Vous apprécierez notre maison spacieuse de 3770 pieds carrés sur 2 étages. Les 4 chambres ont leur propre salle de bain, 3 bth avec double vasque. Cuisine ouverte, entièrement équipée, donnant sur le golf à l'arrière. Grande salle familiale au rez-de-chaussée avec wet-bar, flipper, piscine pare-chocs, grande télévision, baby-foot et cuisinière à gaz.
Climatisation. Nouveau grand, 7 personnes, 40 jets, bain à remous. 10 laissez-passer SHARC, 4 vélos pour adultes et 4 enfants, burley 1 à 2 places, poussette, traîneaux, barrière pour bébé, Pack & Play et chaise haute.

Amazing house for families, great location

House was perfect for our group of 11 (six adults, five kids 12 and under). Great location, three minute bike ride to Fort Rock park where you could play pretty much any sport. Easy 8-10 minute bike ride to the village and SHARC pool. Also a quick ride/drive to the market which comes in handy for the groceries you forgot to bring or need more of. House was very clean and the owner Susan was quick to respond to any questions. Huge bonus to have 10 SHARC passes and adult/kid bikes included. Definitely planning on doing it again next summer. Thanks Susan!

11 family members….Memorial weekend 2025

Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, bikes in great condition, lots of games, hot tub was ready and clean, quiet property, and Sun River is a fun place with many activities. We enjoyed the SHARC and the bike paths. The downstairs game room does have an open area in the corner to the upstairs living room so noise was a bit of an issue. We let grand kids watch tv in master bedroom to keep things quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation and extended family reunion

We loved the house! Everything was exactly as described. The house was extremely clean, super comfortable furniture, plenty of seating at the table and bar for our whole family and a kitchen with lots of gadgets, mixing bowls, serving options and pans. Spices for every ethnic flavor and enough plates, bowls and cups for 2 large group meals. We brought a few bikes and appreciated the bikes available in the garage for those who were not able to bring one from home. The kids played downstairs while the adults gathered upstairs. 4 and a half baths meant no one needed to wait, and the 3 married couples could have their own rooms since the kids fit in the bunk room. I definitely recommend this house for family trips to Sunriver. You won't be disappointed.

Family vacation

Susan’s home was inviting and well stocked. A perfect spot for kids and adults. Loved the proximity to the golf course and a quick bike ride to the sharc and village. Fort rock park just right down the street as well.

Great Sunriver Vacation

This house accommodated our group of 7 very comfortably. Kids enjoyed the downstairs game room, and everyone slept well. Meals were a piece of cake, barbeque was great and access to SHARC and trails on bikes was awesome. Great vacation!

Great family house

We a a wonderful family vacation here! It’s a great location to bike all over Sun River. Our family particularly enjoyed the foosball, shuffle board, bikes,SHARC passes, & the hot tub. A big plus for us was the baby gear for our grandson. It was very clean & well organized. Susan is a very responsive host & easy to work with. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing property

Susan’s property was absolutely perfect. It had the most well appointed kitchen of any rental I’ve ever stayed at. She was incredibly easy to communicate m, and the house didn’t miss a single thing. It was so comfortable that we found ourselves mostly wanting to hang out at the house. Definitely looking forward to another stay at this home!

Great place for family

10 of us stayed for 4 nights and we loved it! Great place for all the kids, loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. We had so much fun with the games and pinball machine. Super close to the SHARC and the village. We used the bikes and bike trailer for our 2 year old and rode to the playground, just right down the road. The kids were in the hot tub every night! Overall a wonderful stay!

House is absolutely as nice as advertised. Susan was a great host, responsive to all questions. Good location, easily accessible, quiet neighborhood, near bike path. Only minor complaint is that Sunriver attractions (Sharc, Village, etc.) were a bit over crowded, waits were common.

A great family rental.

This home was accurately described, well stocked with high quality and well cared for furnishings and supplies. Management was very responsive, even quickly answering a question on a Fathers Day Sunday morning! We were comfortable having a family reunion with both small children and elderly grandparents. I would return here in the future, if given the chance.

Something for all ages!

The kids, 3-10, were awed by the bunk room, the sleds, the game room, and passes to Sharc. They loved having their own spaces. The 6 adults, loved that each bedroom had its own attached bathroom, the well supplied kitchen, the dumbwaiter for unloading the many supplies and the fact the kids were happy campers. Susan = great host. Definitely 5+ stay!

Our Sunriver Stay

This is a very nicely furnished home. We ate most of our meals in and we appreciated the well supplied kitchen. It is in a great location with a lovely view of the golf course. The only negative was that two of the mattresses were not comfortable for two sleepers. They rolled to the middle of the double bed in the bunk room and the queen bed in the room by the hot tub.

House cleaners were not efficient, a/c unit next door was loud and would go on in the middle of the night. Location was excellent and the home is well suited for large families, very well stocked.

A+++ for the property owner!

My wife and I read hundreds of reviews when trying to find a property for our family to stay in. There are many that are very highly rated but we chose this property because of all the great things that people were saying about Susan, the owner. They were right! She was an excellent communicator and many times reached out to see if we needed anything. She was extremely flexible in getting the placed cleaned so we could come a day earlier. Susan was also gracious and understanding when we had to leave early due to the smoke. You won't be disappointed. Thank you The Stewart Family

Perfect home away from home!

We came into town for a soccer tournament and couldn’t have been more happy with our stay! We had a large group of 4 adults and 5 kids…even had 2 extra adults for one night and still had room to spare. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need…even entertaining! Everyone had their own bed (which they all said was VERY comfortable, by the way) and the setup was perfect for our group. I loved how the kid room had 3 bunks and still plenty of room. We had some of the team over for a BBQ one evening and the space was perfect for entertaining! Game room and downstairs TV was a hit! …and perfect for those who didn’t want to sit and relax upstairs in the living room looking out all the windows. Hot tub was large which was a bonus. Susan was so great at communicating and she has definitely thought of everything….even down to the extra propane tank for the BBQ. Teenagers loved the freedom they had with use of the bikes and SHARC passes. My ONLY regret is that we did not book the home for longer. We will definitely be back..,and extend our stay!

