Jackie and Lee are excellent host! The apartment is amazing with a private entry and parking. The well snacks, beverages, flowers, and champange made for a special weekend. The place is clean, quite, and relaxing perfect for our weekend in Denver. We enjoyed the robes and spa eceeday after our fun days out and about. Great communicatio too. Will stay again when weare to Denver!

We had a full Christmas Cheer getaway which was MUCH needed this year. Gifts under the tree and Freah cookies greeted us and the Spa was so relaxing after busy days trekking out to sight see! Wonderful memories

This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had.

Host communication was outstanding. When we arrived, there was a snack basket, bouquet of fresh flowers, and bottle of wine for us which was a special surprise. The property is unique in that it's the entire finished basement with a private entry and private driveway parking. Also there's a private, large hot tub which we enjoyed daily.

Fabulous place to stay!

We had so much fun at this property. Lee & Jackie were amazing and provided us with many goodies, treats, and surprises (including a delicious birthday cake). Property was very clean and well organized. All requests were taken care of quickly. Cedar Spa Room was exactly what we needed to decompress. We will definitely be back.

20 year anniversary

Very nice alot of care and consideration from the property owners to set this up for you to have a romantic nice stay would recommend this to anybody looking for a short getaway very very nice we'll be back again.

The most wonderful honeymoon!

This property was just lovely! My new husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and we were just stunned! The property was decorated with cute decor for us and the owners left goodies and treats, flowers and wine, outstanding! The upkeep was perfect, and the spa room was wonderful. If it is your honeymoon, you MUST stay here! Communication was amazing. A++ highly recommend!

WOW! These hosts think of everything! This property is incredible. The hot tub is well maintained and has lots of railing. There were snacks (including a birthday cake), champagne, drinks, and a ton of other amazing amenities. The location was perfect, and the hosts communicate and respond. Super comfy beds. This was hands down our favorite Denver stay. Thank you so much, Lee and Jackie!

Blue bear

When we go back to Denver we will definitely stay here. Property managers were responsive and gave us little goodies that were so thoughtful. The house is fantastic. Due to schedule we only had one night in the hot tub but it is well kept. We used Uber and it was easy getting to all of our locations we had planned.

Perfect location for all things Denver!

THE BEST COMMUNICATION from any host I’ve ever had!!! We celebrated my 50th birthday this past weekend here and it was wonderful! We walked in to a dozen roses, champagne, birthday decorations and an absolutely yummy cake!! The beds are comfy and the house is clean and organized! The new spa room was exactly what we needed after our travel. Lee and Jackie are the best kind of hosts! We’d give them 10 stars if we could!!

Personal touches

Lee and Jackie are very thoughtful hosts and communicators. The property was clean and everything worked well. I appreciated the attention to detail. The owners do live upstairs and there can be a bit of footfall noise occasionally, so if you are a light sleeper you maybe want to bring a sound machine (I did so no problem).

Within an hour of booking I received a call from Lee regarding booking. We went over the property and amenities. A day before our trip we received another call regarding check in. The day of our trip I received text messages from Jackie regarding check in and amenities. They were both communicated very well. We celebrated my birthday and the birth of my husband’s Grandson. I received a homemade cake which was incredibly delicious. The property was clean, well labeled, and a perfect home away from home. The hot tub was incredible and relaxing. Thank You both Jackie and Lee for the warm and relaxing welcome to Colorado!

Super cozy and quaint property!

This property is truly beyond cozy! The owners provided absolutely everything that we needed. We were spoiled with the best homemade cookies ever upon our arrival ( Thank you!!!!). We were able to enjoy a beautiful walk just 20 minutes from the light rail and explore downtown( public transportation is super easy here)! There were plenty of places to dine in within walking distance. The outdoor patio was very peaceful and the fire places in the home brought us that relaxing “fall” feel that we craved. Alert: The bed is so incredibly comfy you won’t want to get out and will sleep like a baby( we over slept day 1 haha). Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. My mom and I had a blast. We wish we could have said hello! Cheers! Andrea and Olivia
