are amazing. The only negative thing is the unit could use a little updating but how much time do you spend in your condo when you are in Destin.

Amazing views

The view of the beach was exactly what I was looking for. 5 star view. The condo wad adequate for my needs. I was more interested in having spectacular mornings and evenings at the beach and I was was more than satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely go back.

Great closeness to beach

Balcony and view best part of the place. ( Had to clean the sliding door windows to be able to view the beach). Comfortable couch and recliner. Love that it was pet friendly. Very nice restaurant and pools in the complex

Disappointed

Loved the location but the unit had A LOT to be desired. VERY dated and the maid needs to be replaced. We understood the unit was pet friendly but the fact that there was so much dog/cat/human hair on the comforter in the only bedroom that we had to go to Target to buy a new comforter just for the week was unexpected. We were told we would be reimbursed for the cost of the comforter by the owner and after I submitted the receipt I got no response. That is fine as we brought back home and will utilize it. The next door neighbors that we friended while there rented from the same owners
.I am so glad we didn’t end up bringing our dog like they did. One of their poor dogs ended up getting very sick from THC, which was again probably because of the fault of the maid who did a very poor job cleaning that condo as well, and they ended up having to pay $1000 in vet bills to save their poor baby. We save money all year long for a vacation that was ver sub par. Again love the location but will not be returning to this unit. 😱

This property came up as a last minute cancellation and we were scrambling to chance our current reservation due to weather. The owner was fantastic! She really worked with us to make the most of our anniversary trip. She even helped us find a rental car! 10/10

Perfect spot for our family

There is a Winn Dixie and a Walgreens less than 5 minutes away. We were there about every day. We love that this condo is right on the beach. The view was gorgeous. Perfect for our family of 4!

Perfect little spot!

Condo had everything we needed, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony is literally as close to the ocean as you can get and the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was very easy and doable with 2 kids. The pool with the hot tubs across the street was perfect for unwinding after being on the beach all day.

You cannot get a better view than that! I brought my son and my mom down for my sons graduation trip. He’s never been to Destin! He fell in love. The property could use some updating but that wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. We love sitting on the deck listening to the waves every morning!

The apartment is steps from the beach, as advertised, and all we could have hoped for. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay and thank the hosts for their excellent communication to ensure we had the best trip ever! Can't wait to return to Destin!

Location, Location, Location

This unit is in the most beautiful location with easy access to the beach. The unit was not as clean as it could have been as it appeared the floor had not been swept and mopped and furniture was dusty but was otherwise clean and no bugs. The unit floors are in need of some repair from apparent moisture issues. I did have issues with accessing the unit on arrival, but the host was very friendly and helpful. It was a huge plus that the unit was pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The views cannot be beat!!

Great view, nice condo complex with multiple pools, short 9 hole golf, 8 excellent PB and 3 tennis courts. Condo needs work. Sliding door doesn’t lock. Windows don’t open. Poor kitchen amenities. Dirty light bulbs and fixtures. Great floor plan, with nice bed. No HVAC or TV instructions. Comfortable roomy couch but overall not a “welcoming “ experience.
