Cabine nouvellement construite avec 8 chambres, 8 lits queen, 4 ensembles de lits superposĂ©s, un canapĂ©-lit et 3 salles de bain complĂštes. La cuisine est trĂšs spacieuse avec une grande table de cuisine et des comptoirs avec des siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires. La cour arriĂšre a un grill, un foyer et une balançoire. À l'intĂ©rieur, nous avons une table de billard, deux foyers au gaz, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Bear. C'est un endroit parfait pour rĂ©unir des amis et la famille pour faire de longs souvenirs.

Amazing home

Property owner contacted me early to give me the door code and address, the home was clean and as described. The location is perfect for a bear lake trip right in front of the marina. Easy access to throw away trash. There were tons of sightings of wildlife in the neighborhood. And our kids loved the play set

Great Property

Excellent home. Internet needs help. Clean and comfortable; AND good quality toilet paper!! Need to have some kleenex around. Little larger bath towels would be nice. Overall, really nice and we would return.

Beautiful View

The home is a nice home with 8 bedrooms. However, 3 bathrooms was not quite enough for 18 people. When we got there the home had a terrible smell in the basement. The washer apparently hadn't been run for quite sometime and it smelled really moldy and a bit like sewer backed up. After talking to the property manager we ran the washer and it seemed to help clear up the smell. The property manager was very good and responded quickly to issues. The driveway is really steep and parking wasn't adequate for our group. The balcony view of the lake was absolutely beautiful! We loved eating on the balcony and looking out over the lake. The backyard is artificial turf and is very small area so not a great area for kids to play in. The kids did love the ping pong and pool tables so they spent much time in the basement. The internet was very slow and we were not able to get the TV's to work without internet smart TV's are worthless.

Great Bear Lake experience

Bear Lake is awesome, our family loves to stay there. The unit was great for our large family. Fully stocked with appliances and dishes in the kitchen. We had a great time!

Amazing location and amazing cabin

This cabin is simply amazing. The layout is perfect for a large group, and the cabin is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and very nice, having an extra fridge downstairs. The entire family had a wonderful 4th, and Brandon was an amazing host making sure we had everything we needed. We will rent here again for sure.

Family Retreat

We held our annual family retreat at this beautiful property - and we had a blast! The location was perfect, communication and check-in with the owner was quick and easy. The floor layout was ideal, with lots of comfy group gathering places, and opportunities for bonding. The kitchen was perfect for a group (2 fridges, double ovens, lots of counter and pantry space) - and well-stocked. Bedrooms were perfect - and lots of sleeping space. The outdoor settings were fun for all ages. The wifi was a little weak - but frankly I thought that was a "plus!" Everyone in our group agreed this was the perfect setting! Thank you.

Amazing

The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed. The view from the front windows was so beautiful and amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The home was close enough for us to walk to town to get our strawberry shakes. Our host, Brandon, was really wonderful and helpful to work with. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful home, great location!

The home was a beautiful, newer home, with a great floor plan-- lots of room for family to gather. It was near food and shops in town, and about a 15-minute drive to the North beach, which is where we were during the day. It was very clean, and had a good set-up of bedrooms for our large group. The kitchen was large enough for many cooks, and well-stocked. There were many areas to 'hang out', so with a large group, there was space for all--a basement family and game area, living room upstairs, seating in the back yard, and a deck with a beautiful view! There are 3 full bathrooms, but still some waiting time for a shower after being in the lake, as one bathroom is attached to a Master bedroom. We gave that to the family with small children that needed to go to bed early. The driveway held 2 cars, and with our larger ones, one would have to pull one out before the other one could. The other families had to park on the road, but it is not a through road; it's mainly used by the homes around it. All-in-all, our family had a great time in this lovely home! The host always replied to questions in a timely manner. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Large kitchen and eating area were a must for our group of 16. This property fit the bill. Plenty of bedrooms for my 5 kids, their spouses, and their kids. Great view off the deck. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the view of the lake. Double refrigerators was a plus. Owner was very responsive to us throughout our stay. As others have mentioned, the driveway is steep. We ended up parking several cars on the street, not a big issue was loading or unloading is complete. Wi-Fi signal is weak and couldn’t stay connected on the deck. No issues as long as we stayed inside. Plenty of cookware for our group, no issues with meal preparation. We spent most of our time at the beach. The hose out back on the artificial turf was great for washing off sand before heading inside. Despite lots of showers at the end of each day, we never ran out of hot water. Great experience overall, and we’ll definitely consider staying here again.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed this property and it worked well for the entire family. We loved the beautiful view from the home. The parking was a little difficult, but we made it work. All appliances, TVs, and the internet functioned perfectly. Improvement could be made to supplies provided: there was only one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. But we had a wonderful time, it’s a lovely home and very well suited to a family get together.

Bear Lake View

The view of Bear Lake is stunning! The home was very nice and accommodated our group very well. The gathering spaces are great! We loved it! We would definitely rent again!!!!! A couple of cons: The air conditioning was out in the basement, so the temperature was a little hot downstairs. The steep driveway is difficult to accommodate for multiple vehicles, but we made due by parking a couple of vehicles down on the road.

Fabulous View of Bear Lake

This is an awesome house. It sits up on a hill that overlooks Bear Lake and the marina. Best part was sitting out on the balcony any time of the day (the nights were so serene) and staring out over the lake. We had 21 people in the house including 6 adult couples and 9 children under 12 years old. Each of the adults had a bedroom with a queen bed and the children loved the rooms with the bunk beds. We thought we would have a problem with only 3 bathrooms but it worked out smoothly. The children loved the swingset in the backyard, the cornhole game, pool and ping pong. There was also a well-stocked game closet. Last thing - there was great communication from Brandon when we had questions. He was very timely in his responses. When we got home we found out we left an item in the house, he willingly packaged it up and mailed it back to us. We all had a great time!

Great for a family

It is a clean and large home, We had a good time with pool and played a lot of cornhole on the deck. The only issue is parking for a large family is hard.

Beautiful home with an even better view!

Had an absolutely amazing weekend in this gorgeous home! Can't get a better view anywhere on the lake! Literally just up the street from the marina which was SO convenient. Beds extremely comfortable, lots of entertaining/hang out spaces for a large group, kitchen spacious and well appointed...we'd rent this home again in a heartbeat!
