Bienvenue dans notre spacieuse maison Reno. Les clients peuvent se sentir comme à la maison dans cette grande retraite d'environ 3200 pieds carrés sur deux étages. Notre thème combine des thèmes du vieux monde, contemporains et rustiques dans toute notre maison pour vous faire sentir les bienvenus. Les clients ont un accès complet à toute la maison, à l'exception du garage et de l'un des deux placards dans la chambre principale.

L'espace
À l'étage supérieur: il y a un lit king-size californien dans la chambre principale avec salle de bains attenante et principale. Il y a un lit king dans la deuxième chambre, un lit queen dans la troisième chambre, deuxième salle de bains et mezzanine.

En bas: Il y a un lit queen dans la quatrième chambre. Salon, salle à manger, salle familiale, cuisine, 3e salle de bain et buanderie.

En ce qui concerne les médias, il existe une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une télévision de 58 pouces dans la salle familiale avec accès en direct aux 5 réseaux de diffusion nationaux. La télévision a également roku afin que vous puissiez vous connecter à votre réseau de streaming préféré avec de nombreuses applications préchargées. Buanderie a laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse. Il y a un parking dans l'allée pour deux véhicules et de nombreuses places de stationnement dans la rue devant la maison.

Spacious quiet house away from casino smoke

Enjoyed our stay! In town for teen basketball tournament and great location away from smoke but easy drive to convention center. Only negative was only 1 TV in house and would have expected more for the large sf of the house. Not enough blankets if it was a colder time of the year. Would love to stay here again.

Visiting Reno for UNevada commencement

Stayed in Reno for University Nevada commencement. Grilled dinner outside and enjoyed sun on the patio. Great location with easy access to University and downtown and Sparks3 full bathrooms.

Lovely spacious home.

This is a large home with great space for a big family. Location is north of Reno but getting there is quick and easy. Will be even better once some road construction is completed. We were attending the Great Reno Balloon Race so it was the perfect spot for us. Owner was very helpful with clear instructions and an offer to assist with anything we might need.

Family Vacation

This was a family gathering for a high school graduation. I had family flew in from Colorado, Hawaii and Texas. The house was so spacious a different area for the Adults to hang out and the kids to hang out. the kitchen had all the accessories we needed to cook and bake as a family. The house was fancy and clean and beautifully landscaped. My family could not stop talking how beautiful the house was and perfect for family gatherings. Also Marcos was an awesome host. Definitely would stay here again

This was a very nice place. It was in a good location. The only thing negative was not one coffee cup in the house and not even small soap shampoo and conditioner.. these are cheap to provide and most do. Never been to a house with no coffee cups weird.

Great house in a great location

This house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone and a big kitchen table for all of us to sit at to eat and play games. Marco could not of been a better host! He was nice enough to let us in a little early and was very quick to any message that was sent to him. The house has everything you need! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Great Property Great Communication

Let me start off by saying the photos does not do the property justice it is even more beautiful in person. Very quite neighbour and a very nice backyard with artifical grass made a prefect spot to lounge in the evening and mornings. My favorite part of the stay was that Marco established and maintained an open line of communication to ensure everything went well.

Home Away From Home

Curb appeal very nice. Beautiful, compfortable interior. Many amenities provided. Pretty complete stocked kitchen i.e, dishes, pots and utensils. Great dining room table for 8 adults to play board games. Bathrooms well stocked with towels, facecloths and necessary amenities. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Backyard was big enough for cornhole, croquet ir any other yard games. Final word...WE'LL BE BACK!

More than expected

This home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything seemed to be about a 10-15 minute drive away which was really convenient. The pictures definitely do not do this place any justice. When we arrived, we were absolutely blown away at the amount of space there is. Marco did a great job at keeping the home as a home, with decorations and seating in proper places, and not over using items or furniture when not needed. Marco is also great to speak with, quick response to messages, check in with him is simple and easy. I would highly recommend this home for any large family or group of friends visiting the Reno area.

Great Gathering Place

We rented the home from Marco for our son's UNR graduation. It was such a nice home - very well stocked, quality furniture, comfy beds and very clean. Even 2 dining areas that both seat 8 people and a great backyard with quail and rabbits running on the hillside on about 1/3 of an acre. Its in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town that is about 12 minutes from downtown Reno. Marco was very responsive. It was perfect for what we needed and definitely recommend it!!
