Villa neuve décorée sur mesure qui peut accueillir 7 personnes dans des lits.  Vous profiterez de deux chambres avec lits king-size où vous dormirez sur les meilleurs matelas que vous pourrez acheter.  La troisième chambre a un lit superposé qui est un simple sur un double.  Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Le salon est très lumineux grâce à un mur de fenêtres qui permet une vue sur la piscine.  L'unité a une belle cuisine avec tout ce qui est possible pour profiter de la cuisine.  Il y a une télévision connectée dans chaque chambre et Internet est fourni.   Bloomington Country Club possède un magnifique parcours de golf, une immense piscine, des courts de tennis et Club House.  Les clients de notre villa peuvent utiliser ces équipements.  Le patio a une nouvelle grille de barbecue pour s'amuser en plein air. Le Club House sur place propose un menu complet pour votre plus grand plaisir. Le parcours de golf de 18 trous propose des cours de golf PGA, une planification informatisée des heures de départ, un stockage de club et de chariot, une immaculée 7 000 mètres de fairways et de greens. Vous bénéficierez d'un accès au programme de tennis du Club avec des jeux pour adultes, des événements programmés et un programme junior.

Beautiful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. We had an issue with check in, but was resolved in a timely fashion. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking.

Wonderful place

Quiet and nice amenities (pool and tennis courts). More space than we could ever use and owners definitely care about their property.

It was absolutely amazing. Very clean. Had everything you needed away from home! Was a gorgeous condo in a quiet spot. We loved it. Kids didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful Villa

This was an outstanding experience. The location is directly next to the Bloomington Country Club pool. The only problem was they do play music until 10:00 PM. The price for St George was fantastic.

Clean beautiful condo!

This condo was easy to rent, and the check in process was easy. Communication with the owner was easy and she was great to get back to us! It was clean, new and had everything we needed. Being super clean was at the top of our list and this place is! The location was great! We will go back! Many thanks, we had an awesome time! We highly recommend this condo!!

Weekend stay

The condo is clean, spacious and nice to stay for the weekend or longer. It is very close to the pool but not loud this time of year. You can walk to the golf course which is a simple and fun course. The area is in a quieter, older area of St. George but the property is new. You are still 5 to 15 minutes from hiking. I would stay here again.

Bloomington is my new Love!

I love the location of this property! So quick to all the places I wanted to go to. This is a beautiful property, the pictures don't do it justice. It was a little awkward at first trying to find the front door (with the rock walk way and all), but worth the find. Also take note that there is no garage available, you park in the public parking by the building, not far from the condo. We truly loved our stay and would stay there again.

Garage access

Place was beautiful. The only thing I would change is access to the garage. My family rented 3 units in the complex and 2 had garage access. In 115 degree weather it would have been nice to park in a garage.

Beautiful Condo

We loved the layout with a bathroom attached to all three bedrooms. This really is a five star property, with the exception of the sound proofing between floors. There was a family above us, and you could hear their footsteps - which sounded like they were stomping with each step. One night they didn't stop until 12:30 a.m., heard them again at 2:30 a.m., and they got up at 6:30 a.m.

Beautiful, clean condo at Bloomington Country Club

We were in St George for a high school sports competition. The country club is in the perfect location. The condo was immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, lovely condo complex. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We didn't use the country club facilities, but the pool and golf course look great. Unlike other units the garage is not included in the rental. There is plenty of other parking, but if you're like us and bringing bikes you'll need some other way of storing them securely. Highly recommend.

Just WOW

For the same cost as a hotel room per night we stayed in this condo and I couldn’t be happier we did. When you walk in you are greeted with beautiful wood floors, 10’ ceilings, an open living room with a large TV that opens to a large beautiful kitchen. There is a bathroom for each bedroom, and all spaces are decorated nicely. This condo faces the pool that you have access to which is large and well maintained, we had it nearly to ourselves each day. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV and dresser, and a large private bathroom. The second has a large King be with a private bathroom, and the third room has bunk beds with a semi-private bathroom (also accessible from the hallway for general use). Finally, off the kitchen is a private patio with a table and chairs, new grill, and partial covering that offers great shade. The entire place was well-stocked, including the kitchen and bathrooms. Treva (the owner) was quick to respond and was incredibly accommodating, although we did not need much because this place had it all! If you’re looking, you should be booking this place.

Spring break

This was the perfect way to spend our spring break. This house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The pool was so close and a bike path was just down the street.

Great Property, Well Stocked

We had everything we needed! Except the garage... The property was comfortable, well furnished and stocked with all the essentials and felt very bright and open. We enjoyed the amenities of the country club and the location was perfect. We did not realize that use of the garage was not included (didn't read the fine print) so be prepared to transport all of your belongings in and out to the parking. It's a good thing we didn't "need" the garage for bikes or anything, otherwise, we would have had a problem. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

The house was nice and open. It was very clean. We had everything we needed. We were able to sleep 7 comfortably. We even had an adult in a wheelchair and the house worked great. The pool is fantastic!

Beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for our family. Our number one priority is always cleanliness, and this condo was very clean and it was also very spacious (much bigger than the pictures make it look) and so comfortable for our family. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Convenient!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the property! The check in process was seamless and communication with owner was good. The property was very clean and utilities were nice. A few minor complaints: ground level unit with full time residents above (lots of footsteps), no filtered water to refill water bottles and no access to garage.

Just as listed...

Clean, spacious, and all the amenities you need. Ms. Treva also was able to accommodate our needs to stay a bit longer on the day of check out. The only downside is there is no access to the connected garage. You have to park in the community parking lot.
