Summerhouse is a wonderful place for meeting friends and family. This year a lot of construction was going on and lol forward to the renovations. My owners have a wonderful condo and very comfortable.

We have been in this condo unit for 8 years and don’t plan to change location! We recommend it highly except for the rug in the kitchen! It is a trip hazard and we take it up for the week!

The only issue was the new damage insurance and parking fees. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to summer house ever since I was a little kid and now I am bringing my kids here. I like that everything is close. You can go just out the back door and there is the pool and a little farther is the beach. You are close enough where you don’t have to lug a huge bag or wagon or whatever for everything you can just go back and forth. Which is very convenient when you have kids. The condo was very nice. It was upgraded and had everything we needed.
