QUASI PERFECTION

Excellente, un appartement spacieux, parfaitement équipé, dans un immeuble moderne et sécurisé, bien situé à proximité du métro et des commerces nécessaires pour passer quelques jours. Seul point négatif, rue en mauvais état.

Bel appartement très propre situé proche du métro avec une très belle terrasse (un peu bruyante la semaine aux heures de pointe) et un accueil très sympathique de Mariza et Harry. Merci

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel et accès facile par le métro aux sites d'intérêts d'Athènes.

L'appartement est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. L'accueil a été agréable et efficace. Nous avons apprécié le livret avec les adresses utiles, sorties restaurant, plans,... L’appartement est situé tout près d'une station de métro avec ligne directe pour les sites d'intérêt. Les promenades à pied à certains endroits du quartier sont toutefois moins agréables. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

Everything was perfect, from the first moment we came in Athens till the one we left. Beautiful apartment provided with all the possible comfort, super clean and really of high standing. 3 bedrooms, big hall, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with hydro-massage shower, wide patio and balconies all around the flat. In the kitchen there was everything you need (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pasta supplies...) +starter pack - bread, cakes, milk and wine - we arrived at night, we needed it. Owners super kind, gentle and serious, always available to help you for everything even during the stay. You can’t asking for more. Expectations largely exceeded.

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt!

Ein erstaunliches Haus mit ruhiger und familiärer Umgebung und leichter anbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Voll ausgestattet, Komfortabel, Modern, mit großen Terrassen. Ist sehr zu empfehlen!!

Nice apartment, excellent location

Harry was very kind, helpful and organized. He told us a lot of information about Athens which made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment was in a very good accessible area which is filled with restaurants, supermarkets and taxis in walking distance. The apartment is clean and had everything that we needed and more. It felt like we stayed at our own home which is great and I would definitely recommend staying there as we already stayed twice in less than a month!!!

Harry and Mariza are wonderful hosts! Every step of the process from initial contact to our last day was smooth and easy. Mariza was always available to contact whenever we needed and was very quick to reply. She made our journey from and to the airport a breeze by helping us with taxis! Harry met us at the apartment and showed us around. He was so kind and very thorough as a host. They are so prepared with suggestions on restaurants, offering advice on the surrounding area, and pretty much anything else you could possibly need. If you ever find yourself in Athens, definitely try to stay at this apartment. Our visit was perfect thanks to such amazing hosts!

Idéal

Appartement idéalement placé dans le centre d'Athènes pour pouvoir parcourir à pied ou en métro. Très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, cet appartement a confortablement accueilli notre famille (2 adultes, 3 enfants). L'accueil et les différents contacts avec le propriétaire a été très bons, et tout ça pour un prix raisonnable compte tenu des prestations. Merci encore

Very comfortable, quiet apartment

Harry and Mariza are great hosts, who go out of the way to accommodate their guests. They are very responsive to all requests and deal with them is a pleasure. The apartment is perfectly equipped, very cozy, comfortable and quiet, on a small street in a residential area of Athens, really close to the center either on foot or by metro or taxi. The large, wrap -around terrace is a great feature and has plenty of privacy provided by fine awnings that surround the building and protect from the burning sun. I can highly recommend both the property and the owner to anyone who visits Athens.

High quality and class.

Our stay in December 2015 was excessively delightful. The apartment has all the modern amenities, a fully functional kitchen and a really nice patio, where we spent a fair amount of time, as the wheather was warm and we loved sitting under the sunshine. The owners are very organized, extremely helpful and prompt in responding to any questions we had about the area and Athens in general. They even arranged for the taxi at the time of our leaving, early morning. Hospitality at the highest quality. The security deposit was refunded in our account same day of departure, before even we arrived at home! The apartment is decorated very tastefully and with great care. We just fell in love with it. Clean, comfortable and full of life. The metro station is just 2-minute walk. We were 2 couples and were all thoroughly happy with our stay, couldn't have asked for more. Next time we are in Athens, we know whom to call.

