Coastal Dreaming est une maison de vacances récemment construite par Holiday Beach Development et sera prête pour mars 2020! La maison de rêve sera 9 chambres / 9. 5 salles de bain et mettra en vedette une piscine, salle de jeux et en bord de mer!

Coastal Dreaming nécessite un séjour minimum de 7 nuits pour toutes les réservations.  Pendant les dates ci-dessous, nous adhérons aux dates de réservation suivantes.

2020:
Pause familiale: du 14 mars au 3 avril 2020 (samedi à samedi)
Eté: 17 mai au 15 août 2020 (samedi à samedi)

Le premier étage comprendra deux chambres à coucher et une salle de bains communicante. Dirigez-vous vers le côté de la plage de la maison et trouvez la salle de jeux qui vous mènera dehors à la piscine Cet étage comportera également le premier ensemble de laveuse / sécheuse.

Rendez-vous au deuxième étage pour trouver la cuisine principale, la salle à manger et le salon. Également à cet étage se trouvent deux autres chambres avec salles de bains communicantes.

En montant au troisième étage, vous verrez le coin salon. Sur le côté de l'océan sont deux chambres king qui auront chacune une salle de bains communicante. Une autre chambre est également accessible depuis le côté nord de la maison, également avec une salle de bains communicante. Cet étage aura également le deuxième ensemble de laveuse / sécheuse.

Le quatrième étage aura deux chambres à coucher. Un roi avec vue sur l'océan et salle de bain communicante. Sur le côté nord de la maison est l'autre chambre qui a 2 reines avec une salle de bains communicante.

Family Thanksgiving trip for 12. Loved the views - so beautiful! Ample space for everyone, full size dining room table worked perfectly, and we were able to prepare the whole meal with plenty of elbow room.

Very nice house right on the beach. Pool is small but small kids can enjoy. Overall nice house.

Our wedding house

My now husband and I rented this house with 18 of our family and friends. We absolutely love this house. It’s spectacular. Every single room is gorgeous. The views are breathtaking. We got married on the beach in front of the house most beautiful wedding ever.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary with some of our friends and family and this home was perfect. We drove 6 hrs with a grill, plates, extra utensils, etc and didn’t need any of it because the home was extremely stocked with EVERYTHING!!! The elevator was included which was a big plus. I loved this home sooo much!!!

Even better than the pictures

Great stay for our large family group loved the layout with three families having king rooms with ocean views. Perfect for all ages as the pre teens loved the bunk beds and all the decor and everyone enjoyed the pool table and large TVs for football. The only thing I would change is having the listing show a more accurate pic for the pool size. The pool looks larger in pics than in person. Otherwise everything else was even better in person that pictured. Great overall stay

The best house on PCB!

Everyone loved the house and it’s amazing for a large group/family. Everything was beautifully decorated and the location was very close to entertainment and restaurants! Tons of pros: Ample space with gorgeous views Plenty of kitchen items Plenty of seating for dining Lovely decks and patio furniture Beds are comfortable Pool table was a hit Kids enjoyed the pool Media room was awesome Ice maker was great to have Two sets of washer/dryer helped a lot! Only a few cons: Showers leaked and had mildew Grill was a bit small Elevator was not worth $330 On the day of check in we weren’t made aware of the alarm from the patio door to the pool and when we called the young girl who helped disarm it was rude.

The pool alarm is listed in the description of the property and is also an initialed item in the rental agreement. We understand pool alarms can be a nuisance but if the pool is not fenced and the pool is accessible from a main living space by Florida law we have to have the alarm. We do however, apologize if our agent was rude in her explanation.

Amazing Home for Large Families - Directly on the Beach!

This home is perfect in every way - except we were not advised the elevator was not working and this is a 4 story home - too many steps - definitely make sure the elevator is working if you intend to use the 3rd and 4th floors where most of the bedrooms are located. Also, the exterior lights on the decks were not working so we had to grill out by flashlight and use the pool in the evenings with small children by just the pool light. The management crew was very apologetic and said there was nothing they could do.

Wonderful Beach Front Home - June 2022

Our family of 22 loved this spacious and well-appointed beachfront home for the week. It was easy for us to all be together in one space while also feeling you could retreat to a quiet area of the home for some peace and quiet when needed. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for preparing huge family meals each evening. Two refrigerator/freezer units made it easy to hold all the groceries/beer. The charcoal based "Red" Egg came in handy for grilling all of the fish we caught on a guided trip while there. The bedrooms were were comfortably equipped with quality linens/pillows etc. Like most VRBO's I've rented, there is limited storage space to stow away your clothes/gear while there so you live out of your suitcase. The owner should also consider installing more bathroom and exterior hooks for hanging up wet towels or bathing suits etc. Overall, the best part of the experience was dealing with the property manager, Holiday Beach Rentals. Before arrival they communicated via phone/text and email as well as texted with me throughout the stay. We had some minor toilet/door issues while there which were resolved within hours by the management team. They seemed eager to go to great lengths to ensure we had a relaxing stay. Our family frequently vacations along the 30A corridor and have stayed in nearly 10 homes or so over the past decade. Everyone loved Coastal Dreaming and we will definitely consider this home again next year.

Awesome Stay, Plenty of room to roam. Very Nice!

It was everything we were expecting and more. The only thing we could say that needed attention was that the pool table pool sticks needed new tips. The overall cost was pricy but splitting the cost up between family members made it affordable. You won’t be unhappy with the home.

40th birthday celebration

Large group of friends and family. House was as advertised with great views of the gulf. Similar priced properties that we have stayed in seem to have been more generous with essentials such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and even dishwasher detergent. Otherwise the house is a top notch beach rental.

Wedding Bliss

I booked this home for my wedding 3/6/21 and it was exceeded our expectations! It was about 12 of us that stayed in the home from 3/4-3/7! It was beautiful, the perfect location! Our only annoyance was the alarm on the pool door that went off every time we opened it even when pressing it. But we couldn’t have chosen a better spot! The home was beautiful and peaceful! The beach wasn’t crowded at all so we were able to relax and then enjoy our ceremony on the last night right on the sand! I wish I could post pics! Our family is already talking about booking again. 3 nights wasn’t long enough here. I feel we could have used more nights to be able to enjoy it more! 🥰 thank you guys for making my husband and I’s wedding everything we could have hoped for! The house was the perfect location with the beach being our literal back yard!
