Détendez-vous et profitez de vos vacances tout simplement !
L'appartement est situé dans le centre de Corralejo, donc pas besoin de voiture ou de bus. Les plages sont à côtés de l'immeuble (2 côtés...), il y a plein de bars et de restaurants, les commerces et magasins sont à côté également ainsi que le port, la digue etc
Belle terrasse avec vue superbe sur la baie de Corralejo, le port, Lobos, Lanzarote, les plages (voir images et video).
Appartement récent (2009), bien entretenu (les propriétaires et famille passent eux-même 3 mois par an sur place, réparti sur l'année).
Piscine commune à l'intérieur de la résidence.
Parking possible sous le batiment.
Point intéressant concernant Fuerteventura: climat très favorable et ensoleillé durant toute l'année. Jamais froid l'hiver (pas besoin de chauffage), rarement trop chaud l'été (rarement besoin de la clim)

Fab apartment for a couples holiday. Everything you need was there, with views to die for, and right in the centre of Corralejo. Excellent communication with host Tom too, we'll sure be back!

Fantastic location

This is a fantastic location. The balcony has a view of the bay and port, looking towards Lobo island. The apartment (although a little “tired”) was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine and coffee maker. The communication with the owner for check-in details was excellent.

great location in centre of Corralejo and best view on the island from the balcony apartment has everything you need and was very clean, the pool was very quiet for the time we were there so no problem getting a sunbed a suggestion would be to have a couple of sunbeds for the balcony to be able to sunbathe there (there are chairs but not suitable for lying on)

Loved apartment and location. Only criticism were the single mattresses, which are old, and should be changed. Would have preferred a double bed instead of two single beds.

A very relaxing month spent here, everything was spor on , weather was great, pool was great,balcony views are amazing, location was great, the host Tom has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable including great wifi and smart tv. The view from the apartment was stunning and the location, first class. However, this is not a LUXURY APARTMENT as advertised by yourselves. Issues with oven not working, toaster damaged, no bedding/towel change despite requesting this. The oven not working and request for bedding change were made direct with the owner, who was obviously aware that the oven had not worked for some considereablr time and promised that he would look into bedding/towel change in the middle of our 3 week stay. The Apartment is desperately in need of and up-grade. Before we were able to use the shower, we had to clean this, it was very dirty, did not drain properly so this was cleaned, together with the washing machine drum rubber seal. Before leaving the apartment we dusted round and it was obvious this had not been thoroughly cleaned for some considerable time.Although the location and view from the Apartment was excellent, the cleanliness and state off the apartment is no way LUXURY, would not choose this apartment again. Not used to staying somewhere where you are expected to sleep in the same bedding for 3 weeks!!! Washing towels was not a problem but for the money charged, we expected a weekly change of bedding/towels, and as it is advertised as having a "full cooker", we felt disappointed when, having bought things to cook, we were unable to do so.

Great location & view beautiful 😍. But would not call it a luxury apartment. Needs updating and some tender loving care. We had just spent 5 nights in el cotillo in another apartment on arriving a lovely welcome pack greeted us, & apartment had everything you could want for a luxury stay & cheaper.

Ideal location; better than usual standard of holiday rentals

Nicely furnished and well equipped. On the seafront on 2nd floor, directly overlooking the sea, with a lovely sunterrace which gets the sun until late afternoon. Lovely sandy areas for swimming. Wifi signal is good. Surprisingly very quiet for a location that is in the heart of the town with all the shops (including high street fashion and shoe shops) and supermarkets, bars and restaurants you could ask for; anything that isn't in one of those, you can find in the 'old town' where locals get their needs. There is even a secondhand bookshop nearby with a huge stock, in every language. You could arrive without any luggage and quickly buy whatever you decided you needed.

Best view in Correlejo

The apartment is ideal for location with the most amazing view. There is everything you need in the apartment, plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses. Pots, pans etc. We unfortunately couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work although tried many times but it didn't spoil our holiday. Fernando met us when we arrived and kindly took our suitcases to the apartment, he showed us everything and was very kind. The icing on the cake was being able to stay in the apartment until much later than normal as we had an evening flight, thank you Tom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again, missing that view already x

Fabulous place

For single-travellers this is a safe and comfortable place. There are two supermarkets and a lot of shops around the corner (no car needed!). As situated at the seaside, there are a lot of restaurants and pubs nearby, but I was surprised how quiet the place is, especially at night. You have neighbours on their balconies around, so there ist no guarantee for a "total quietness" during the day. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view is fantastic, at low-tide you can go in the water directly in front of the house. The beaches nearby are fine. Tipp: If you like more space and prefer swimming in the waves, you should go to the dune-beaches in the south of Corraleo - walking time is at least 45 minutes, I went by e-scooter - after 15 minutes you have a huge choice of beautiful beaches. If you like running, pass the harbour an just run along the beautiful coast. All in all: For me ist was perfect!

Amazing Views and Location

The apartments locations and views are second to none. The apartment is clean and today and does have everything in you need. The sofa for us was uncomfortable, 2 adults can be seated but not for long periods. I like to read , but I could not read in bed as the shelf didnt allow this. We would have liked more than one set of bathroom towels and bath mat for the week. I had to wash half way through. Also as the bathroom has no window and extractor fan, it did smell a bit stale towards the end of the week. There are no instructions on your leaflet as to where we need to put the rubbish out, Fernando advised we had to take out to the bins around the other side of the police station. There is only one sun lounger on the patio, so if you dont want to go the the pool, only one of you can lay at anyone time. We chose not to eat in , but there is an oven, microwave, toaster , kettle and coffee machine. These are just our thoughts and as a base this place is great. The owners responded to my texts quickly when I had a question.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT

Communication with the owner was excellent and we were advised once we reached the apartment to text a gentleman called Fernando who looked after the apartment and he would meet us with the keys and show us the apartment. We did this and he was there within 2 minutes. The kitchen was well stocked for self catering and had a large fridge/freezer. The kettle broke whilst we were there and within minutes of me texting, Fernando came and as it couldn’t be fixed he brought us a new kettle. The shower was extremely powerful and seemed to heat the water quickly so there was no waiting for the water to heat up again before someone else could take a shower. There was plenty of soft large towels and a washing machine in the bathroom. There wasn’t air conditioning in the bedroom but there was a window which opened and a large fan for which we were very grateful. The wardrobe had plenty of storage space and hangers which was great for tops/trousers/shirts but not so good for dresses as they reached the shelf below and creased. It would be good if a couple of hooks could maybe be put up behind the bedroom door next to the wardrobe so ladies could hang their longer dresses there? There was a large balcony with the most fantastic ocean view and bar stools so you could also people watch. On the balcony there was an umbrella, table with 4 chairs and a couple of beach chairs. I had asked the owner if I could have a sunbed on the balcony and this was waiting for me when I arrived. There was also a pool there which seemed quiet and there was always available sunbeds. The wifi was excellent and also worked on the balcony. The location was excellent, everything was nearby with plenty of shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants. We will definitely be returning to this apartment and would highly recommend it.

Superbe logement

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Restaurant, commerces et plage. Je viens à fuerteventura depuis 8 ans et je viens de trouver le logement parfait, parking privé, cuisine très bien équipée et la vue depuis la terrasse vous fera oublié la tv.
