This place is QUIET, clean, spacious, and perfect for a big group or family reunion. There is nothing between you and the ocean except the back deck and the sand.

This is a beautiful home right on the beach. Great for families. The kitchen is amazing with two fridges and open format. Nice large washer/dryer downstairs with a stacked unit upstairs. Comfortable beds and tidy linens. The house was fundamentally very clean. However, a the sectional in the living room was heavily stained and off-putting. Disappointing for the price-point. The pool was a great size for the kiddos and was well-maintained.

Beautiful beachfront property with a view to match! The pool was a plus for the little ones who loved how nice and warm it was! Definitely worth another visit! Property management was responsive when we contacted them for assistance with the furnace filter needing replacement. We will be back!

The place is awesome! We were able to get a beautiful place on the beach for a very reasonable price! We have a buddy golf week every year and usually go to Hilton Head, but tried Gulf Shores and this place was all amenities on the beach for the cost of Hilton Head 4 blocks away from the beach. Having the windows open was a pleasure. Good host and great location!

Enjoyed renting from Prickett Properties. Efficient and professional services. Cooking Up Fun 2 was great for our large family. Kids and grandkids - 18 total! Have 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers was very helpful. 8 bedrooms accommodated us well. The small pool was nice. Boardwalk with direct access to the beach was wonderful. The negative was conditions of the beds. Very, very squeaky and not comfortable. I would not stay at this beach house again unless the mattresses and foundations are replaced. Pots and pans were not clean.

Great Place To Stay!

Overall this was a great place to stay. Our family loved it. You can’t beat the closeness to the beach. It was also minutes from restaurants and grocery stores.

Perfect for family vacation!

Plenty of room to spread out, I thought the pool would be to small however it was a perfect size for the kids to have a break from the beech. Good parking, close to the beech and not crowded. Would stay again for sure.

Everything we were looking for.

House has best location right on beach and ocean. Little pool is nice, really no need for it with ocean right there. House is well appointed with everything you could need. Easy check in and check out. Close to all the action but in a quieter part of the strip. Great time at a great property.

Great Location/Fun Family Vacay!

We had a great time for our quick family getaway! The location is perfect and the plentiful rooms and bathrooms were great for everyone to have their own space. Also plenty of towels and nice to have 2 dishwashers and 2 washers and dryers. There are a few maintenance things that need some attention, and it wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed in, but still a great time and experience.

Mother's 70th Birthday

This was a great place and the management property was great to work with. Not nearly as busy at this end of the beach is one advantage and having the pool was nice for the little ones for the end of the day to wind down. Very comfortable for 21 people. Would stay there again!!
