Great apartment in lovely central area
We had some difficulties accessing the lock box although when we phoned for advice it was dealt with quickly. The lift is small and enclosed so not ideal if you are claustrophobic and the stairwell is very steep and very dark unlesd the lights switched on which is not obvious and should be highlighted for entry. The door key is also quirky although fine once you have the knack. Overall it would have been helpful to have been met or more specific instructions given as after long journey with children it was frustrating.
The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped but the terraces could do with some smartening up as dead plants and broken planters were not as attractive as the photos. The views are spectacular though and we had several lovely sunset evenings as the Weather was clear.
There a bit of noise from the wind and people enjoying themselves on the Friday night which could be expected on the sixth floor but did keep my son awake. The stairwell was fairly quiet otherwise though.
The area is fantastic with very convenient shops and restaurants nearby and it is easily walkable to the centre of Athens. It is hilly with uneven pavements though so flat shoes are essential.
We had a great time and would highly recommend but thought it would be helpful to point out the small issues above to help future guests.
