Awesome 2 BR, 2 Bath Condo

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sunmerhouse for 30+ years & have extended family that has stayed in many different condos over the years, and this is one of the best, if not the best I’ve seen. It is clean, updated/nicely decorated, better lighting & layout than others, & nice patio furniture.

Pure Joy and Relaxation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Summerhouse for more than 30 years. Unit 216 is definitely our favorite!! Our month’s stay was the BEST!! We actually had the opportunity to meet the owners who were very friendly and super nice!! They were very gracious and allowed us to stay a few extra days due to the hurricane evacuation. We have already booked this same unit for a month again next year!!

The updates that have been done are wonderful. We love everything about this condo. The dryer was not working this time but am sure they will get it fixed for next renters. We also had condo next door so we used that dryer.
