Privé... Aucune foule ou promenade publique !!!
L'occupation maximale est de 10 personnes. Aucune exception. "Nestled Inn" est situé dans un quartier privé de bord de mer de seulement 6 maisons au coeur de Seagrove Beach, au sud de l'autoroute 30-A. Notre plage n'est jamais bondée .... Vues du golfe du troisième étage !! (3 rois, 2 reines) Étape du salon du premier étage à une piscine privée, plus une pataugeoire pour les enfants. De la piscine, le Golfe est une seconde marche 45 via un accès à une plage privée. «Niché Inn" est une ligne loin de Golfe avant ... assez près pour entendre et voir les vagues roulant sur le rivage. La vie privée de ce quartier est exceptionnelle.

Entrez Nestled Inn et sentez-vous vraiment privé et détendu!
Le premier niveau est promenade amicale, pas d'étapes !!! Il y a une salle de séjour / cuisine, buanderie, salle de bain complète, suite parentale et salle de bain, baignoire et douche de jardin. La terrasse offre un espace couvert avec une table à manger et six chaises, une piscine, une pataugeoire, des chaises longues et une douche extérieure. Un maître et deux bains au premier étage.
Le deuxième étage offre une suite de maître / roi avec porche, bain / douche et deux autres chambres / une salle de bain, un roi, une reine. Salle de médias, télévision à écran plat, bar, évier et réfrigérateur et grand porche couvert avec des rocking-chairs et des tables à manger donnant sur la piscine.
Le troisième étage offre une chambre privée / salle de bain et balcon, reine, vue sur le golfe et des étoiles sans fin la nuit! Un endroit idéal pour siroter et se détendre après une journée complète sur la plage!
Les commodités correspondent à tout ce que vous attendez dans une maison de plage moderne, y compris un accès Internet haut débit sans fil, HDTV, DVD Dolby Surroundsound, une machine à glaçons pour la cuisine sous le comptoir et une cuisinière et une table de cuisson au gaz séparées. Batterie de cuisine et vaisselle haut de gamme. Laveuse, sécheuse, barbecue à gaz.
Seagrove Beach est entre Mer et Rosemary Beach, une zone du golfe renommé pour son eau couleur émeraude belle. Ce ne est pas une zone hautement commercialisée, mais les parcs aquatiques et les montagnes russes sont à 25 minutes à Panama City. marchés de fruits de mer sont à proximité, comme le sont une demi-douzaine d'excellents restaurants. Terrains de golf exceptionnels également Camp Creek, et Santa Rosa Country Club. L'épicerie Watercolor Publix est à 6 minutes. Location du dimanche au dimanche pendant l'été.

Awesome Property

This house was beautiful and so spacious and had every thing you needed! So close to the private beach which was a very short walk in a very quiet neighborhood! Walking distance for coffee, ice cream & shops. Andy was great! He checked on us during the week to make sure we didn’t have any issues. Looking forward to a return visit!

This was the perfect property for 8 adults with 3 babies. The pool was great to cool down after getting hot on the beach. Loved the pool and porches. Loved the privacy of the bedrooms with bathrooms. Large and spacious but comfortable - not stuffy. Beautiful and spacious for 7 nights. Walkable and bikeable to restaurants and stores. Very convenient to Seaside and The Big Chill. Private beach was perfect too. We did rent a golf cart and several bikes. (Added to overall cost for us) it was nice to have. Could have done without though.

June 2025 Vacation

Excellent property with many amenities. A short 45 second walk down a private sand path and we were on the beach! There are 4 houses that share the private beach so we had plenty of space for our family of 9 without crowding. Our grandkids loved the beach in the mornings and the pool in the late afternoons. Spacious rooms inside and a huge wrap-around porch on the 2nd floor. We spent every evening on the porch with no bugs. Grocery store is 7 minutes away and multiple ice cream stores are even closer! Overall, we had a great time and plan to return.

Nestled-In At Nestled Inn

We loved our stay at Nestled Inn! The house was very roomy with enough seating in either of the two living areas to accommodate everyone in our group comfortably. The two master suites are huge with a long bench for luggage and chairs to relax in after a long day. The beds were also very comfy! The pool is small, but cozy, and I appreciated the family time in the water rather than having everyone go to their own corner of the house. There is plenty of outdoor seating on two levels as well as several rocking chairs on the second level balcony which gave us another place to gather. Lots of places all over the house ensured each of our three families had some private time since we ranged in ages 11 months to 59 years young. The kitchen is well outfitted with every small appliance and cooking utensil you could possibly need. During our week long stay, we truly felt Nestled-in at Nestled Inn!

Loved it

Fantastic house in a gorgeous street that feels so quiet even though it's in the middle of everything. A huge plus for us was the door alarm for the pool which made it feel very safe even with small children. The house was more than big enough for our three family extended family group and we had the best time. It's well maintained, clean and all around one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The beach is lovely, not busy and a very very short walk. There's also a hose and shower outside to use to rinse off. We were also able to walk to a couple of restaurants. The only tiny downside was the kitchen sink doesn't have a disposal and we aren't used to that. Other than that the kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook almost all our meals at the rental. We hope to return again another time!

Wonderful family vacation home

This is a wonderful house in a great location and supported by a responsive and caring owner. We were 3 families and the layout of 2 family areas for TV watching was ideal. The pool is secluded and the beach is less than 1 minute walk. The representation on the web site was accurate and the house is very well equipped. Just a great place for a family vacation.

