Sun se déverse La charmante kitchenette ouverte est entièrement équipée. Il y a une télévision, A / C, lit Queen size, un canapé-lit. L'hôtel / condo dispose d'une grande piscine chauffée dans un jardin tropical, d'une terrasse couverte, d'une salle de fête et d'une bibliothèque. Maid service est disponible. This is my 3rd stay at this location. I love the building and staff. I have heard people make comments that this building isn't as "luxury" as they expected but you are in an amazing location, clean building and great condo! It is honestly my favorite - outside any hotel stay and this unit is super cute and chic. (Just note the bedroom A/C is awesome but there is not A/C in main living area so you just have to be creative and use the room fan)

Had a great stay in beautiful Palm Beach . This was our third stay on the property and Gerald’s place was by far the best . Updated nicely . We love the pool too and being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. It doesn’t get any better!

Great little place in prime location in Palm Beach. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Entry was simple and efficient. Publix was right across the street as well as the beautiful Basilica next door. Encountered a few peculiarities involving extra fridge in apartment, and had hoped for more towels for our 3 night stay, but host was fantastic and i would return.

Staff was great, close to a beach. Not a very touristy area so we ubered up to Juno beach most days but it was a great time overall

Wedding Get Away

I traveled into Palm Beach for a destination wedding at The Breakers. This property worked out perfectly, as it was with walking distance, and right across the street from a grocery store. Jerald was extremely accommodating, and very responsive to messages. Highly recommend if your just looking for a place to rest your head for a getaway weekend!!

Cool building, Great location

The check in was easy and the consierge provided a complete description of the neighborhood. The unit was small but fine for two people. The kitchen had almost everything (no corkscrew). Unit had all the items necessary for the beach which was a short walk away. Supermarket across the street, cool bar across the street. The unit is in a nice building with great common areas, and lots of friendly people. Would stay here again..👍

Good stay with areas to improve

We stayed at this apartment for 6 days and the overall experience was good. The apartment is in a great location and is described accurately, however, there were a few issues that were cause for frustration. The host was kind enough to let us check in early, but when we arrived, we were told the water was shut off in the building for several hours, so no toilet or shower use. The apartment also did not come with toilet paper so we had to run out and get that. Also, there was construction directly above the apartment for the entire week which was quite loud. Despite the inconveniences we had a nice stay in Palm Beach.

Alana, unfortunately this a condo not a house. The water shot off a bldg. issue beyond my control. This is true of the construction above the apartment, The toilet paper was missed by our cleaning service., I apologizes for that.

Awesome host and great appartment

Jerry, the owner helped save our vacation! My wife and I planned a trip to west palm to celebrate my retirement from the Marine Corps. We booked a condo (not Jerry’s property) through VRBO 6 months prior to our trip. The day before we were scheduled to check in we received a message saying that our original reservation had been canceled. VRBO offered to provide a hotel until we could find a new place to stay. They reserved a room for us at the best western in west palm beach. Unfortunately this hotel was horrible. My wife and I scrambled to find new accommodations and we stumbled upon Jerry’s property. I made the reservation online and contacted Jerry to see if there was any way we could check in early. Jerry jumped through hoops and went out of his way to find a cleaning service to make sure the property was ready for us and was able to allow us to check in a full day early! (Thank you) the property was immaculate when we checked in! The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shops and the accommodations are wonderful. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in west palm reach out to Jerry and you will not be disappointed!

Palm Beach

First, the building is tired with little to zero updating. The lobby was very hot and the appearance of the front desk clerk was less than professional. The door to the pool was broken so you had to ask the front desk to open it for you, There is tons of outdoor covered seating but very little seating around the pool and for sun. We were provided with a parking pass but the parking was a couple of blocks away. If you parked in front of try building you had to move your car every hour between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. This particular unit was advertised as being decorated by a noted designer. Well, that may be the case, but it is now old, dated, and the sofa was dirty. The kitchen drawers had liquid spilled in them, we found the portable cooktop under the sink. The refrigerator was dorm sized and the freezer needed to be defrosted. I don't recall a microwave. There is no porch or veranda for this unit, only for the building street side. The front hallway closet was a mess! The washer and dryer is somewhere in the building and is coin operated.The beach towels were very old. The view from the windows was of the rooftop. The unit above us sounded like the people were moving furniture all day and all night. The best thing about the place was the ice maker in the hallway. Our check in was delayed due to an issue with the cleaning people. It is also advertised to have a minimum one day vacancy between guests due to Covid. This was very disappointing as someone left the day we arrived and someone was checking in on our departure date. However, we checked out a day early and stayed with friends as we couldn't stay there another night. Having said all of this, the owner was very prompt in responding and answered all of our questions prior to arrival. Shops and restaurants around the location were great!

Due to Covid, access to the pool and lobby were limited. this year. As seen in the photos, no outdoor space is advertised. We had told this guest of the parking locations. We do have a microwave, in addition to the other appliances and the refrigerator is an under counter. We regularly supply new towels and linens. We try to accommodate guests with their specific date requests, even if it's a rush. we 're very pro-active with our guests.

Palm Beach

We had a really nice long weekend celebrating my boyfriend's 61st birthday. The host was very accommodating to us. The property couldn't be in a better location too many great restaurants which we enjoyed quite a few of them. The beach is a short walk and very clean. We will definitely go back again.

Great Getaway

My wife and I have stayed at this property several times in different rooms. We liked that this room had a separate bedroom and living room , along with a small kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

Chic condo and quiet beach

The condo is tastefully decorated and a close walk to a quiet beach with a gourmet grocer across the street. The hotel pool is well maintained and the veranda is a nice place to relax. We would come back again!

Great Location, very clean, organized and comfortable

This is a very good location, Publix across the street, excellent restaurants nearby and a couple of blocks from beach. The building is landmarked, and the locals are very nice and freindly. The parking pass is a necessity. We had other friends staying in the building, however, ours was a nicer unit. Loved the unique decor. While the bed is perfectly comfortable, I would have liked better quality sheets and comforter. Beach chairs were provided and awesome because they have back pack straps and built in cooler. Ice machine on second floor was awesome. Good water pressure in shower with nice toiletries. Could have used some beach towels and the tub needs reglazing, but not a big deal at all. Great updates and was able to have folks over for cocktails too. Lastly, if you are planning on visiting, there is a wonderful bay side walking path 1 block away. I know there are some awesome hotels on the island, however, I made a good decision to spend less on that and more on visiting all the great restaurants. Definitely check out Henry's, Almond, Etro and Lola's for late night coctails. Went to Cucina for birthday celebration and it turn's into nightclub/lounge. Palm beach is nothing like South Beach but incredibly fun. West Palm Beach Rosemary Square was also great for dinner.
