Niché dans les belles collines de Chattahoochee Hills est une belle ferme sur le lac. Avec son agencement de ferme unique et son cadre extérieur authentique, il en fait une maison loin de chez soi. Nous avons conçu la maison pour avoir une sensation de maison spacieuse et accueillante. Il y a trois grandes chambres et une petite chambre avec des lits confortables et une literie. Il y a trois salles de bains, une grande cuisine moderne, deux espaces communs pour se mélanger et des téléviseurs Roku dans chaque chambre.
L'extérieur est tout aussi fascinant avec la faune du lac et la cour arrière aménagée pour les barbecues et les foyers.

Cute spot

We stayed here for Chatt Hills eventing and it was a great, close spot. Property manager was quick to respond, cute pond out front, lots of beds (no twin in Master), and had a toaster and coffee pot! Several hotels have vehicles broken into each year here, but this felt much safer tucked away. Would stay here again.

Wow. What a great place. It has its idiosyncrasies, but we’ll call it character and charm! We loved our girls weekend here. So convenient to Serenbe but also nice to just stay in!! Loved it

Cute & Convient

We enjoyed our stay at the cute lakeside cottage. It was very convenient to a wedding we attended at Fox Hall Resort! The house was decorated nicely and had plenty of room to spread out! There were a few things that could have been better like new mattresses for the smaller beds and a full sized working ice maker but overall it was well kept. The yard close to the lake/pond needed some attention. It could really be a beautiful setting with a little more TLC. The check in process was easy and the owner was very prompt in responding. Overall it was a great experience at half the price of the Resort!

Not what we expected

Communication: prior to our stay was great. He answered questions promptly. While we did have problems we DID NOT contact the owner about any of the issues below. Location: Difficult to get into and out of, especially at night. The road leading to it is very easily missed, dark, wooded, and a bit overgrown. Cleanliness: Cobwebs were in the dining room table area, upstairs corners and bathrooms. Kitchen floors were not swept. Upstairs tub was dirty and had hair in it. Laundry room still had someone else's clothes in the dryer. Entertainment: wifi did not work for us and we tried both options in the manual. Upstairs TVs controlled each others so my kids could not watch something different from what was playing in the opposite bedroom. Safety: The area is VERY wooded and dark at night. All curtains were sheer and could easily be seen through. Other: Manual said there was complimentary wine which we looked for, but never found. Trash was too be left on the outside trashcan, however to get to it we had to drive with the trash in the vehicle to the trash can at the road.

Good place to stay in Chatt Hills near horse park.

This home is a nice place to stay, if you are wanting to stay in Chatt Hills near the horse park. Upon arrival, we did have a few issues. Home was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. We requested to have more cleaning done, and the homeowner took care of it quickly. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi in the house. She also responded to those issues very quickly. While the Wi-Fi improves some, it was very inconsistent. Also had problems with the dish TV and Roku TVs. I assume the problems were related to the Wi-Fi issues. House has lots of room in it. Some beds need to be improved, but overall they were comfortable. I would prefer bedrooms to have dressers, so guests staying for a long period of time have somewhere to put their clothes. Overall, I was happy with our stay at this home.

Super close to Foxhall Resort

We stayed there for a wedding weekend at Foxhall Resort. The location was perfect - less than 10 minutes from the venue. The Host was quite prompt in answering questions. The layout worked great for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Accommodations were clean and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. Positives were location, layout, comfort, and all-around suitability. Only negatives were under-sized stand-alone ice maker and very weak cell signals but we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it for reasonably priced accommodations for events.

Family wedding at Foxhall

Our stay was fine...just minutes from the wedding venue! The house and property were has described in the listing. However the bed situation could not comfortably sleep more than 4 adults..the other beds are children size. Only other complaint would be the lighting..every other bulb was burned out and some rooms had no lamps at all. Over all we enjoyed our stay and had SNOW.

Lovely Cottage

We arrived at night so it was hard to find because it was dark. The Host was helpful and finally found it. The cottage is beautifully decorated and I also appreciated that they put a Christmas tree up. Made it feel more festive. There was just a couple of things that was not bad but needs attention is that it’s very hot upstairs. There was some floor fans but even with that and the cooler weather, it was a bit uncomfortable at night to sleep in. Downstairs was fine with no issues. The upstairs shower is not ideal for any over 5’4. We all used the showers downstairs. The other thing but was not a big deal was the coffee pot. Who ever used it last did not clean and there was mold inside of it. We cleaned it and sterilized it before using. The oven as well was not very clean so we opted to just take what we needed to be bake to my sons home. Other then these minor things, our stay was very nice. We are not much to complain but we want to be honest. You truly have a beautiful home.

Very clean property with good communication

This property has a lot of positives, but also some drawbacks for travelers to be aware of before they decide to book. The property was extremely clean at check-in, which was appreciated. The property host is also extremely responsive to messages. The location is great for events at Chattahoochee Hills equestrian center. The common areas and kitchen are very nice, and the bathrooms are attractively renovated (although the upstairs shower is built into the roofline and does not have room for an adult to use it standing up). The beds were comfortable, but if you are light-sensitive, be aware that none of the bedrooms have blinds, they only have a sheer curtain that does not block light. The house is well-equipped, with the exception of towels. Although bath towels are provided, the check in instructions state that hand towels and washcloths are not provided with Covid cited as the reason. The house instruction book is not up to date. The icemaker does not work, and the instruction book said ice was provided, but there was no ice and the host responded that they stopped doing that because of Covid. This is something that guests need to know far enough in advance to come prepared, especially in the summer. Finally, although the air conditioning works well on the main level, it struggles to cool the upstairs in the summer. If you are someone who needs the space to be cool to sleep in the hotter months, you would need to use the master bedroom or twin bed on the main level, both of which stayed very comfortably cool.

Private setting with pond.

Perfect for multi-aged groups. We enjoyed the patio area and the private setting. All was as advertised. Roku streaming was wonky for a couple of days but not a big problem. Short drive to Serenbe. Took kids to Newnan to very nice public pool. Very comfortable home.

Our Six Flags Trip

The home was just as pictured in the website. It was a beautiful, comfortable and a peaceful place to stay at . It was just my husband, our daughter and her puppy. We liked the fact that the puppy had room to run and play and we also brought our boat which we took out to Lake Alltuna. It was a great experience. Plenty of parking but the driveway was a little rough and bumpy and all the trees hanging over the driveway scraped the top of our truck and T top boat. I think the driveway was meant for smaller vehicles. Also the bridge walkway was out of order due to safety concerns. We were disappointed about that. But overall our experience was good. It was a nice vacation.

Hidden Cove

This property was perfect for two families (4 generations) plus grandparents. We stayed here for the wedding of our daughter in Newnan. The expense was as reasonable, if not cheaper, as renting 4 hotel rooms for same amount of time, but this way we could spend quality time together. The kitchen was perfect and the outside space was enjoyable! We really enjoyed our time here even without electricity, due to a severe storm. 5 stars across the board!

Ample space for 2 families (1 K, 1 double, 4 twin beds), updated amenities, game space,, nice outdoor space on water. Easy entry and exit. We will return!

We attended a wedding in Serenbe. It is a close location to the place. About 10 - 15 minutes.

The house is confortabile and cozy. We didn't communicate with the property manager because we checked in late and we just slept in the house and we were going out during the day.

Felt right at home

The 4 bedroom property lived up to its description. Checking in was a breeze. The house had all the amenities, was clean and properly maintained. We would recommend this to our friends in the future.