Perfect Location and Comforable House at Sunriver

We love Sunriver and we loved this house, here's why: 1) The host is an amazing communicator and goes above and beyond to track down info on Sunriver and surrounding area. Thank you Susan. 2) The house is well maintained, clean, comfortable, warm when needed, and cooled when hot. So many features including games, hot tub, extra refrigerators and freezer, bikes, towels (beach and bath), beds galore, stocked kitchen supplies, BBQ, did I mention the hot tub, and I can go on. 3) Location - sits on the 14th green of the Woodlands golf course in a very private, quiet setting. Very close to the river - we ran and biked the river loop every day, close to the Benham falls trail by bike, easy bike to the village, short walk to tennis, five minute drive to Woodlands golf (great course), and close to great mountain biking in Deschutes National Forest and the river trail. 4) Service - wow, the cleaning person stopped by and delivered supplies during our stay. And as I said above, the host is a great communicator and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Looking forward to returning to Sunriver and this house. Thank you Susan and family.

Home Away From Home

We have stayed in many vacation homes in various destinations and your home was by far the most complete and well stocked home. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and there was an abundance of bath and beach towels to last 11 kids and adults for ten days. This made our trip most enjoyable. The layout of the home allowed for kids and grandkids to have their own floor why grandparents enjoyed the comfort of the master suite on the top floor. The information in the binder as well as your instructions sent to us before our arrival allowed for easy use of the house. All agreed that we would definitely want to rent the house again as it felt like home. The only issue we had was getting the recycle garbage picked up.When we arrived the garbage can in the garage was filled with recycle garbage . We put it out on Monday and it wasn’t taken. We put it out the next time the garbage came along with our recycle items and again it wasn’t taken. We hope they took it on the Monday after we left

Sunriver and house are awesome!

Just spent 4 days with my family in Sunriver and it was an awesome trip. The Sunriver area is fantastic with so much to do in the immediate area, not to mention in Bend and the surrounding areas. Susan's house was a great choice for us as we had multiple families and generations and having a beautiful and spacious house to stay in really enhanced our Sunriver experience. The view out the back of the golf course was very nice! Downstairs was a fun room with a bar, pinball machine, foosball, and shuffleboard. The reservation, check-in process, and communication from Susan was also great. I really want to call out the bikes. Most houses we have rented provide bikes that seem to be second or third hand and not necessarily in the greatest of shape. The bikes Susan provided were above par and had really nice Shimano gear systems that made our ride to Benham Falls (must see!) a breeze. As far as what we did in the area, all of which were a great time - horseback riding, Big Eddy Thriller raft trip, taking advantage of the SHARC passes to hang out at the pool, and bike riding. If you are thinking of coming to Sunriver, do it! And, if you are looking for a great place to stay while you are there, rent this house!

Big house with lots of room to relax

First the pros: the house is large and each bedroom has its own bathroom - big bonus!! The kitchen is also very large and there's 2 living room areas for people to relax. The appliances are new and work well. Also, the AC is fabulous and well needed given the heat and smoke while we were visiting. Areas to be improved: The cleaning could use some work. Even though the owner left a sign out that requested that we don't eat in the living room, there were already crumbs under one of the chairs (for example). Next, there were quite a few bugs and pests around the house, including a wasp nest near the hot tub. Pest control is badly needed. We also had an issue with one of the showers where we couldn't get hot water longer than a minute or two. The rest of the showers were fine. Last, this is more of an architectural issue but worth mentioning -- there is an open space in the upstairs living room where you can see down into the downstairs living room. We typically avoid these types of houses as we find that noise carries easily from one room to the next. The kids were watching a movie downstairs and because the TV is right below this opening, everyone upstairs had to listen to it as well. Overall, we had a mostly enjoyable experience, but will find somewhere else next year.

Awesome Stay!

We enjoyed our time in Sunriver so much. The house was conveniently located. Not far from the village and a half mile from Fort Rock Park. The house was well stocked, had air conditioning and an awesome back deck. We would stay here again!

Lots of space & very well stocked

The house was perfect for our group of 12. Comfortable beds and pillows, great air conditioning, many games and sports equipment. Everything was so easy, clean and comfortable. Great view of the golf course and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Susan was extremely quick to respond and made everything a breeze. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am retired, very active, love the great outdoors, and enjoy life.

Our home is a spacious 4 master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, living room, family room, very comfortable, and a fully equipped, brand new stainless steel appliances kitchen. 3 bathroom with double sinks. Wrap around decks both front and back with new BBQ. A large wet bar in the family room along with a pinball machine, Foosball and shuffleboard table. Efficient heating and Air Conditioning. The 14th hole of the Woodlands golf course out the back yard. Bike to the Village, river, stables, SHARC, Trailhead to Benham Falls, and much more. 37 miles of bike paths in Sunriver. Ski Mt. Bachelor, shop Outlet stores or Mall in Bend. Great restaurants and brewery in Sunriver Village and Lodge.

Unique benefits of our home would have to be 4 ensuite bedrooms. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom. The view from the back patio of the 14th hole of the Woodlands golf course. Very spacious home, with room for families to spread out. Kitchen with all new appliances and large enough to have multiple cooks and helpers. And last, the dumbwaiter - very handy to move groceries from car to kitchen or wood from the outside to the kitchen wood stove. Location, location, location. Short bike ride to the SHARC.
