Il y a un grand espace de vie ouvert dans ce magnifique condo BEACH FRONT. Le salon est équipé d'un canapé-lit, de 2 chaises confortables, d'un grand téléviseur haute définition et d'un foyer électrique! La salle à manger a une belle table avec des sièges pour 6. Il y a un bar supplémentaire pouvant accueillir 4 personnes au bar de la cuisine. La cuisine a des comptoirs en quartz noir, des appareils électroménagers blancs et est entièrement équipée avec tous les chaudrons, casseroles, ustensiles de cuisine, assiettes et verrerie que vous aurez besoin de vous faire à la maison pendant vos vacances à Gulf Shores.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un accès privé au balcon, d'une double vasque, d'un bain à remous et d'une douche séparée. La première chambre a un lit king avec une salle de bain privée avec combo baignoire / douche. La deuxième chambre d'amis a un lit superposé et un lit simple avec une salle de bain connectée avec un combo baignoire / douche.

Spring Break Vacation

Great place for a family vacation! Beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked most stocked I’ve ever experienced at a rental property. Plenty of games for the family. Dishnetwork service was great along with the app and Wi-Fi access for streaming. Plenty of blankets pillows, and towels. Walking distance to the hangout and other bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great home-away-from-home

Wonderful property! Well equipped kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating for dining and leisure. Comfortable beds and all very clean. Most comfortable balcony furniture ever in a rental. Would definitely stay here again. This is our second time staying at San Carlos.

We love staying at the San Carlos Condominium

We loved our stay! The elevators and pool are always clean and well maintained. It’s a really nice and clean condo. We LOVED the furniture in it! My only suggestion is to just do away with the bathroom rugs all together because even though they’re clean, they are just hard to keep looking nice.

Nice Condo, clean and comfortable with amazing view and balcony!

We had an excellent week! Condo was clean and very nice! Checking in and out was a breeze! No issues at all! My family of four and my parents all were comfortable and plenty of room for us all! The balcony was great with an excellent view! Nothing to complain about at all and would definitely stay here again!

Everything we could have asked for

It’s been a while since I gotten my family to do such a trip, and this place was a little slice of paradise. The place is very clean and nicely spread out, everyone had the own bathroom, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we would need for cooking, and we got to wake up everyday with the most gorgeous view. If you didn’t want to get into a car all week, you had plenty of places to walk to to eat or get from the surf shop. You can also walk to the hangout which is a gulf shore must, great food with live music. The beach was right there so if we wanted to go up to our condo it was easy to do so. All of us did not want to leave and we have all been talking about going back since we left. Thanks for the great stay and memories!

Vacation

Overall we had a great experience with this place. The unit was spacious with a great view. The rooms had extra fans & laundry baskets to put dirty clothes. There were minor issues with the ice machine freezing up but besides that this place is very clean, spacious and directly on the beach. I would recommend this unit to friends & family who are looking to stay on the beach. Nothing better than waking up every morning to the ocean.

This location couldn’t be topped. Beautiful unit, with room for our family of 10. Convenient to everything Gulf Shores, Orange Beach has to offer. The master mattress is worn out and uncomfortable. But that was the only negative.

Almost Perfect

Perfect vacation, beautiful decor in condo, San Carlos is very clean and well-maintained. The room itself could have been cleaner (mold in showers, bathroom rugs were filthy). The a/c would cycle to 75 during the night which was annoying. The balcony, however, provided the perfect retreat with comfortable seating and a stunning view! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you like them on the softer side.

July 18th-23rd Stay

Overall it was a great stay! The condo was clean. The décor and furniture was very nice. I loved that you had beach items (toys, tubs, umbrella, etc.) available for use. We got lucky and did not get any rain during our stay but if we had it was nice to have a good selection of board games to play. The lounge chairs on the balcony were very relaxing. There were plenty of dishes for use however, we tried to use as little as possible to help with less dishes to clean :) but glad to know they were there if we needed them. The Keurig coffee maker was nice! The beds were comfortable and the covering available was good quality. The little notes/instructions everywhere were very useful! Suggestions: Need a new shower curtain, liner and curtain rod in the first bathroom to the right. The rugs in this bathroom may need updating, they were pretty worn out looking. Change the dryer door so that it opens out/away from the washer so you don't have to bend over the door to throw clothes in (Yes, this can be done very easily!) I may have missed the note if there was one, but we did not realize the door was unlocked the whole time until the last day we were there because we never turned the lock that is just above the door handle. Thanks for a great stay!