Quiet relaxing house and beach

OUR SUMMER ESCAPE!

The home is equipped with all the necessities should you enjoy eating in each night as we ventured out but only once the entire week. The two master suites where perfect for two adult couples. The four kids enjoyed the upstairs entertainment space immensely as the large couch became their base camp throughout the week each night after what appeared to be an endless back and forth of beach vs. pool. Loretta was very responsive of any request. A beautiful, well equipped and spotless home for an unforgettable "Summer Escape"! In our top (2) vacation homes on 30-A after 10 plus years of travels to the Emerald Coast! Would recommend to anyone who would ask!

Three time winner

Spent week of 6/23-30/2013 at Nestled Inn. This was family's third summer to rent the house from Gordon. Each stay has been fabulous. The house is spectacular, open, spacious and loaded with amenities, spotlessly clean on arrival and much better than described. Kitchen is so well stocked there is no need to bring a thing. The pool is wonderful, right off the living room and well protected by a door alarm that keeps kids safe. There's an amazing Fire King grill with accessory element for large pots beside the pool; cooks great steaks, hamburgers and fish. Rooms are huge as are the closets and bathrooms and the beds are comfortable. Third floor bedroom has a small balcony with a stunning view ot the gulf. Beach is a short walk down a shaded path to the walk-over and on to that extraordinary white, sugar beach for which 30A is famous. We take canopies for shade and leave them broken down under the walk-over steps at night with our beach chairs. Never a problem. Goatfeather's seafood market is a couple of minutes west on 30A; open 10 to 6, always crowded but well worth the wait. Get shrimp seasoned and steamed and take them back to peel and eat. Seaside is about 10 minutes west, Watercolor another 2 minutes further and Rosemary Beach is 20 minutes east, so there is plenty to do nearby. A word about the landlord, Gordon Van Mol: extraordinary!!! Extremely attentive and responsive; knows the house and its mechanics inside-out and gets problems, which have never amounted to much anyway, tended to immediately. Our family has been vacationing in the Seagrove area for over 30 years and Nestled Inn provides by far the best beach vacation we've experienced.

Perfect Beach Get-a-way

This home was the perfect location and size for our family to meet for vacation. The house was spacious with beautiful decor and amazing views for our 3 families. We were concerned about keeping the kids occupied since the weather was a little cooler at the start, but there were games and the heated pool kept everyone busy. We bundled up and took quick trips to the beach (a 2 minute walk.. if even!). The beach was very private, but located in the middle of two areas with lots I activities if you wanted to stroll down the beach. We had room for our badminton and volleyball net and felt very safe leaving it up at night. We spent time shelling and even found sharks teeth, crabs and huge shells. We biked in to Seaside a few times and there are little shops to either side within a 5 minute walk. We also walked to the seafood market and picked up fresh fish a few nights to cook in. The kitchen had everything you could ever need! Even spices!! And on the second floor is a Keurig, so bring your pods! There is so much that makes this house unique and comfortable. We commented several times that we felt like we were staying in a friend's beach home and not a rental because of how well the house was kept up. The owners were very responsive from beginning to end and even after checked in to make sure everything went well. We were pleased beyond expectations and would highly recommend this home for your next family vacation.

Amazing house and owner!

We stayed at Nestled Inn last summer for a week and my boys did not want to leave! We had concerns because of the oil spill and Gordon was so great to work with. The beaches were pristine and where the house is located its like your own private beach. (I believe the area is shared with 6 houses of so but we never saw anyone.) The kids loved the pool and the dual master bedrooms are great for two families. I would highly recommend...we hope to go back this summer!

We spent a week here this summer and were awed that it was much more than we'd expected. The home was formidable and beautiful, but comfortably furnished. There was plenty of room for everybody. The back yard and pool areas were incredibly relaxing. We hope to return!

This is the perfect beach...

This is the perfect beach house! The layout of the house is perfect for two families. The location is great - very private and just a few steps to the beach. The views are great and the house is beautifully decorated. The owner was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end! I highly recommend this property!

This was an awesome house...

This was an awesome house! The pictures DO NOT do it justice. Our family - 8 adults 4 children all under 5 - had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The beach area was virtually secluded making it great for everyone! I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation home.

We had a lovely stay at N...

We had a lovely stay at Nestled Inn in early May 2005. Our 10 included Grandparents-2, Adult children-4 and grandchildren-4 and all agreed it was the best place we have ever stayed. Over the years, we have vacationed from Okaloosa Island all the way to Seagrove and this was unbeatable. The lovely pool area, quiet beach, well appointed interiors were just perfect. The owners made everything very easy from beginning to end, including questions answered while we were there. We enjoyed every minute of it, and are anxious to return next year.

Our annual trip to the pa...

Our annual trip to the panhandle was just spent in "Nestled Inn" by our group of almost "senior citizens". This wonderful house was enjoyed by all of us from the spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen to the fantastic living areas both indoor and out. The short walk to the beach was just that-short! We really appreciated the owners graciousness in his friendly emails and other correspondence. All of us hope to return to this little slice of "paradise".

Many of the neighborhoods in Seagrove Beach are quite congested with limited parking, not to mention the crowded beaches. However, our home is located away from the condos and multi family homes, providing extraordinary privacy on the beach. It's a dream come true!!
