Positives âGreat location â across the street, through the walkway and youâre at the Red Lady Lift!Accommodating staffComfy bedGood use of space for the size of unit
The suite was really clean and we had everything we needed. Itâs a great location! Communication with the property managers was clear, timely, and helpful. They provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. Highly recommend
Perfect location, perfect size for 2 people. We did have to check in with the front desk for our parking pass and pool key and the listing said it would be in the room. So maybe change that to be more clear. The room also has a slight odor of marijuana from previous guests but it wasnât that bad. You just notice it when you first walk in. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.
The property was great. The description was right on. We really enjoyed the location and the property itself. Everything you could ask for was right there in place. I seem to rate stays by the shower! This is a five star place!!
Convenient place to stay, love the free parking and pool. Close to trails and right next to transit center. Walking distance to a couple restaurants if you donât want to go to town.
Great location! Nice to have ski storage on mountain. Easy walk to the lifts. Lack of good dining options around the ski mountain in general. Would have loved a toaster in our unit. Otherwise great!! Good bed, shower, plenty of room and storage!
The unit was perfect for our family of four. Loved that the bedroom was separate and there was plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable, even the pull out. Our only issue was lack of towels. There were only 4 provided and no room service to refresh them for the 3 days we were there.
Initial difficulty locating the entrance, but once located, it made sense. We appreciated the code entry as opposed to a physical key. Had to go to the front desk for the parking pass and he asked if we had an early check in confirmation...we were a half hour early...lol! The condo was clean and the view faces the transportation hub and the mountain. It was surprisingly quiet...only heard the occasional chatter in the hall. There was adequate dishes and cookware. Silverware could use a few more pieces...The mini fridge is probably adequate for most renters, but we travel with our frozen meat for the 2 1/2 months we're on the road for skiing. The restaurant was unable to store our storage box due to CO health regulations...I managed with the nearby ice machine and the mini fridge freezer. The single stovetop burner made for creative meal prep. I did miss having an oven for broiling my steak... The ski valet, both at the hotel and at the mountain was convenient. Did not use the hot tub or pool as it was filled with spring break kiddos...This was a perfect place for us for skiing. We hope to return next season! Kudos to the owners for making their place available.
Overall, the accommodations were as expected. Check in was quick. Room was as advertised and met our needs. The only quirk was the lack of cleaning service, more especially towels. Hotel staff refused to give us fresh towels each day! Only a small hiccup tho.
Room was clean and what we needed for a couple of nights. The amenities of the lodge like the pool seemed nice and we probably would've used them if we were there for more than two nights. My one minor complaint is that the picture for this listing is the wrong building which is a little misleading when trying to locate the lodge. But overall it was a great place to stay.
This unit met all our expectations. It had a wall of windows with lots of daylight. The cleanliness was an A+. Check in and out was easy. We had one question about how to use the thermostat and Matt responded quickly. Crested Butte is a lovely town & the unit is in the Grand Lodge, up the hill in the center of the ski area.