Location, Location

This condo was great. The location was awesome and the view was awesome. Condo was super clean and spacious, the property was also very well maintained. The beach access was easy and very close. Both the master and living areas had huge storm doors that could be double opened so it felt like you were standing on the balcony from the inside. It was about 45 degrees at night but I slept with them open just so the ocean could lull me to sleep. It has absolutely everything you would need (I cooked Thanksgiving dinner!) except consumables. I mean you will need to bring EVERYTHING. lol. Toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, etc... you get one starter of a few things but our group of 6 went through that in a day or so. If I had one negative, I'd say it could use a little updating. Fans are cheap and a little older, bathtub caulking needs to be replaced, and the towels were small and a little scratchy. But we loved this condo, the room, the view, the location. I had to contact mgmnt about one issue and they were very responsive and great to work with. Will stay here again!!!

Disgusting amount of mold in showers, Blood on dishes in kitchen cupboard,sliders and carpet nasty

This was by far the nastiest, dirtiest, disgusting condo I have ever rented. I called the On Property Manger - Absolutely unhelpful said everything was the owners responsibility, but there was no way of contacting the owners and believe me, I tried everyway possible; The service phone number left in the condo, which was a central answering service located in Oregon. She tried unsuccessfully to reach housekeeping and was very apologetic, Housekeeping did not leave a number and I believe they were no where to be found. Manager knew nothing. I took photos of everything but have no place to send them. I spent 2 entire days scrubbing every inch of that condo. The kitchen had dirty dishes mixed in with clean dishes so of course I had to wash everything after cleaning the dishwasher. The pots and pans looked as though no one even tried to clean them so I soaked them overnight in detergent to remove the baked on food inside them - 2pots, 3 skillets and other odds and ends. The pantry door was broken, the ice maker broke on the morning of the 4th of July -manager couldn't help with that either so we had to go out for ice and carry it back to the condo. I scrubbed the showers and tubs with Clorox bleach to remove the mold, I ran a tub full of hot water and cleaned the jets, did that twice before I felt they were clean enough. I Cloroxed the slider doors in the master bedroom and the living room to remove blood and general dirt and grime. I did not clean the patio because it was just too much. I also did not clean the 3rd bedroom toilet because it was beyond disgusting. I am 68 years old with a bad back and bad knees and I don't have a habit of cleaning disgusting toilets. We just closed off that bathroom and made do with the other two. I feel I am entitled to a refund but I will not hold my breath waiting for one. I will never again rent from Beachball Properties. NEVER.

The property was clean. And the beds were large and comfy. The view was spectacular. And had great seating on balcony. The shower was very nice and had plenty of hot water and plush towels. The negatives- the couch is small and vinyl. Like outdoor furniture. The pots and pans are all old and have visible wear to the cooking surfaces. The ice maker stays frozen and will not work. It has a sticker on it to not to even try emptying in hopes it would work. You must fill ice trays to use. I was glad there was a stack available in pantry. So it’s a known problem. All in all a great location and would come back.

The photos on the site do not quite capture the beauty of this place. The accommodations are incredible! You want to move in and never go back home. The physical location is in the middle of everything you need for a strees free vacation in Gulf Shores.

BEST Beach stay!!

This unit was absolutely the best!! From the view of the ocean to the comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with even a wine fridge!! We loved it. It was super fast to get to the beach and that's important when you've got 5 kids and their toys!! The pool was perfect for all the kids too as the little ones could just walk in the shallow end. The beachball team was always quick to respond to inquiries and a tiny fix to the garbage disposal. We will be back to SC 506!!
