Un des meilleurs de la folie! Cette maison en rangée avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains saura dépasser toutes vos attentes. Profitez de votre propre entrée personnelle depuis votre parking couvert situé juste en dessous de l’appareil et entrez dans un aménagement spacieux. La lumière naturelle et la décoration moderne de la plage ne manqueront pas de rendre votre arrivée accueillante!

Faciliter 8 est un jeu d'enfant avec des téléviseurs dans chaque chambre, une buanderie dans l'unité et des appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine pour quand vous voulez faire cuire une maison à la maison en vacances. La jetée, les boutiques et les restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pied et la plage est juste en face de la rue! Après une journée d’aventures sur Folly, rentrez chez vous dans votre chambre principale surdimensionnée, dotée de penderies et d’une salle de bains privative.

La meilleure partie de cette unité est que vous n’aurez jamais à vous soucier du manque d’espace extérieur disponible lorsque vous disposez de trois balcons couverts personnels! Le matin, observez le lever du soleil sur l'océan avec votre tasse de café préférée et le soir, terminez la journée avec un dernier verre tout en admirant la vie nocturne de Folly. This was a fabulous vacation spot for our family and friends. We spent so much time on the balcony over looking the ocean and enjoying our time together. The town shops and restaurants are just a few blocks away and we walked to them each day. We spent a day in Charleston just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again. My only recommendations for the owners is to replace a few of the pans where the protective coating is peeling up (and only provide spatulas that won't damage the pans), also I highly recommend a different brand of toilet tissue as it was more industrial than most public facilities. We cooked many meals in and fully understand it must be challenging as owners when people do not used the correct utensils and damage the pans. These minor items are just recommendations and in no way devalue the stay we had at this wonderful vacation home.

Beautiful location on Folly Beach. Overall the townhouse is as pictured online. Guest bedroom did not have bunk beds /Full bed. It instead had a trundle bed /full bed. This scenario made entering and exiting the small room difficult. There was also broken trim on the staircase base.

Great beach trip

This property offers the best of Folly. Beach front, short walk to town, covered parking and lots of space. The property was clean and very functional for our group. Great stay.

Perfect for a college tour!

My daughter and I visited Charleston to tour a few local colleges. Rather than stay in the hustle & bustle of King St we opted for a beach location and did not choose poorly!! This home had just about everything you could need, especially since we had flown. The short distance to the beach, the comfortable beds, and the parking are just a few things that we loved. It was spotless when we arrived, and a tote of household necessities were given as a welcome upon arrival. A few reckless, noisy late nighters drove by one evening but that was the extent of noise. The elevator was a plus too. Thank you for hosting us! We’d love to stay again once our senior attends CoC next year!

Very nice property and a perfect location and beach view. The kitchen is small so you may want to consider that if you plan to cook a lot. Only negative thing I can say was that there was some kind of perfumed deodorizer that we found to be overwhelming.

Beware of towing thieves

Condo was good. Good location. However, we innocently did not put our card from property in the windshield as it was late when we got in and next morning our car was towed. We had only two days to come down to visit our son and it took most of the Saturday to take care of the car and get it back and it really put a damper on our stay. Association had our make and model and tag number but still got towed . These towing people are trollers and the association did nothing as of yet to support us. Don’t think we will come back to this area.

We love Folly!

This was our second stay in this unit and we loved it just as much this year as we did last. Clean and comfortable with everything you need for a TRULY relaxing vacation. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

The condo was very comfortable. It had a great view of the beach and super easy access. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked with anything you would need. We were very pleased.

Guys weekend

Located close to everything Folly Beach has to offer. Short walk to the Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was a big plus with the location. Would highly recommend if you want to be where close to the action at Folly.

Folly Beach getaway

Great location right on Folly Beach. Wonderful sunrises, a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Folly and a short 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The only real shortcoming was the lack of beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. A big oversight when you consider the unit is all about its oceanfront location. Overall, a positive experience.

Clean and convenient

Very clean condo with updated and comfortable decor/furniture. We loved the balconies and quick access to the beach. Easy to walk to plenty of restaurants. I do think it could be helpful to let guests know to enter via Ashley instead of Arctic.

Amazing view!!!

Easy booking. Very good communication with Folly’s Best. Views are amazing. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Spacious townhome and never felt cramped. If I come back to the area in the future will try to book this spot again!

The couches were unseatable they were so bad. Broken down smelly, flat pillows. Needs updated…

We enjoyed Folly, the beach and other local sites, however I would not recommend this property. Clean sheets but the bedding was old and smelly, certainly no Covid cleanliness. Kitchen is tiny and no counter space for a family that likes to cook. No cutting board, knives dull and no extras. I was disappointed when I got a text saying we could check in 2 hours early for another $100. I’ve rented homes in seabrook, iop and others. Never have I been ask to pay an extra $ for early check in or delayed check out. We weren’t there but I didn’t appreciate the ask for more money. Trundle beds needs replaced, springs were felt through the thin mattress. It’s an expensive place and not worth it. We love to visit and rent where owners also enjoy the property but I would believe the owners don’t stay there. I appreciate Vrbo when I’m staying where the family also enjoys the property. Makes for a better stay. Regardless we treated it with care although very disappointed.

Folly Beach getaway

Stayed here with my parents, son, brother, sister-in-law and nephew. The location is wonderful! I could see my son and brother playing on the beach from the balcony. The place does need a bit of upgrading but it is clean, comfortable and a great place for a family vacation.
