Belle maison de ville dans la subdivision Spur Landing avec deux chambres plus un loft, deux salles de bain complètes, salon, salle à manger, cuisine complète avec coin bar. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, terrasse arrière avec cheminée et grill, vues incroyables sur le golf! De la place pour se promener dans la nature, le domaine skiable, la colline de tubes, la randonnée et les pistes cyclables à proximité! Blocs de restaurants, magasins et le célèbre Lodge. Grandes chambres avec lits king, mezzanine a un futon en taille réelle. Cinq minutes en voiture de la rue principale, 15 minutes des domaines skiables et des tubes. Beaucoup de stationnement, serrure électronique à la porte d'entrée pour l'accès.

Awesome Get Away

This property is perfect for a stay in Cloudcroft. The balconey overlooks the Lodge golf course and we saw elk, mule deer, wild horses, and golfers. Sarah is an excellent hostess and the property is very nice. We hope to stay here again!

Perfect Property for our needs!

We loved our stay at this property. We enjoyed mornings with a cup of coffee on the patio watching the deer, hummingbirds and other wildlife. It had everything we needed to cook, bake, etc. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for others!

Nice property

My husband and I stayed here with different family members coming over for visits. Condo was nicely decorated and kitchen was well equipped. We loved being on the golf course where we saw many elk, deer and wild horses. My only complaint was that both mattresses were sunken in a little and wasn’t the most comfortable but I was able to find a firmer spot in middle of the bed.

Beautiful and Cool Temp Setting in August 2023

We had a very nice stay in Cloudcroft. The home was nice and the back deck was simply restful and beautiful viewing. The golfers were fun as were the hummingbirds next door. We will be looking forward to our next visit to Cloudcroft.

Excellent location

Location is wonderful. View from the back deck is beautiful. We saw a herd of elk on the golf course at sunset. It was very comfortable accommodations for a family stay. The host stayed in contact to make sure we got checked in, had everything we needed and also gave instructions prior to check out.

Great Townhouse with Amazing View

We had a great stay in townhouse #15! Comfortable furniture, firm mattress, clean, and it was exactly as mentioned in the description. This will be our go-to rental in Cloudcroft! We loved sitting on the deck, watching the golfers during the day and wildlife in the evening. Perfect location for rest and relaxation!

Grandson getaway

We took our Son, Daughter in love and grandson for an adventure in Cloudcroft. The house did not disappoint. It was very comfortable and clean, as well as in a beautiful spot. Upon arrival we had elk and deer out behind the house. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

My husband and I and our friends enjoyed are stay at this property. It was very clean and roomy. The rear balcony gave us a great view of the snow and deer, and there was a large hill used for sliding down on toboggans. Our friends have rental properties of their own in Tennessee, and they were impressed with this property. You can’t go wrong with renting this property for a comfortable, fun stay. We highly recommend it.

Great Condo in the mountains

My family stayed her for 3 nights during a long trip. The spaciousness of the place was great. We had 6 people in the condo and there was plenty of room for everyone. The washer and dryer was a big help as this was the end of our trip and the dirty clothes were piling up. The condo is super close to downtown Cloudcroft, about 5 minutes away from Ski Cloudcroft, 30 minutes from Alamogordo, and 3 hours from Carlsbad Caverns. This was key for us as we visited all of these.

Better than expected

The location is perfect. Sitting on the back porch is so peaceful and watching the golfers is very entertaining. There is a wonderful path at the end of the street which is the beginning of the Rim trail -30 miles long. WIll definitely come back.

Father's Day Getaway

The property is beautiful. We have stayed before and will stay again. The only issue that arose was with trying to get a hold of someone about a wifi issue. No phone # and no way to email. The problem was resolved the next day.

Cloudcroft gem!

This property was very comfortable, had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay. Bonus for us was the two bedrooms with King beds in each room. Cant' find that anywhere so this was a find! Allowed us to travel with our best friend-couple and enjoy an evening playing cards and mornings on the deck drinking coffee & enjoying golfers. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay in Cloudcroft

The condo and Spur Landing area were a great place to stay in Cloudcroft in January 2025. The house had two large beds (big enough for four adults) in closed bedrooms and a smaller futon bed in the loft upstairs by one of the bedrooms. The loft was open and where our kids slept (ages 5 and 8). The railing was high enough that there were no safety concerns but it's open to the living room and kitchen so light/sound could be a challenge for young sleepers. There's a full bath downstairs and upstairs. The heat worked great in the bathrooms. There's some residue from hard water, but otherwise showers worked well. The kitchen is well stocked for appliances, dishes, and spices and general stores minutes away that probably carry anything you need. There's a large coffee maker and Keurig machine. There are streaming options on the living room TV (like Netflix and Disney). No DVD player. The TV upstairs needs some TLC. The kids loved the Mule Deer in the golf course behind the condo. Also, recommend a visit to the Sunspot Solar Observatory and snow tubing at Ski Cloudcroft. Black Bear espresso is very good in town. I would stay here again in any season.

Perfect

The townhouse is close to everything while be far enough from the main road that it is quiet. The fire place was amazing, the whole stay was comfortable and exactly what my son wanted for his 12th birthday.

This property is perfect for the weekend traveler or for long-term living. With easy access to the interstate, but only minutes away from camping, golf, restaurants, skiing, and other outdoor activities, it's the best of everything! I wanted a place where people can get to it easily and be comfortable, but also have easy access to everything the area has to offer.
