Venez profiter de ce condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain au rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur l'océan; près de la piscine et à quelques pas de la plage. Cette chambre comprend un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale, 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a trois téléviseurs à écran plat, Internet et un lecteur DVD. Plancher de bois partout qui facilite le nettoyage du sable de la plage. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. L'unité a une laveuse / sécheuse et son propre accès Internet pour enregistrer votre téléphone sur les données. Récemment rénové en décembre 2017.

My ONLY issue is that the master bedroom does not have any window treatment besides the blinds. curtains would be great. The kitchen needs a new water filter for the fridge. Sliding glass door needs some WD40, it is very hard to open/close.

Everyone was happy for that show of kindness. The unit was clean and bright and met our needs in all ways. The location near the pool and beach was ideal for our daily activities, as both are very close. The beach in this area is amazing and it's a short walk to an area where vehicles aren't a concern, not to mention the parking area adjacent that allows for easy access for all the kids' beach toys. It's a perfect place to see the sunrise or take a walk in the late afternoon. The pool was cleaned every day and the kids loved it as well. Overall, each day was great inside and outside the unit. Best vacation ever!!! Thank you to the owners and to the management company!!!!

We love that it is a little more secluded at the end of the strip of condos and houses so it is less croweded. The kids love the pool and playground. Check in was easy, the unit was clean and updated and felt spacious. My husband and I had a nice dinner at Catch 27 downtown, the cheese plate appetizer was delicious! We usually like to take the ferry to Ft. Matanzas across the street, but it was closed due to Hurricane Dorian, so we just enjoyed time on the beach instead.

Charlene, Diane, and Katy, all three of them.The view and location is amazing, and there is a lot to do. The grounds are always kept clean, and there is no noise anywhere so one can sleep soundly.As far as the unit is concerned, I enjoyed it so much, and it so clean, that I decided to extend my stay by 2 months.

Reviewer Comments: This was my family’s 26th year at SummerHouse, and while we love the accommodations and proximity to the beach, interacting with the office staff over the years has not been pleasant. When asked to fix a clogged shower, the front office staff made it seem like a huge inconvenience. Asking them for a visitor parking pass was an inconvenience. Maintenance and grounds keepers are incredibly friendly, however, the lack of customer service in the front office has caused us to rethink our summer accommodations.
