Cette unité vient d'être rénovée et comprend maintenant des carreaux espagnols dans toute la maison, de nouveaux téléviseurs LCD dans toutes les chambres avec le forfait NHL, des comptoirs améliorés dans toutes les salles de bains, de la peinture fraîche et de nouvelles unités de climatisation. 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain. Chambre principale: King, 2e chambre: paire de reines, 3e chambre (Casita): King (casita séparée pour les invités), plan d'étage de Séville, 2286 pieds carrés. Piscine communautaire et spa sont à proximité. Promenade facile au complexe La Quinta et au club de golf. Non-fumeur. Animaux acceptés. The condition of the premises has not changed since and it is really in need of some repair and maintenance. There were some housekeeping issues during the stay but they were resolved in a timely way. We are planning to stay there again this coming winter.

The unit was the perfect size and location. It was in great condition, and had all the kitchen utensils we needed to prepare and serve our Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoyed all the amenities of La Quinta Resort, including the beautiful experience of the Christmas Tree Lighting and other festivities. It was magical! Looking forward to a return visit in the spring.
