Janice was an excellent host for our stay in Newnan. The large home on a quiet cul-de-sac was close to downtown in a nice wooded area. She communicated with me prior to our arrival to ensure our stay would be comfortable. Personally ground coffee and yummy snacks were waiting for us upon our arrival. Getting into the house was easy and we had no issues during our stay. Nonetheless she checked with us to make sure. Checking out was also a breeze. Would certainly choose this place again.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay.Proximity to the venue we were there to attend couldn't have been better. Check-in was flawless. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed plus some things that were just extra, like freshly ground coffee, cream, and sugar, a wide selection of teas and an electric tea kettle for boiling water. There had been a thunderstorm while we were there which knocked out the Wi-Fi. When I reached out to Janice, she had someone there within a very short time to fix it for us. The master suite was amazing with a double sink and a beautiful walk-in shower. I would definitely recommend this particular place in this particular rentor. I rate it a five because that's the highest rating they have.

This house was perfect for a girls trip for 7. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and get ready or just hang out. The beds were comfortable and the showers were warm. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee provided was yummy. I would stay here again. Big plus, Janice was responsive and easy to talk to no matter what was going on!

House was clean and well appointed. The host was gracious and provided materials for morning coffee. The light switches could have been labeled for less confusion but that’s not enough of a concern to merit anything less than a 5-star review. Very nice and comfortable stay

We spent 5 nights over Christmas and it was absolutely wonderful! The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, the fake fire place added a homey feel and the kitchen was roomy for cooking and entertaining family. They even put up a small tree! The space was clean and had plenty of towels and necessities. The bonus freshly ground coffee was a treat along with tea bags and hot chocolate for the kids/adults. Highly recommend- Thank you Janice!

The house was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s located very close to the interstate and downtown. Very convenient location! Janice stayed in contact with us before, during, and after our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Her coffee was a super nice surprise and was so good! I’m happy I had enough left to bring back home with me to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Great Location and Better Coffee

Janice was delightful. We arrived very late but were happy to find a freshly roasted and ground bag of coffee. We are definitely coffee people and we truly enjoyed it over the next couple of days. The house was clean and cozy. The shower was nice and hot. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Although, when you enter the address into gos just know that it will tell you that you e arrived but you still need to keep coming back around the corner. We will be back to stay.