The best stay in Athens

I am a wedding photographer. I was in Athens for 3 nights for a pre-wedding job. I ask the host to help me prepare many things, such as special decor , flowers, candle and transportation. The host prepare everything perfectly, way beyond my expectation.The apartment is very roomy with a huge balcony where we had breakfast every morning.The metro station is around the corner and from there it is only a few minutes to Athens sites. Even closer than the metro is a great place to eat called Ampakas Cretan Restaurant, which I highly recommend. If you are looking for a place to stay near the city centre during your stay in Athens, I would highly recommend this to you.

Impressed!

My friends and I had a wonderful vacation in Greece starting from the time we met Harry until we said our goodbyes. The apartment was an oasis of comfort and welcome in a very real neighbourhood of Athens and great location. Only a few steps away from 2 major streets. You can walk outside and get the subway (€1,20) or hail a taxi. It's within walking distance to all major attractions, less than 5 minutes from Syntagma Square (€3 by taxi). It's also near a hop on hop off bus stop. Harry was very helpful before we even got there. He helped us navigate from the airport to the apartment. The owners are very organized. They left several books and binders with recommendations for everything including restaurants, taxis, sights, etc. He was always available to answer any questions. The apartment was great! Very stylish, modern, clean, a very beautiful home. I highly recommend this property. I also highly recommend Harry and Mariza as hosts. I'd stay there again if I ever return to Athens.

Excellent stay!

Harry and Mariza has been very kind and welcoming, Harry was there waiting for us at the house and always available to help. The apartment has everything one might need and is gorgeous, it made us feeling like at home! Very convenient location close to the metro station making sightseeing trips fast and easy. I wouldn't change anything, it was simply perfect!

Our second visit and we’ll be back!

I can’t recommend this lovely apartment too highly. My husband and I stayed last year and we returned this year with our adult daughter. The apartment is really comfortable and has everything you need. It is very quiet. It has lots of outdoor space. We loved the local feel of the area and yet the Acropolis is only a short metro ride away. The metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away. There is a lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Maria is a lovely, accommodating and very responsive host!

Nice apartment with great balcony but noisy

The apartment is nice, spacious, and lovely decorated. The bathroom is a bit small and could use a do-over but everything was working fine. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has a great balcony and good A/C. The location of the apartment is ok but the taxi driver warned us about the area not being save and it did look dirty and run-down. It was also very noisy outside, even though the windows are good. Also, ceiling and walls are wafer-thin and you could hear the neighbors next door walking and arguing. The landlady was nice and wifi was available, so overall it was a good experience.

Really good stay

Property was just as advertised, easy to get around and plenty of restaurants on the door step. Host was brilliant, met us, showed us around and gave good restaurant recommendations. Tasty corner our favourite for greek salad and souvlaki meal for 2 was about £25 with delish rose. Great stay to see the sights of athens

We had a wonderful stay! Central location, wonderful unit and Maria was great. She has maps and suggestions for delicious restaurants that she walked us through at check in. The balcony was great to spend some time in the evenings drinking some wine. Couldn’t have asked for a better intro to Athens!

Greek Greatness

The apartment is exactly what the pictures portray. It’s very clean and comfortable, stocked with plenty of “extras” that really make the stay that much more amazing. Maria is amazing and so helpful, she even allowed us to check in 2 1/2 hours ahead of the schedule time, thankfully! The neighborhood concerned me at first, but I assure you, it’s very safe and the natives are very willing to help. If I ever return to Athens, I will more certainly stay here again.

In addition, Mariza and Harry have a great sense of what a renter might need - every time we wondered if something was provided, there it was! Good location to explore Athens

We rented this place for a eight day stay in Athens., from which we explored the city and the country. It’s a nice three bedroom with kitchen and a balcony on the second floor. Amenities were what we needed, including an elevator and a short walk to the metro line. There was WiFi, but it cut out frequently in the evenings. Overall I recommend this place for your family stay.

Great Stay

The apartment was in a very good location and was most comfortable. Have the large outside terrace was wonderful. To have privacy and yet be close to everything was wonderful. Also our host was great immediate answers on the very few questions we had. If you are not looking for a 5 star hotel and want a nice clean apartment in a great location then I recommend this stay! If I were to go back to Athens I would stay here again@
