Great location, perfect for our family, but in need of some TLC
We loved that the condo backed up to the National Forest and there was a 1.5 mile trail that literally starts in the back yard. It was great having 4 bathrooms (especially with 4 teenagers). Hot Tub was nice and very clean. Cons - carpet on the stairs was disgusting in in need of a major deep clean or replacement, toaster was damaged, front door hinge is messed up so problems closing the front door, itâs stupid that the code to open the front door was 10 digits long, carpet torn and frayed at the master bedroom transition, the screen to the porch sliding door is torn, there are gross splatters on the wall by the stairs and the master bedroom window. The hardwood throughout the kitchen and living room was gross and sticky, so we had to go buy a wet Swiffer to clean them. Communication was awful - it took 14 hours for them to respond to my first message, then multiple hours for the 2nd and 3rd message I sent. Every time the response came from a different person. There was no binder with checkout instructions, so I had to message them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I hope they can get some stuff fixed before more bookings.
This townhome worked perfectly for our family. The hot tub was enjoyed each evening after a fantastic day (3 days) at A-Basin. We had a bit of issue with ice on the hot tub deck, but the property manager was responsive. Hot pads and pot holders would have been helpful, but we made it work otherwise. All in all, a great stay!! Thank you.
Amazing location in need of some maintenance & updating
Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing. The home is very run down and in need of careâmost noticeably, the carpet was so badly stained we bought slippers just to avoid walking on it. There were no duvet covers on the beds, and the towels smelled like mildew. The hot tub wasnât properly maintained, and when we asked for someone to check the chemical levels, no one ever showed up. We also found cigarette butts on both outdoor decks, and were told to sweep snow off the hot tub with a broomâwhich was broken, so I had to climb on top and use the broom handle. Overall, it felt like no one cared about our experience. Would not return.
This property was great. It was clean, had great amenitities, and plenty of space for our family. It was within a few minutes of the resort for easy access as well. Only downside was the ice build up on the deck with the hot tub, but I would still highly recommend this place.
Great location, bus stop at top of the street takes you to River Run and Mountain House. Was grateful for the hot tub at the end of a long ski day. Living arrangements were spacious and comfortable.
What a lovely home in Keystone!! So well appointed and furnished. We all enjoyed the cozy fireplace and warm hot tub! Iâd stay here again in a heartbeat!! Great location too, close to River Run !!
This property was honestly awesome. Very nicely decorated, very nice and spacious home layout, a great hot tub that we made use of that was hot and ready to go when we arrived. Honestly the only reason I did not give it five stars was because the bolded title blurb about this property stated it had a private grill, so we purchased food to grill before arriving. When we arrived there was a place for a grill, but no grill. I did have to spend close to an hour on the phone over two days informing Vacasa about the discrepancy, but in the end, they did refund a small amount back to us for the false advertising. Everything else about the property was very enjoyable and made our stay delightful. The property backs up to an awesome, secluded hiking hill and everything around is peaceful and serene. Would definitely stay here again.
Incredible location and beautiful house. The ice cicle above the back patio door was scary and a hazard but made the experience of staying in a winter wonderland much more exciting. Worth every dollar
We had a lovely time at this home! Great location that gave us the opportunity to experience different ski hills in our week in Colorado. Lots of room for two kids and three adults, great amenities, wifi was good, nice walk to Keystone. We for sure will rebook this home again because it was perfect for us đ.
We had 3 families get together and this home was perfect. Lots of space and places to sleep, large private hot tub on the back deck, wonderful large table and grill on the front deck, large dining room table for games and meals! Kitchen was pretty well equiped, we were able to cook dinner for our group every night. Even saw moose outside the back deck 3 times during our 5 day stay! Highly recommend!
We loved this condo for our recent ski vacation with three families of 11 total people. The living/dining area was very spacious and the hot tub was a great hit! Close to the shuttle stop or just put on your skis and coast/glide (a little effort is involved) to the River Run gondola. Ride the shuttle back to the Outback stop and step into your skis and coast easily up to the garage door! Could use a few more pots and pans for cooking large meals but we were able to feed everyone 2 meals a day with no issues. Really thankful for the electric griddle for pancakes each morning. Great stay, reasonable price and easy check-in/out!
This was our second time staying here. The first time was absolutely wonderful. The home is gorgeous and spacious, and it also comes with a hottub. However, this stay was a nightmare. When we arrived, the hot tub was 3/4 full. It slowly leaked over the first few days. We searched high and low for a garden hose to fill the tub. We were fearful of the jet motors burning up due to lack of water. We contacted Vacasa to get immediate service. They could not send someone out for a full day to fix the tub. My husband and I cared deeply about the future of the home, so we spent 2.5 hours walking from each of the main floor sinks with pots of hot-ish water. This was NOT at all a relaxing vacation to say the least. It took an additional 2 hours for the tub to warm back up to temperature. The very next day the tub was less than half full. The maintenance man greeted us with gratitude for SAVING the hot tub from a disastrous demise. However, he left a hose behind and requested we keep an eye on the tub for the next 5 days of our stay until the hot tub company could truly fix the hot tub. We spent the next few days refilling the tub. With each refill, we could not use the tub for a few hours as it required reheating. We only booked this house because of the hottub. We paid >$300 a night to work and worry about their property.
This was not at all the dream vacation we hoped for nor did we pay for.
Town home features lots of space, 2 nice king bedrooms, and big loft area to sleep lots of kids. Nice deck for afternoons (a bit sunny on summer mornings). Walk to River Run and beyond.
Size was awesome for the price, hot tub is epic, fit and finish is not your run down ski condo from the 90's. This place is really nice. The heated garage is great for storing all of your ski stuff after a long day on the mountain. We had two families, room for all. would rent it again for next year spring break, but some already beat us to it:(
